Worse customer service ever !!The management team wasted so much time ...They dont have a phone. The whole staff was cordial and polite. Jhon was able to assist me with getting my screen repaired promptly after checking in on short notice. Fernando was able to complete the repair for me while I waited. A stellar team that deserves all the kudos!! I had worked in retail for many years and the crew at this location is top notch!

Emily took care of me, terrible customer service. I went in there to try and fix a small WiFi problem, and she refused to help or offer any kind of advice basically just told me I was screwed!! Then I shared my experience dealing with T-mobile customer service the day prior because I was trying to upgrade my plan. She denied everything I said, very quick to say NO before I could even get my sentence out!! I’ve been with Sprint for 15 years and never had a experience like I did! So I walked out with my phones, just disappointed! I hope she can learn something from this review, I never like to put anyone down like this but this experience was terrible!!

I desperately went to Sprint store in Coconut Creek to get a new phone. I originally had gotten a phone directly from the Apple store instead of Sprint. What a mistake I made. It has been a nightmare with the Apple store. They have the worse custom service and I been without a phone for weeks and no replacement.Well the SPRINT employees at this Coconut Creek Store made my day. The customer service was Outstanding. I was acknowledged immediately upon walking into the store. Within minutes I was service immediately. These employees (Curtis, Dennis, Darnell and Shantell) help me with my new phones for mom and me without any stress. Everything was explained to me in detail and I left the store very happy and satisfied. Sprint employees really know how to take care of their clients. I love Sprint and now this is my favorite store. Thank you Dennis for your help.

For me it’s about customer service. Many times places like Sprint and other cell phone providers have allocated important steps that the store could take on their own to third party providers and used to be able to handle without the red tape. For instance, insurance companies that take care of the details between Sprint and the customer when a minor or major repair is needed. This leaves customers upset with the repair center when they are at the mercy of the word from the third party assuming its the repair service station— it’s not. My screen needed to be repaired and Tony and Anthony were wonderful. Thank you to both Tony and Anthony for making sure my phone was replaced with a loaner while they fixed some screen issues that came from a refurbishment Sprint now supplies customers with. All and all, customer service wise I give this store 5 stars. Sprint on the other hand, 2-3. Give these men a raise, I say it every time when it comes to hospitality and customer service. I have been a customer of Sprint 8 years. Today with the repair center I was reminded why. Thank you guys!

Dennis always takes the time to help me and believe me I am not so easy to work with at times. By far the worst place to go. Made an appointment 3 days prior to coming to the store for tech support. Got to the store 20 minutes ahead of said time and was told we had to wait for a ticket. 30 minutes into the actual appointment and still no help now ticket. Walked to the front desk in was told I need to wait. Mind you the appointment is only 30 minutes long to begin with. And to make it worst they have 4 techs sitting at the desk eating talking and laughing. Will never again come here and will do business else where. Use to be an OK store but I be dam if I waste my whole day here.

I went to this location on 09/28/20 after being told they had the correct color screen for my phone to then find out they didnt. I was disrespected and treated like a delinquent by the current store manager after I asked for help. He kept on talking over me and since I had to raise my voice, he then resorted to threaten to kick me out because he is the store manager and theres nothing they can do. I could think of a million other ways this issue could have been handled, but instead of contacting Sprint, he resorted to calling them a 3rd party and just being over all disgusting. He didnt want to let me stay in the store while I was on hold with Sprint and stood next to me like I was some kind of dog. I have never been treated like this and this is why I would never give my business nor recommend T-mobile to anyone.

Took my daughter here 3 times today only to bring in a broken cell and they were offering an upgrade with 0 down. SCAM! Every time the price changed and they needed more money for ridiculous fee charges. She took on a contract and has to fulfill and the service is so poor. I have Metro and pay half of what she does and I have great cell service. These guys just want to up sell and they don’t care about customers at all.

Marco was a very excellent help to me and my family. He was patient with us and explained everything to great detail. I definitely recommend him if help is needed. He also helped us out with amazing deals that was right for our budget. He was very honest for not taking a tip since he wasn’t allowed to but he definitely deserves it. 10/10 recommend Marco!! I was about to hit the road have stayed in my phone just would not charge. I stopped at the Sprint Center and the team here was able to figure out what was wrong with my device. Turns out that I had a lot of dust particles stuck in the charging port. Great job guys thank you so much I was able to hit the road that very hour and my phone charges beautifully.

