A good place to get batteries or any assortment of lights. If your car battery is bad, this is the place to go. They check your battery, install a new one at a good price and warranty. I liked that when they install your battery you do not lose your radio station presets.

My car wouldnt start after visiting the office next door. Since it had been a while since a new battery had been purchased, I went in expecting to buy a new battery. Instead, the very nice gentleman checked my battery, determined it was good, and told me the problem was the connection. He fixed that by installing a lead liner over the battery terminal and wouldnt charge me for anything! Kudos for honesty and terrific customer service. They just got a customer for the next time we need batteries or bulbs. Thank You!

I went in there to buy a battery for my fob electronic car key. I usually go to Walgreen or cvs but I had never been to this store so I decided to give it a try. The battery I needed was a CR2032, available anywhere. I was charged $12.83 when I questioned why not the $6.00 or $7.00 fee I was told there was an installation fee. I was never asked of I wanted the battery installed. I just wanted a battery. NO NEED TO GO BACK

My iPhone 7 died while I was visiting my parents in FL. Went to a Verizon store and they tried cleaning out the charging port but could not get my phone to charge. So, I came to Batteries Plus and a great guy, Thomas- one of the managers, tested the phone and determined it was the charging port. It was about mid day and they were busy, but he promised it would be done by 5 pm and sure enough that job was completed very much to my satisfaction.In addition, I found out my mom went to the same store and had a great experience as well when her key fob to her car needed a new battery.Great service!

So I called and was quoted a great price. Long story short within a few hours I was back and business and Kevin was more than great with customer service and the speed of repair to get me back to work. Would definitely choose to come here again.

Fast friendly service. I needed a new battery for my cell phone and it was a little to technical for my husband to do on his own so we took it here. It took about an hour, I could not really tell where they took it apart. At least now its holding a charge and I didnt have to purchase a whole new phone.

Went in Batteries Plus Bulbs by chance to get my phone fixed, and I definitely ended up making the right decision by going here. Thomas, the only staff member on duty, was excellent in assisting myself as well as the other customers in the store. He was able to promptly indicate what was wrong with my phone and proceeded to do a few diagnostic tests and eventually replace the battery for a great price all within less than an hour, just before store closing. Service was awesome-- I am very happy with my phone and would definitely recommend BPB!!

On 2/21/17, my iPhone 6 Plus fell from my hand and the screen cracked in a couple places. I researched and found Batteries Plus, and I figured their price was a good deal.I went to Batteries Plus on 2/22/17, the guys I saw were polite and seemed professional. They did all the necessary inspections/tests on my phone to ascertain if it was damaged and working properly. Except for a couple scratches on the upper left and right of the phone (where it hit the pavement) and the obvious cracked screen, everything was OK.I was back an hour and half later to pick it up. The first thing I noticed was that it was sticky and the plastic they put on the screen had many air bubbles. There were fingerprints on the back of the phone. I did a quick inspection of the screen, paid and then left.After removing the plastic and cleaning the phone, I noticed, where the speaker for the earpiece is, that there was an obvious pinhole. Just below that pinhole, I saw what looked like a chip. I ran my figure across the area, but it was smooth to the touch, therefore, the chip was NOT on the surface, it was BELOW.I didn’t call Batteries Plus immediately, but the following day, the morning of 2/22/17, I called and I spoke to Mark. I told him of my visit the previous day and the reason for my call. Of the pinhole, the first thing he said was, “there’s supposed to be a pinhole.” He then said I should take it in to have it looked at. I told him that I would visit the store Saturday, 2/25/17.I didn’t wait for Saturday to come, the following day before work, early morning (2/23/17), I went to the store. Mark was there when I arrived, he recalled our conversation the day before.He looked at my phone and his immediate reaction was it wasn’t a chip and he said something about the, “mesh”. He said if I wanted the screen replaced, then he’d have it replaced but he also asked a few times, “how do I know you didn’t do it?” He asked if I didn’t inspect it before leaving the store. Of course he also said, Im not saying you did it. In retail, people often lie.I strongly denied whatever assumption he was making. He FINALLY picked up a magnifying glass, looked at the area, then concurred it was in fact a chip. Now, like I pointed out earlier, the chip WAS NOT ON THE SURFACE of the phone, it was below, where it would have been IMPOSSIBLE for ANYONE to damage. After all that, he still seem unconvinced I wasn’t the one who damaged it. I was done debating the who did it issue, he had agreed to have the screen replaced and that was all I wanted to hear.When I stepped out of the store I saw one of the guys I saw the first time I went. I told him the reason for my visit. He said, “I didn’t see that.” So, to both people, I was a liar, at least that’s the impression I got.Yesterday, Saturday, 2/25/17 I stepped in the store (saw the same guy I saw on my last 2 visits, the one who said, “I didn’t see that.”), the atmosphere wasn’t as friendly as my first visit. They seemed bothered that I dared to return my phone to be fixed properly. I left the phone and returned an hour later. This time, they cleaned the phone before returning it to me. I carefully inspected it.The glass seemed to have been replaced properly, and they fixed the OBVIOUS PINHOLE by placing the mesh properly over it.Last night and this morning I noticed a couple issues. When in the, ‘Messages’ app and I’m typing a text, the app closes (not all the time, but a few times. That’s never happened before). This morning I couldn’t get on to, ‘Safari’.If, it’s one thing that gets me pissed, it is anyone accusing me of being dishonest.Had they not treated me like a liar, this review would have been different. Accidents happen. I would have understood that the glass might have gotten chipped when they were putting it on and they forgot to cover the earpiece, pinhole. But to make it seem as though it was my fault, when it should have been clear it wasnt, then that is inexcusable. I paid almost $130. They didnt do me a favor.

