Home Depot is great but this one in particular was even better because the lady that sells the cigarette hot dogs was there an open I havent seen her in a while because of the pandemic but shes back and I had some dirty water dogs LOL they were awesome!
Everyone who works here is well informed to help you with whatever you need. Prices are very reasonable. Great place for home repair help when youre over 65!!!!
For the most part it has everything I need when I need it or I can order it online and pick up at store. Mgt is never seen until needed but most associates are trained enough to handle the needs of the customer. Returns are easy usually. There is always a wait though and the parking is half way full at all times and during Christmas when they use a huge portion for the trees then it 3-4 of the way full. I shop here monthly and I love this store. The layout is much better than others I have visited nearby.
I have a few projects going on around my home - this is the closest location and I went in to take a look at flooring - We really want to recognize these 2 individual because great service should be celebrated. Top Gun Adrian and Cynthia Marrero from Pro Account were exceptional. We selected our flooring and arranged for delivery the next day. Thank you both for such an awesome shopping experience. Other customer service reps would tell you isle 9 - 3rd shelf on the right, Top Gun however walks you to isle 9- 3rd shelf on the right then ask if this is the correct item youre looking for and if there is anything else he can assist you with, even if its not his department he will take you there and introduce you to someone in that department for further assistance. Really appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he took the time to ensure we were not wondering all over the store. There is a 3rd person I want to recognize for just great personality, she has a flare of purple in her hair - each time we walked by she had a great smile, attitude and willingness to assist. I dont recall her name but I remember how she made us feel and how much I loved the purple in her hair.
Love going to home Depot can find everything easy. Not like some other stores.
This home depot is what Home Depot is all about, great product selection and amazing customer service. I just had four sets of blinds custom cut by Jobert in 10 minutes. Im very satisfied.
I came to the floor department after having somebody to measure my house and I had to wait over 50 minutos to finish everything.Also the manager after I called hung up in me.
I was Having trouble finding a paint match to complete my home project. Mr. Eddie made it happen for me. I had been several stores. The best service ever. And got help for me to load in my care. Great people there!!!!
Nice store, but felt like the ac wasnt working properly very warm in the store.
Good. Employees are courteous and helpful. Unfortunately HD is rearranging merchandise. AC filters etc. were in aisle 27. The tablets to keep the drain open is still in the front near registers. Also self checkout is infiltrating here also.
I do have to say that mrs. Stouffer customer service is and has always been the best employee that Home Depot has ever had for the last 10 years or more but I didnt see her this time I hope everything is fine

This Home Depot has become a JOKE!Special orders are not received timely.Getting anyone to tell you about your order is a big shuffle.Help just doesn’t exist.Employees walk around aimless. It’s very sad, employees look like zombies.. then you have the teammates that are all about joking and talking to each other without regard of the customer.The return line allow people to skip the line.Home Depot Mgmt. have a suggestion, look at the past, the circuit cities of the past!! I love Home Depot for its selection. Its prices are okay, but certainly not the cheapest in town. (Dont go telling anyone but, between you and me, Ace Hardware has more knowledgeable staff and buying from them supports local businesses since theyre locally owned franchises... just saying.)
Went to purchase some plants and cooking type plants. They were wonderful, very nice condition all flowers beautiful and fresh looking, plant live and well. Recommend this place

Sat outside waiting for my curbside order for 30 minutes. Tried to call and the phone just rang for 5 minutes. Went the day before for a curbside order and waited 45 minutes for my order. They are usually quick but I guess they fired the staff. Will have to find somewhere to buy home improvement supplies and tools.
A special shout out to Carla ( garden department) for being such a great help and make sure we got what we need for our project. For more workers like her!!!!

Home Depot is a very busy store, but the staff at this store really do their best. The pickup area can be REALLY busy so bring some patience.
Very busy. However, I was able too show someone in need, the Home depot app, and how much it can save you time.
Their curbside pick up is not reliable. When I come for curbside multiple times, the link is not working to check in and then when you try to call they do not answer the phone or they take very long to answer the phone before you reach someone. I’m making a complaint with corporate because this has happened more than once and it in inconvenient. Do not offer curbside if you cannot fulfill orders.
Between this Home Depot, the one in Deerfield Beach and the one in Pompano, this is by far the best. The store is clean, well stocked, organized and the staffs friendly. I live closer to the Deerfield Beach location, but I come to this one because its a faster drive (dont have to get on Hillsboro) and I know theyll have what I need.
This visit, they were low on pvc products, went to competitors to find.
This place would get a five-star review if there wasnt so many people in the customer service area not helping customers

