Came in looking for replacement lenses. System was down but Jasmine was very helpful and took my contact info to get in touch with me when she had more info.

Bad costumer service, the lady that work there have no patience, make me feel really uncomfortable maybe because I’m latino. I was ready to spend almost 300 on a sunglass, but I will never go back there. The owner need to give an extensive training to the employees so the costumer feel welcome and comfortable.

African-American lady was awesome to deal with. The other Latina lady with a wheel chair dude in store was a disaster. Super prideful. Rude. When I went to return a pair of $250 glasses that didn’t fit properly after a week of use she spent A lot of time looking them over and asking me questions as if she was a police officer at a crime scene. Unless she owns the store she is costing this store business.RJ.

I wouldn’t go to this location is they were giving products away, for free. The female representative, who is working right now, (Monday, April 12, 2021; 11:20 a.m.) should be terminated for her unprofessional behavior.1. She was fixing items within the store when I arrived. She acted as if I was interrupting her, because she had to stop what she was doing and servicing me.2. She lied about the company not selling microfiber cloths, when they were in plain view.3. I left and refused to give my hard-earned money to a company represented by such a terrible employee.

I went in on Tuesday with my husband looking for a pair of Maui Jims. Susie was the attending clerk and she was amazing. She took her time to explain everything. She helped me and my husband find the perfect pair. Her customer service is outstanding, she’s friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you are interested in sunglasses, please ask for her.Birthday girl!
