I really hate to do this review. I have never had a problem in the past. But, I took my car in because the check engine light came on. The service rep was very helpful and nice. He told me what the problem was and I decided to take my car to an Independent Mercedes Service shop for the repair. He also pointed out that I badly needed tires. So, I went to Firestone (Ive been going there for years for my tires) to the surprise of us all, my wheel lock key, the jack, spare, EVERYTHING was gone. Even my first aid kit. I wondered why when I took my car in for service, there was a sign up to remove your personal items from the car, for they are not responsible. Of course, when I called to report my missing items, I was told, we dont have them and I have yet to hear back from the Service Manager. I guess it was no big deal to him/her if a person has a complaint of theft. I guess someone in service dept have sticky fingers. Now, I have to replace everything!! I havent been able to get my tires. No one can remove the tires without the key. They dont have a master key I ordered a universal key from Amazon, that doesnt fit my car. I really hate that happened. Now, I have to go to another Mercedes dealer to get the key ordered. I did not see anyone remove any items from my car. But everything was in the trunk when I took my car in for service. I really this happened!!!
10/10 experience with Joshua Garmon ! He is literally the best ! He was so patient. Literally went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. The rest of the staff seemed nice but throughout this whole process but I can only vouch for Mr. Garmon!
The entire experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. I had a 7:00AM appointment and I didnt speak with an advisor until 7:20AM - 7:30AM. When I first started speaking with the advisor I asked about the service and cost and I was told the cost was $1700+. I wasnt happy and asked if there is anything I can do and the advisor told me if I do not take the entire service your dealership wasnt able to reset the service light. I found this to be totally ridiculous so I engaged the service rep in a conversation. The service rep quickly got annoyed and frustrated. I told her I felt I was held hostage to paying for what I deemed to be non-value add services and she quickly got belligerent and indignant and stated I dont know why Im even discussing this with you as youre not my client. I quickly reminder her I was a customer of the dealership and it didnt matter who the service rep was. What she failed to appreciate is the fact that I have options and choices as to where I bring my car for service. In summary, I acquiesced and paid for the full service but this will be the last time I bring my car to your dealership. If I am asked for a recommendation as to where someone should bring their car for service it will not be your dealership.
I leave in Palm Beach and come all the way to Coconut Creek Mercedes instead of the Palm Beach Mercedes is because of Sidney. He is always so helpful and takes his time to explain everything to me in details. The staff all are very nice and professional.The only thing the staff need to improve is returning messages when I call the regular service line and leave a message.Thank you Sidney for always being there to answer my question and being so helpful.
Experience at this place is suspect a lot of bs going on here . More excuses than work spent $800 and car was left dirty and had to have car towed back at my expense bc some kind of Linkage fell from bottom of car dragging on the ground. I was told the service manager would call me ha ha that never happened.I would think twice about getting service at this place!Mr. Owner how about if you are willing, contact me to discuss further, I guess you never tried to call your service department Nobody answers!! Your answer describes your service SUSPECT!!

They had just listed a used vehicle of a different manufacturer that I was interested in purchasing. I walked in, and two hours later I left with the car at a very fair price. Salesman was excellent, and the purchasing experience was fast, efficient, friendly, and non contentious. I would definitely recommend this salesman and dealership.
I purchased a used car from them and wish I had went to another location. The salesman was nice and the sale went fine. The problem came in when it was time to pickup my car. It was sent for minor paint touch up when I picked up the car four windows were missing their tint and it was left on the back and windshield. Nothing was ever discussed with me about removing tint from my windows. I had to inquire about it with them as the car was advertised and sold with tint. I had to pay to re-tint my car. Also the car was never cleaned.

My service advisor Rick Brown always delivers and is detailed on covering everything that my car needs each and every time I come into the dealership. He also never over promises and the car is always ready when he says it will be. Great service and Ive been a loyal customer for many years. Keep up the great level of customer service.
Liz the advisor was great. The sales representative, not so friendly and not courteous 3/5. It took two other employees to ask him to offer myself and children a water; was a hot day and waiting for car to finish get appraisal after servicing which was a 5/5.

