I was recently in a different GNC on Glades Rd and SR 7 and was not happy with my experience.. needless to say I will NOT return there. BUT I remembered a GNC a little further down the road and Found CODY! he greeted me when I came in and when he was done with his customer he actually came around the counter to help me get what I needed. The face mask we must wear right now makes it hard to converse and connect, but that didnt prevent Cody from being kind and helpful. I was so happy when I left there...I will definitely go back to see Cody. Thank you Cody it was a real pleasure meeting you!

First of all Im horrible with names, but i believe I spoke with a lovely, kind young lady Tonya....I believe...(shes from Colorado) that was super helpful and knowledgeable. She, whatever her name, is a true assets to the GNC brand. Highly recommended this store. Best of luck to her

The manager knows her stuff and is out to please you as a customer. She always gives you multiple choices and the information for you to decide what fits your needs best!

Ive been shopping here for about a year now. Staff is knowledgeable and are exceptional on service. Everything theyve recommended has been spot on. If they are out of stock theyll ship it for free in 2 days.

I really like gnc. They are always sampling new stuff and are always excited to show the new workout supplements. This one is clean and organized and always have what I want.

Staff are always knowledgeable about the products and if what Im looking for is not available, they are always willing to order and have it shipped to me. Pleasant experience every time.

This store had been out or A/C for a couple of weeks as per what the employee said. 80+ degrees inside, no fan, no portable A/C and they sell FOOD in there. Unbelievable.

GNC AS A COMPANY IS GREAT. THE ASSOCIATE WORKING HERE, SPECIFICALLY, CHRISTINA, NOT SO MUCH. THERE IS NOTHING I HATE MORE THAN TO GO TO A SERVICE COMPANY AND TO BE GIVEN ZERO SERVICE. I CALLED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES IN THE WAY IN, WITH NO ANSWER. I WAS CALLING TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A CERTAIN PRODUCT AND TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WERE EVEN OPEN, AND IN THE PLAZA AS GOOGLE MAPS INDICATED. AS I WALKED IN, ON PHONE CALL ONCE AGAIN, THE PHONE WAS RINGING. THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. THE ASSOCIATE WALKED OUT FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE. AT THIS POINT I WAS IRRITATED, BUT DECIDED TO MOVE ON. I ASKED THE ASSOCIATE FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT. SHE IMMIDIATELY SAID THEY DO NOT CARRY IT. MIND YOU, I WAS SENT TO THIS PLACE, BECAUSE A FRIEND BUYS UT HERE ALL THE TIME. SO I ASKED HER TO PLEASE CHECK THE COMPUTER FOR INVENTORY. SHE SAYS SHE WILL CHECK THE INTERNET IN HER PHONE. AS I SEARCHED FOR IT MYSELF I FOUND IT. AT TGE SAME TIME AS I PICKED UP 2 BOXES OF THE PRODUCT MADE BY DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS TGE ASSOCIATE TRIES TO SHOW ME HER PHONE STATING, YES WE DEFINITELY DO NOT CARRY IT. I HAD TO HOLD THE TWO BOXWS IN FRONT OF HER FACE AND LET GER KNOW YES YOU DO. I HIPE THE MANAGER READS THIS POST AND IN THE FUTURE HIRES PEIPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE TO SERVE CUSTOMERS AND MOVE PRODUCTS. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR HOB OR DONT CARE TO DO IT WELL, MOVE ON AND MAKE WAY FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES.