Stop at this Home Depot on my way from work. It was easy in and out because it wasn’t very crowded and I happened to find what I needed easily for once. I have to be honest, when it comes to Home Depot I havent historically had the best experience at at this chain in general. My trips usually consisted of me wandering throughout the store hoping to find that one small part or item with not many representatives available to help me (except their garden section that section is always awesome). In the past it usually took me a really long time to find what Im looking for... In the past. Yesterday, however, there were two very friendly associates readily available to help me figure out the best locks for my home. I stood there in bewilderment at the crazy amount of choices for locks. Thought to myself, how is it possible to have this many options for locks? 🤯 Fortunately, two friendly associates came to my rescue. I was given tips and advice, and when one Home Depot associate didnt know the answer he consulted with his colleague to assist. When I went to check out, the cashier Carmen tried her very best to help me figure out an issue with my Home Depot Fortiva card which took about half an hour. The credit card company was having technical problems which we werent able to resolve in the trip, but Carmen went above and beyond to do what she could do to make it work. Calling Home Depot and Fortiva. My Fortiva card still didnt work, but Carmen offered a discount for the inconvenience. Overall I would say even though I had setbacks and the ridiculously huge amount of options for locks left me dumbfounded, this was a pretty nice trip to the hardware store, where Home Depot associates take the stress out of the process of picking so I can actually get to do more DOING 👍🙌
This has got to be the worst @Homedepot of the lot. Good luck trying to find someone working the aisle. Better know what you’re doing, cause you are completely on your own at this bad boy. OMG, it’s like they fired everyone. And when you happen to find someone, they try to avoid any interaction with customers.On a positive note, if you’re looking for a job that pays semi-well, and you really have to do the least as possible, bingo, you’ve found the right place.
I really do enjoy shopping here at The Coconut Creek Home Depot. It’s always hard trying to find an associate. When you do you have to hope it’s the right one. If it wasn’t for the app, we customers, would be doomed. I looked around and noticed that I’m not the only one turning to the app for assistance. I’ve been waiting for assistance in the Cutting Center for so long that I had to use my phone and call the front desk. Even after doing that it still took exactly 10 minutes after I made the call for someone to get to me. And the lady only asked if I need a cutter and I said yes but she never stopped. Btw this was typed in real-time as I wait. Think of this as a report instead of a review. Two minutes has gone and I’m now looking up and down the aisles for this mystery person. Another two minutes and while speaking with someone else she comes out of nowhere telling the associate to help me because she has another customer. Now I have a third persons is here. Total time for assistance... twenty five minutes. Two stars because this store is close to my home and I can find items using the app.
Management is a joke, employees are in their designated department and phone calls are never answered.
I would like to say thank you to employees of Customers Service of this, Coconut Creek Home Depot store. They are: Guina, Angela, Nick, and Josephine Fernandez. Those people worked hard to fix the mess of my online order of multiple items that were scattered between different stores, fixed incorrect addresses, and delivery dates. It took time and patience, but everything was fixed. Thank you!
Do not buy an appliance here for the love of God! This has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company and I was spending a lot which only makes it worse. Went in store, bought a washer and set up the date for install, on the day it was supposed to come no one showed up. When I called they said the order was canceled but had no explanation. So I had to go back into the store, keep in mind the initial install date was over a week after ordering. I went back to the store and they told me it was a problem in there system and they were sorry but now I had to wait 2 more weeks for the next install. I begrudgingly accepted since I needed a washer and already paid for it. When the installation guys came finally, the day after Christmas I might add they were extremely rude and refused to do the install because the old tubes were still attached and he claimed they were frozen. However he didnt even attempt to take them off and they had only been on there for about 6 months. Now I have to install it myself. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid the hassle of home depots horrible customer service, wish I should leave 0 stars.
We go to Home Depot and the other place and they dont always have things priced but we still seem to find most everything we want and we like that they carry so many items and the prices are pretty fair.

Home Depot is Home Depot wherever you go. The one notable thing here was that I found workers who were nice and willing to help, one really funny worker, and a very capable cashier. It turned out to be a pleasant and productive day for me at this store.PS. Theres a McDonalds, T-Mobile, and Petsmart at the entrance of the parking lot if you need those services while here. One of the worst experiences of my life!!!We order a dishwasher with installation from Home Depot. They deliver it and then the guy there tells us that they cant install it because the hose was not long enough and we need to buy a longer one. Later we find out that this was complete bs, but we still bought a longer one just in case.We call back Home Depot to get another installation. Another team comes and tells us that they cant install with longer hoses and that we need to get a special team to do this.So now its been one week since we ordered a dishwasher, the new one just sits in our kitchen, the old one doesnt work and nobody from Home Depot is willing to install it!Why are you even offering installation if you cant do it?Were returning the dishwasher and going with another supplier.
Worst homedepot i step into.I use homedepot tool rental alot and this place only made mistake, over charge with no reason and made me lose 30min on the staet when i rented they invented new policy and just was super annoyinh to make your life harder last time i rent from them
I ordered a window installation here. The day of the installation, no one showed up. After multiple calls that included no answer, I finally got in touch with my rep who I ordered the window from. He was able to quickly get an installer to install my window the day the installation was supposed to be (I took off from work specifically to be home for the installation). What happened to make Home Depot forget about my order, I have no idea. After installation, Home Depot schedules an inspection of the window. The installation was done September 8 and after multiple calls to my rep and Home Depot installations, I finally got a date set TODAY (10/30). Keep in mind my install date was September 8. Thats about 6-7 weeks after the install date. This is unacceptable and the whole process seemed extremely disorganized. The only good thing I can say is that my rep was friendly and always available and the installer was friendly and did a quality job as well. However, the logistics of the job were a nightmare.
Like Radio Shack or Ace used to be, you always find what you need here.
Love the Home Depot. Not as nice as Lowes maybe, but its the original and the best and it feels like...home. The employees are pretty helpful (its hit and miss though--the days of having someone actually TAKE you to where the item is youre looking for instead of telling you the aisle number--are long gone). But if youre in the middle of a project and you need a part, and sometimes the guidance/advice that comes with it if youre lucky, youll definitely find it at the Home Depot.