The overall experience was exceptional but particularly dealing with Lizzete. I also have to complement the dealership on the quality of the service including returning the car to me looking almost better than when I first bought it. The waiting room included coffee which was delicious and free! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Lizzete to anyone looking for help servicing their Mercedes Benz vehicle.

My car is 6 months old. I have had it in the shop four times, to fix what should be a minor problem. So far no one can fix it. As I said it’s a minor problem, the driver’s seat does not go back when I turn the car off and open the door, even though it should. When I left the dealership yesterday, after being there for 3 1/2 hours, I was told that it was working. I should have tried it there because once I got home it didn’t work. I want it fixed or give me a new car. If this is your level of service, I don’t want any part of it.

He offered me advice on simple things that I believed that another person would try to take advantage of. This is my second car with MB and this dealership. The service and sales staff are fabulous!! Professional, helpful and friendly. Car dealerships, for the most part, offer good customer service, however Coconut Creek MB stands out as exceptional. My purchase was not straightforward, but the sales representative, finance and customer relations manager all helped to find a solution and get us our car. There are many options when buying a car, but you owe yourself a visit to this location. Highly recommended!!
Called on 8/12 for a pre-owned vehicle. The sales advisor told me that the car was available but he could not show the car now because it was being moved from another dealer. They called on 8/13 and told me the vehicle is ready for sale and the salesman confirmed the vehicle was on the lot. He sent photos and confirmed that I could depart from my home which is approx hour away from the dealership. 10 minutes before I arrived I received a call stating that the car was sold 2 weeks ago. That was complete disrespect and wrong that I was lied to for over 48 hours. They waited until we arrived to try and upsale another vehicle $6k more than the original. I spoke with the GM (Cliff) he did absolutely nothing about the issue. I have attached photos of communication between myself, the sales, and GM to validate all claims made within this review. They were completely disrespectful and not one attempt was made to make it right. Completely unprofessional. Contacting Mercedes Corp regarding this issue.
Customer service was great. If you stop at the location. Just ask for Rick at the service department. He makes sure everything is taken care of and you have a piece of mind at the end of the day.
Again the mechanics left a wrench under the hood. I am collecting your tools every time I take my car there. Overall its all good but please tell your mechanics its dangerous to leave tools under the hood because it has happened to me before at mercedes I always check, right now I have about 3 pieces of tools from mercedes coconut creek at my house they left under the hood
I drove 40 minutes to pick up my car, when I get there the car was not ready. They wanted me to drive back and come back again. When I said I could not Liz was very unprofessional and really disrespectful.
I brought my GLC300 in for its scheduled B service. It was easy to schedule with a loaner car provided. Many reminders and clear instructions. My service advisor, Rick Brown, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle and what needed to be done. I found the pricing to be high compared to the out of state deal I previously used. The service was done as to the work order and a courtesy text provided when my vehicle was ready. I returned to the dealer and Rick promptly checked me out. I did have a problem with the valet who seemed confused in finding my keys and vehicle which was parked right in front. Finally a person that knew what they were doing greeted me and viewed my invoice and directed me to my car which the keys were inside. I would give 5 stars if it werent for the valet upon pick up. ( Not the regular person) and the high pricing.

This is the only Mercedes dealership I would come back to. Dale was very professional in accommodating my service with my travel plans. Liz was very sweet and kind when processing the paperwork for the service. I enjoyed the time chatting with her. She also helped me think quickly when I encountered a problem with my credit card. Overall, I love the atmosphere and energy of this dealership. Definitely recommend it!
An exasperating experience from beginning to end. When we first arrived to view the ML 350 that we thought we had reserved, we were told it wasnt there. Several days later, we returned and bought the vehicle cash to be shipped overseas. First we were told there was only one car key, and a second one would cost $800. We quickly sourced a second key for $400. But on our way home, we got a call from the salesman saying the second key had magically reappeared. The car was left at the dealership with the promise that the title process would be expedited within a few days, that turned out to be a wait of about two weeks, and we forfeited our appointment with the shipping company. We couldnt drive the car to my house, because it wasnt insured, but we were told it could stay at the dealership until the steamship company was ready to ship the vehicle overseas. Then unexpectedly we were threatened with having a refund check cut if we didnt pick up the car within less than 24 hours notice. Upon receipt of the car, there was still visible tape on the headlights that they had promised to detail and remove. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out the racket here. Cash isnt king in car sales!

