Godfather pawn is absolutely hands down one of the best pawn shops there is. I went in today and I was greeted by Jean who is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me out with no questions asked and was very diligent. I recommend this pawn shop to anyone who is looking to buy or sell something. I will not go to any other pawn shop. Stop on in and check them out. Everyone there is great. Jean you are amazing and thank you for you help.

I love this pawn shop. I use to go to cash America but they are so and dont offer much $ when selling them something. I always have the best experience with Godfather Pawn. They ask if I need help within 2 to 3 minutes after I walk in. They employees I have dealt with are always real nice and very professional. I would recommend Godfather to my friends and family. Godfather Pawn is by far one of my favorite pawn shops in the Brevard County area. The staff and management are some of the friendliest people you will meet in the business. Jean and Amber are some of my favorite employees to interact with and they are super friendly/knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking to pawn, sell, or buy anything. They have a large selection of power tools, jewelry, dvds, firearms, and home appliances. Ive purchased several knives, watches, games, and most recently a compound bow from them. Every sale was super quick and they are pretty flexible with prices.I cannot say it again, 10/10 Would recommend this shop

My very first time coming into Godfather Pawn shop to sell switch controllers they gave me a really fair price. Jean was very very helpful. Everyone was friendly and makes you feel welcome soon as you walk through the door. Great experience.

Used to like going there but not anymore. last time i went I was standing waiting for 15 minutes and finally someone came in to help me. He was tall and had decently long hair. He had an attitude with me the entire time, and he was completely unprofessional as well. I was trying to sell a chain and he came back saying it’s fake and I told him it’s not. It was a 10k gold chain and it had all markings. I went to another pawn shop and they said it was real. Maybe hire some professionals who can tell the difference between fantasy jewelry and real jewelry.

I dont know how they are with things you pawn, but I wouldnt recommend buying anything from here! I bought a lawnmower from them a week ago and I cranked it up and ran it and everything seemed fine with it, what I didnt know is if the lawnmower is on for longer than 15 minutes it shuts off and wont crank back up. I called to see if I could exchange it for one that ran correctly and they told me that if I want to come and buy another one that would be great, I asked why would I buy another one from you when the first one I bought isnt working right and I was told that Im S.O.L. I was just about to buy a surround sound theater system from them as well as a gun but how they handle business I wont be shopping there again. Also I went to a gun shop on Merritt island and bought a brand new gun for much less than the one I was going to be charged for at the Godfather. So dont waste your time, if you have to buy something new its much better than being ripped off!💯

I was not only treated horrible. But I was called to make a payment okay well then I found out they messed up and didnt change me enough so I lost my payment and my item. Sounds fair right. Shaddy Management.

Dont know anything about the staff or owners but I just walked in for a few minutes and walked right back out. The prices on used junk are as high or higher than the price for the same item brand new online or in the store. Stay away from this place. Definitely a rip off

When you walk in there it is very professional but at the same time not enough people to take a hold of the other customers that are waiting. So its not a fast pace environment but it is professional and they do give you your moneys worth.

Over the years Ive been to a lot of pawns but Michael is for sure the coolest guy Ive met at one. Most dont really care about you and just see a chance to make a profit, but when I came in he could see I was in a low place. Besides hooking me up and really helping me, he also gave me some good advise and even offered to help me find a new job. 10/10, above and beyond customer service. If you gotta pawn to make ends meet, why not go to people who will not only be fair, but genuinely want to help you out?

Learn to answer your phones. Trying to sell consoles and such for literally 20 dollars less than brand new game stop prices, no costumer service at all and they were rude as hell when I came in to sell my belongings because I hadnt eaten in a couple days. Go to anywhere else to be treated better

I put a firearm on layaway with them. Had a misunderstanding with one of the employees on the caliber of the rifle and did not realize it until i read the receipt which i had already paid my 15% down and left. Went back the next day and they took very good care of me and gave me every cent back. Awesome customer service, and great selection. One if the best pawnshops i have ever stepped foot in. Ive been shopping at GodFather Pawn in Cocoa for a decent amount of time. I have purchased electronics, firearms accessories, nick-knacks, and various other items. Every visit has been met with kindness and attention by both the owner and the entire staff. I have never had any issue getting problems resolved and they have even gone above and beyond to work with me on issues.I still visit other pawn shops in the area, and have had some very pleasant experiences with some of them, but GodFather deserves recognition for their selection of items, as well as their friendly staff.