Jewel was able to help us save a ton on our monthly bill by modifying our plan and Cruz went above and beyond to make sure I got my device working. Met with an employee named Ginelle today who assisted me with a worn charging port for my S6 Edge. After some checking she also advised me that my screen had image burn, she would order both parts needed, and the repair was no cost through my insurance. She even offered a discount on another item i was interested in. Though i didnt take her offer, the fact that she offered due to me waiting a bit to be helped didnt go unnoticed as a customer. This stores tech and service repair department has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The few times I have gone in for help with my phone Brian, and either Anthony or Antonio, seem annoyed to have to help you and do their job (they never smile or greet you, or even ask how can I help you). Ive gone in twice in the last month about the same problem. When trying to explain for the second time about the problem I was having, I was told I had water damage to my phone (phone has never been dropped in any liquid). I explained that the phone had never been dropped in water (told them this the last time I was in), but one of them basically called me a liar, wouldnt listen to about what had been happening with the phone. He embarrassed me, and clearly made up his opinion about what was wrong with my phone, even though I had been in a month earlier with the same issue. Then he tried telling me there was nothing wrong with one of the original problem that was diagnosed the last time I was there. The last time I was there they told me the wireless port charger was broken, and even looked it up to see if they could order the parts, but that Sprint didnt have the parts- so they sent me to Best Buy. But Im the liar, right? They are not friendly, not helpful, and patronizing. If I behaved like this with people that I worked with, I wouldnt have a job. Well see what happens when I report the information to the corporate office, but now Im going to have to go out of my way to drive to another store, where hopefully the customer service is better. Terrible company when we signed up they said that if we turned in our old phones they would pay off the other contract of the phone carriers that we were leaving turned out to be a bunch of lies we turned in our phones it’s been over a year now and we haven’t gotten our money. We had to pay off our old carrier ourself and when we complain they never do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this store they are a bunch of liars and terrible people to do business with.

Went there on a Tuesday afternoon and even though there were only 2 customers ahead of me I had to wait 40 minutes to even be acknowledged. Turned out they didn’t even have what I came in there for so if one of the employees bothered to ask what I was there for I could have been in and out. The 2 people who were there also seemed upset with the service they were receiving. I do not recommend this store or sprint in general.

I was told by their customer care to go to the location because they messed up when I initially signed up with sprint. I get to the store and while I am waiting an associate asks the people in the store what they’re waiting for. Even though I was there first they helped the person who came n after me because he wanted to upgrade and I was just there about a billing issue. They just care about the sales, not the customer.

The worse customer service, they should provide customer service training. My phone was water damage automatically you need to change your phone. I don’t have a lease now I owned my phone. The customer service representative ask me why you have 256 GB ? Like really who cares if I need all that memory horrible customer service. The Sprint located at the NE corner of 441 and Wiles rd. Is the only local Sprint repair store. What that meant for me today was after i explained the device randomly shuts down, the clerk looked at my phone that is clearly in excellent condition and offered me an upgrade. No attempt to plug into the device to check the firmware or software. No help at all.

I came in because my bill with ATT was ridiculously high for what I had with them and the rep plus the manager where able to give me same 3 lines I had with ATT with 3 brand new Galaxy S6 phones, 3 LG tablets and $600 worth of accessories for the I was paying before!!!The customer service at this location is top notch, everyone was working with a purpose, the look and feel of the store was great (music was playing for the customers, not the regular retail music) and Cody, the rep and Hans and Matt the managers whom jumped in from time to time into the transaction were also amazing.I would highly recommend anyone to visit this store, as I already have to my friends and family.