I spelled a white paint galleon on the trunk of my car and I went to this dealership for them to deep clean without damaging the parts. They did a good job on the inside of the bodywork but the details of the door didn’t look as I would expect. The outside rear still has paint and some other internal and external details as well. What caught my attention was that they did not clean the entire car, they did not vacuum the interior as I expected for the cleaning service I paid for. I really expected to have a much better experience from Mercedes Benz.

Extremely disappointed!!! If I could rate this experience a zero I would. Today, I traveled over 3 hours to take delivery of a 2020 GLC 300 and was assured repeatedly by my salesperson that the vehicle was in pristine condition. Upon arrival, I asked to see the vehicle and noticed the engine compartment was dirty with leaves all in the vent areas, headliner and seats needed to be cleaned and the exterior of the vehicle had numerous scratches which needed to be professionally detailed out. All the salesperson, Anne kept telling both my wife and I was this is not a new vehicle and I’ll just have it washed again. Note: The vehicle was a 2020 with only 3k miles and was being sold for almost $44,000 .00 so not sure what she meant by it not being new. She never understood our concern that this was not acceptable and we had no time to wait around for this vehicle to be in acceptable condition, as that would take at least few hours to be done and we still had to drive another 3 hours back home. We left the dealership and was not contacted by a manager until at least 30 minutes and all she offered was the same response our salesperson, Anne gave us. Approximately, more than 3 hours as we were driving back home the General Manager, Cliff Beverly called to understand what happened, as he didn’t seem to be aware about f the issue. After explaining our concerns and great inconvenience, he still wasn’t to provide a resolution to this matter. Sadly, I’ve had other troubling experiences with dealerships owned by AutoNationUpdate: Today, June 21st, I received a formatted response asking me to call their GM. It’s very clear they are really not interested in resolving this matter, as they would have contacted me if they were sincere. It’s now 2 days later and they still have not followed up with me as they stated they would. Very disappointing!!!
Rick B in service, and Todd in sales are both awesome. Rick makes sure your car stays in great shape, and Todd is going above and beyond to make sure I’m able to get into my next vehicle when the time comes. If you are in the South Florida area, MB of Coconut Creek is the way to go.
I bought a GLE 580 ($84,000 SUV) about three months ago. It’s in the shop due to engine issues. Apparently, the cylinders need to be repaired, the SUV has only 3,000 miles. I’m also without a loaner at the moment.This is my first and will be my last Mercedes. The sales person Joshua is a very nice guy and the purchasing process was a good experience but this product is worthless.

Service is always great. But, 2 days after I had the car serviced I received an email informing me that my brakes needed servicing, which did not come up at all on the day that I brought in the car.
I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek, I remember taking my car there to fix something small after my vehicle was bought there & then I noticed that my vehicle was shiny. They took the initiative to clean it without me asking for it. Thanks to all the representatives there.