HomeDepot is great but the employees have become rude over time. I was trying to check out with a clerk but instead of letting me in line and wait she proceeded to yell at me about the self checkout. I understand she might very excited about a feature that will eliminate her job in the next few years but Im not. I had spray paint in my order and sure enough, going to the self checkout as she was so adamant I did caused me to have to wait extra time when the machine asked for permission and no one was there to help me. I miss the good old days when cashiers didnt scream at you in a rude fashion to try to force you to use a system designed to replace them....

Was supposed to have an appointment at 12:30 about my kitchen cabinets but the person I had an appointment with called out and there was no one in that department working on a SATURDAY. How do they not schedule to prepare for a busy weekend??They could of called us to inform us instead of wasting our time going their and waiting for our appointment. The manager at this location is very unprofessional. Im very disappointed and upset.
No help. I made a large purchase. Needed help,but figured it out myself being no one would come help even after I asked someone else to call for help. Loaded it also into my car. Heavy item but Im no sissy. I use to work @ Home depot and my husband was a mgr. So I do know the ropes. Very disappointed. Next time I need something I will go on amazon and send it straight to my house. This is why ppl purchase online. And its why these ppl are going to be jobless.

This location is fine. Its larger and has more than most and the staff was helpful, but the return policy is terrible.Apparently if you use store credit to buy any percentage of something you void your ability to return it. So now I have a new power tool that is just a big paperweight.

Terrible carpet service. Never trusting Home Depot to do anything in my home ever again. I had carpet installed in one of my rooms and ended up with $200 missing from my closet. I left the workers alone because they said they couldnt get the job done with me in the room because it wasnt safe and a few hours after the workers (or thieves) have left I find out that I’m missing $200 that I remember I placed inside the closet of the room being worked on. Absolutey disgusting behavior, next time I will have cameras ready and I will be moving all my home needs to Lowes.

After renting a floor waxed twice in one week I discovered they also repair small motors. So I had my employee drop off my power washer. They for some reason charged $20. when we dropped it off. When we called to see when it would be done they said 6 weeks????? What?? We couldn’t wait that long and we found someone who could do it same day. When picking it up they refused to refund the $20.? I’m not going to die for the $20. but I also will never do business with them again!!
Used curbside pickup for the first time. After waiting 15 minutes and no one brought out my purchase, I went into the store to pick it up. I was told that in the future, curbside pickup isnt until 9 am. However, the pickup email did not mention this rule.
This is the worst location EVER. Completely unprofessional and messed up multiple orders which caused delay in project. I dont know if its high traffic or lack of training but they have wasted my time and money. Between returning wrong items and or waiting to pickup or have items delivered that werent ready or out of stock its been a total NIGHTMARE. Took out a home depot project loan and now I have regrets. If you have a mid to large project dont come to this location!!!
I had a problem buying a shelving product but got the service manager involved and he made the problem go away.

Today, my family and I went to our local Home Depot located in Coconut Creek Fl. Its a store I go to for all my home improvement needs. For the first time we decided to bring our rescue dog Stella. We thought it would be ok, being that we seen many families bring their dogs into the store.Today, at the entrance a Manager by the name of Howard stopped me and my family and said our dog is not allowed in the store. I asked what seems to be the problem? Howard said unless its an service dog, your dog will not be allowed in. Interesting comment. Because I witness plenty of families bring their dogs in without question. On many occasions I witness families bring in more than one dog at a time. Typically service dogs wear service dog vests. None of the dogs Ive seen wore vests.Howard not only spoke to me and my family in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, Howard cross the line of discriminating against my dog and my family. Especially in the world we live in today, Howard needs to be careful how he speaks to people.I will not say I will never shop at Home depot again, but as long as Howard is still working at the Home depot in Coconut creek. I will not step foot in that store again. I would rather drive to another home depot location. No offense to the Coconut Creek team, but Howard is a poor example and disgrace when it comes to the representation of leadership and what Home depot represents.

Ive been to this Home Depot more times than I can count and it is definitely one of the better run Home Depots. The staff are generally pleasant, I almost always find what Im looking for and its usually not as crowded as other Home Depots.

Had an issue with an item I bought for pick up that was out of stock when i got there. The issue was quickly resolved and I was able to get an even better fan at the same price I bought the old one. Thanks to Kadree and Omar exemplifying great customer service!
Good store. Home Depot maintains prices even though people steal like crazy from their stores. I wish they would not accept returns so easily from Contractors who purchase item for one time use, customers end up buying that stuff. What I dont like is I have tried to return items I know I have purchased and due to the fact they change the barcoding cannot find the items in their system. All in all great place and better than Lowes.