I came to this store looking for a car battery because the dealership was an obscene amount and several autoparts stores I visited didnt have the right battery. This batteries plus location had an appropriate battery in stock, which cost less than half of the cost of the part at the dealership, and they also installed the battery in my vehicle for me with the use of a memory saver to preserve important internal settings.There was a relatively minor issue that resulted after the battery was installed but this appears to be a common issue that happens during electrical work on my model. Most impressively, the staff has been very friendly, responsive, and took responsibility to fix the minor issue. I would definitely recommend doing business with Batteries Plus.

It was very easy to find the battery that I needed and order it online, and pick up locally. It was waiting for me when I arrived, and the folks there were very helpful with recycling my old batteries.

I searched for a specific battery on the web and found it at Batteries Plus. Best yet they were just a few miles from me. Better, they offered 10% for order online, pickup in store. It tooks about half an hour to get notification that the battery was ready form pickup and 15 minutes to go get it. Batteries Plus is a class act.

Dont waste your time trying to recycle batteries at this establishment. They no longer accept any batteries, toxic lithium batteries included. I have had multiple headaches and heartbreaks with this Batteries Plus...promises broken, incompetent staff and rude sales people. Rather than bore you with details, suffice it to say I will never return now that they refuse to recycle ANY batteries recyclable or not.

Needed a new car battery on a budget as we just moved. I shopped around but hesitated because with a warranty you want a place that has been around for a bit. Purchased online and less than 10 minutes later the store called to tell me it was ready. They asked what kind of car I had and said that it was no problem to install. Once there the gentleman had a bit of difficulty because we drowned the battery in cola the day before as a suggestion to get the grime off, which only made it super sticky and tough to loosen the bolts. He didnt complain-said not a problem, even laughed about it smelling like roasted marshmallows! Highly recommended.

After a unpleasant phone call to Arrigo Dodge Chrysler, sawgrass, whose staff made me feel like i was bothering them with my call, they then wanted to charge me $200 for a battery AND $159 for fitting :)To then have such an amazing experience with alex, who was very polite, and told me if i brought my car in, he would help. On arrival, he had fitted my battery within 15 minutes (arrigo told me it would be 1 hour), we had a great chat as he fitted, it was free fitting and he even refused a tip. Great experience, batteries Plus Bulbs have a great asset in alex and i cannot thank him enough for his help. arrigo needs to take a leaf out of his book.

Great place for specialty batteries. I bought a Duracell replacement battery for a CyberPower UPS. I could have bought a cheaper battery elsewhere, but didnt want to use a generic battery for this application. Also didnt hurt that I could order on-line and pick up within the hour at the local store, which is only two miles up the street.

Staff were extremely incompetent, knew nothing, had to Google everything and had no social skills. They wouldnt even tell me the price of the battery until it was in my phone. Then they tried to charge me $40 for that extremely cheap battery from a no name company. I found the same battery brand new and from OEM Samsung for $10. Barely any more selection than any other store.