I always choose to service my car at Mercedes because I trust the technical expertise provided at a dealership. This visit required fixing some big issues, including the transmission. Thankfully, the extended warranty I purchased covered all of my expenses. I’ve been fortunate to work with the same service representative, Kevin Alexis, for years. This is, by far, the absolute worse dealership for sales and service. The customer service is non-existent!!! I have brought my vehicles there, for service, and have had to take them back numerous times for the same issue (within 1-3 days). This is a recurring theme with the service department and no one takes accountability. Each department blames the other one (service advisor blames mechanics). It is blatantly obvious that Service Manager has either never held a management position (in over her head) or just doesn’t care and is ONLY there to collect a paycheck.Sales department is no different when it comes to customer service. Recently tried to purchase a new car and was told they had to speak with the General Manager Cliff (they said he was onsite) and would let me know about the price shortly. Stood in the showroom for 30 mins and no one ever returned to tell me the outcome. When I questioned the sales manager, she told me the General Manager wasn’t in today (contradicting what the sales person told me) and they would call me. It’s been 5 days and no call. I can only assume that means AutoNation doesn’t need the business.This dealership needs an entire new staff (especially at the management level). One that focuses on customer service and has the desire to repair the cars properly the first time and sales persons that want to sell cars. Until they completely overhaul the personnel and values, at this dealership, you should spare yourself an enormous amount of aggravation and lost time. Do NOT go there!
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Paid in full for a brand new 2021 glb350 come to find out the lcd screen doesn’t work and they “don’t know how to fix it” they just try to push the sales for the bonus at end of month they don’t care one bit about the customer just your money. Todd salesman will try to make u laugh but play you in the end. All sales managers including Michael have attitudes and don’t know the word respect. My wife, myself, and countless family members will never be buying a Mercedes again. Mind you I bought the car 6 days ago it’s been in shop and now had to get my money refunded. No compensation. No nothing
You expedited the repair i was able to get my cat back the same day however the. Price ot the repair was exorbitant. Your prices are just too high.

I just bought the car 5months ago. Due to too many construction around my area I got a bubble in my tire. I waited two months for Mercedes to provide me with a new tire. The service was horrible and so lock of customer service. I can’t believe that the Mercedes dealer couldn’t find another tire sooner. The worse part is that no notification or any response when we were trying to get one. Always an excuse. I will think twice getting another car here.

I own a Sprinter based RV which has needed some warranty work. Each time I have dropped the vehicle off I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received. Specifically my service advisor, Phillip Moodie, has been fantastic. He always keeps me updated on status and has always been very helpful. Additionally I got to meet the Sprinter Tech (Lizzy) who was very helpful and answered questions I had about the Sprinter chassis. I will be coming here for all of my maintenance.
The service attendance is very good. They take my c class and check everything I asked for. I recommend to take your Mercedes Benz to this dealer.
The service was poor in every possible way from the check in to the amount of time it took to complete it. The service rep was very good and tried everything to move it along; however, he was not able to do so. A recall which should have taken “up to 2 hours,” took 4 hours. Although promised a loaner whenever I needed service, at the time that I bought the car, I could not get one, and was forced to wait at the dealership for an extended period of time. I do not see how I can continue to use the services of this dealership. During the 20 years that I have Purchased and leased Mercedes I have never had this type of service.

Things didnt start out well as there was a major misunderstanding between me and the person that I set the appointment up with. The result was they didnt have a loner car for me so I had to wait for the work to be done. But, my Service person Kevin A did a very good job. It is the end of day, everyone is trying to get off on time and go home. Yet Mr. Moodie, a wonderful customer service specialist is working diligently at the end of the day to get my car serviced! I cannot thank him or the entire Service & Parts department for truly taking care of their customers no matter the time of day! Mr. Moodie seriously went above and beyond to take care of me. I watched the service director calmly handle situations to obtain a satisfactory outcome for a customer. She had great poise. Her department is a reflection of her with great representatives! Thank you all I will definitely be back!

I do not like how when I pull up to the service department no one comes to your vehicle to drive you everyone’s always talking and huddling at that desk. Then when it was time to pick up my vehicle it was not clear directions of who am I supposed to go to to get my vehicle and when I did get the vehicle my servicer wasn’t even around and told me just take the car and I’ll send you an email with what they worked on and I never got an email

Never in my days have I been treated so unprofessionally! Cut to the quick- No, they didn’t fix my car, Yes, they got caught in a lie that will be escalated up to Autonation and Mercedes Benz corporate ! ( Actually already has as I had all my repairs under warranty done at another Autonation Mercedes Benz) If you get assigned Service Advisor 4100 Lizzette Berrios- run don’t walk away! She is a condescending, demonstrative and lying individual! Best move is to never go to this dealership! Period!
Customer service is okay and not compared to the one in Deerfield beach, but worth going to if you have no other choice.

Had a great service experience last week at MB. Rick was my service writer and Rashad in sales helped me with techie stuff inside the car. Both had great attitudes, liked what they do and were patient with my questions. Highly recommend both of these men.