The fact that you are treated like an animal from a millennial that hasnt graduated HS yet is incredible. You walk into this place and its like the purge meets save the last dance. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! This is the first time I have ever taken the time to post a review; and, in the past, I have been skeptical of anyone leaving such a poor review as I am leaving at this time. However, I would be remiss if I did not warn other people of the unethical practices used by the salespeople at this store, which was ultimately condoned by management when it was brought to their attention. Briefly, when recently trading in three of our phones for the newer Iphone XR model, we were advised by our salesman that since we had a $200 credit on each of our lines, we were eligible to choose from certain merchandise in the store such as speakers, air pods, etc., and additionally, if we signed up for auto pay, we could also get a deal on an Ipad which would only be $4/month. As all of this seemed too good to be true, we thoroughly questioned the salesman, multiple times, as to the details of these deals and each time he repeated the same details of the deal and how it is billed, confirming each time that we would NOT BE CHARGED a monthly line charge for the ipad, ONLY THE $4, and that ultimately our monthly bill would only increase approximately $29 each month, so how could we say no to this offer. Well, the reality is that his explanation of how these deals were billed were blatant, intentional lies which caused our bill to increase by $200 per month, so we now have a monthly bill of over $400/month! We went directly back to the store upon receiving the bill and management said there was nothing they would do, essentially condoning the tactics used by the salesman to up-sell using lies and misrepresentation to generate his commission, regardless of the financial hardship that it brought upon us . We were very upfront with our salesman that day, advising him that we could not budget in a more expensive monthly cell phone bill than we currently had and he still knowingly intentionally mislead us. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SPRINT LOCATION--THERE ARE MANY OTHERS NEARBY TO GO TO INSTEAD.

Sales people seemly under a lot of pressure to focus on sales and it shows, customer service sacrificed in favor of sales. They tried to ring up a $100 bluetooth speaker, and a screen protector without my permission when I explicitly explained to them I am a informed shopper (this is a easy sale, I know exactly what I want). I have been in the phone business, I only want a phone, and a case ( guaranteed commission). They continued to put sales first, people second and ganged up on me pushing products I thought I made clear the first several attempts I was not interested in. Not consistent with sprint culture I hope! This made for a very frustrating, unnecessary, and uncomfortable shopping experience. This definitely was not consistent with my shopping experience with sprint in the past.I dont want to be completely negative on my review so I will add the store was well maintained, and some of the staff were polite and professional while some others... Delusional. I would have submitted a review to corporate but Im sure they must be the ones pressuring them into these bad habits in the first place. 😥

I gave one star because 0 is not an option, the majority of the people in these store are beyond rude, they do not know what theyre doing always asking you to contact sprint directly because they cant do anything for you, whats the point of going to the store? They messed up my account so bad that it took 5 months and a bunch of overpaying to sprint for them to noticed that the store messed up my account on purpose because I got into it with their acting supervisor for using foul language with me. Dont go to this store use the one in Atlantic Blvd instead where they treat people like humans and the customer is right. Was sent to this store to replace sims in 3 of my phones. According to Sprint Cust. Care, sims are given to customers at NO CHARGE. Sprint will actually overnight you a sim for free. This store tried to charge me $40 for each sim! (which BTW, are $10 at any BestBuy) I demanded to speak with the Manager who confirmed they charge $40 per sim. I relayed this to Sprint who now has an ongoing investigation-because they are NOT allowed to charge customers. Sprint stated this store has had several complains filed against them. STAY AWAY!!

The chamber of commerce warns you never to shop at this store. They are rude and unprofessional and the manager Janelle Martin hides in back so he does not have to deal with customers. Came in to pre-order Note7 on an upgrade... I was helped by the Manager. Complete joke. Was rude, on and off his phone texting while helping me... Rude to the point where Id be talking to him and would have to repeat myself because he was too distracted from texting on his phone.Then when I did have his attention he seemed very disinterested in helping me. I didnt have a straight forward easy upgrade due to having flip flopped my upgrade with another line on the account and due to the fact that when I do upgrade I have to turn in my phone because its on lease. Given I was trying to pre-order the Note7 he said I had to turn my phone in that day and go without a phone till the release date. This did not seem right at all and I repeatedly asked him (the manager) to verify with someone higher up that this was in fact the case if I wanted to pre-order. He never did. Just flat out told me I cant pre-order AND keep my current phone until the release date, where I would THEN turn it in, in exchange for the new one.Frustrated, I left and went to the Sprint Store, on University, in The Walk strip mall. Immediately I was greeted and helped. Explained what I wanted to do, and explained my not so easy upgrade. They said said they could absolutely do that. It took awhile time wise because it definitely wasnt an easy straight forward upgrade, but that wasnt their fault. They even stayed late to help finalize everything. So in the end... I pre-ordered the Galaxy Note7, get to keep my phone until I pick it up, and left COMPLETELY SATISFIED at the other store.Dont go to this location, they are very lazy, disinterested in helping (especially the MANAGER), and rude. Save yourself time and energy and go to the Sprint Store in Coral Springs on University in The Walk strip mall.
