Since I get a digital receipt, I was unable to get the survey to review my experience for others to see, so Im doing it here.Nick on US 1, Port St. John went above and beyond to help me find EVERYTHING I needed to get yesterday. He was not only knowledgeable but patient with all of my questions and nonsense because I panicked that I left my work phone charger at WORK!He showed me all the different kinds and what works and dont and yada, yada I relaxed and bought WAY more than just running in for a charger like I planned.So people, remember! Those folks are dealing with the same things we are but ROCK AT IT! Thank you Nick and Walgreens Have a safe and blessed day!

Nobody ever answers the phone and if they do, will put you on hold for extensive amounts of time. They are rude, horrible at following up, and truly is the absolute worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with

Ive always had good service here. We get packages dropped off here when they need to be signed for and Ive had several photo orders filled here as well.The negative reviews are all from 2-3 years ago. This place has made a complete turn around and you will be treated well now.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. No one answers the phone. 2. The pharmacist (young woman) is rude, lazy and makes a lot of mistakes. I have been to a lot of Walgreens in the U.S. and have never seen such poor customer service. As a former bank manager I notice customer service qualities and this place is like watching a YouTube video as a what not to do tutorial when dealing with the public.

Have been trying to call for 30 min hung up on 3 times was on hold for 10 min then hung up on again. I can see why this location has such a bad review. I will definitely be taking my business to a pharmacy that answers the phone !!! Walgreens corp you need to look into this location very disappointing !

Online says 9 am open time. The lady was yelling we open at 9:30 guess they just lost some money.

The staff is way too informal. I went in to get my photos and picked something else on the way and just hear the employees shouting across the store to each other. Its nice that they are friendly to customers they know, but calling them Hookers across the store is inappropriate in my opinion. The woman at the Photo department is nice, but was having issues with the printer. Sadly, she asked for assistance and two other associates said they were busy doing other stuff and refused to help her. After 20 minutes, she finally was able to help me only to have the wrong photos for me. I already had an email saying that my photos were ready, so I was already getting frustrated at the fact I was waiting close to 30 minutes for pictures that were not mine. She finally got the right order (which had one wonky photo, but the rest were pretty good) and asked one of the cashiers to check me out, but the other woman absolutely refused because she was just about to clock out. Eventually the photo lady checked me out and apologized, so for that I was appreciative that she was doing her best. But as for the rest of the staff, Im just appalled. If I didnt need the photos, i would have just left.

Pharmacy tech very rude snappy on phone when I questioned price of my medication. Then I picked up my meds again I ask price if we ordered different way and amount. She gave me a smart a__answer was extremely rude we are changing pharmacy as I dont deserve her attitude besides with help of another company found this particular drug was 100$ elsewhere unbelievable thanks tech worked in my favor

Isis was sweet and had amazing customer service and patience. However the black lady she was working with (didn’t have a name tag) was extremely rude for no reason. She clearly said that she did not know what was on sale, and talked down to every customer she came in contact with.

Usually very prompt, friendly service at the pharmacy. They do their best to fill things quickly. We moved all of our prescriptions to this Walgreens (from a different company) because of how well we were treated.

Everything that I get at Walgreens is great, has a good price, and has great costumer service

Warning!!! If you need prescriptions filled fast do not go to @Walgreens. It will take over 24 hrs to fill basic prescription. Look elsewhere. We were down for vacation. Dropped off on 4/3. Went back next day it was not ready. Said it would be done by 11am. It was 10:55am. They said it should be done in 15 min.

Cannot reach anyone on the phone to get a refund!! Was charged 3 times and there is not a manager available at the store or on the phone! Was told there was 3 call ins yesterday and no apparent manager available. Wow...

I went in today and no one was at the photo department. So I pushed the button for help. The lady began to tell me she is at lunch and what did I need. Not even a Hello. After she got my pictures, I said thank you and did not even get a your are welcome. So I got what I needed and the pictures were messed up. I informed the lady at check out that some of the pictures had the heads cut off and could she deduct them from my bill. She said, go to the photo department. Not I am sorry or anything. A third lady came. I explained what was wrong. She was rude too. I finally said, Wow..is everyone that works here RUDE? She didnt apologize, she just explained how difficult it is to take the pictures off. NO WONDER THE WALGREENS IN PORT ST JOHN is EMPTY! I will never go BACK!

RUDE, INCOMPETENT and SLOW best describes the pharmacy staff here. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER WALGREENS EVER!! Ive never had a pleasant experience in there, and would not have gone there today, but for the mistake on my doctors part. I STRONGLY urge you to use the CVS down the road at Fay Blvd instead. They are WAY more friendly and competent!

I am so tired of the rude obnoxious employees at this Walgreens Pharmacy. I finally called the corporate office today and told them this is the last time Id be going there if the employees dont change their attitudes. The employees in the rest of the store are great. Its just the pharmacy employees that act like they are doing you a favor.

They just changed the closing time to 9 oclock. unbeknownst to me, I arrived & an employee who was quite rude yells at me through the glass about howtheyre closed throws her hands up & walked awat completely blowing me off.Im not being super sensitive as this was complete disrespect and I really dont appreciate it.all I needed was a gift card they could have helped me out because it was not 9 oclock yet. I wont be going back there anymore

Horrible. Its a mess everytime I have to go. The worst time... oh so many. Ahhhh this had me freaking out majorly. So, pharmacy calls and tells me my script is ready for pickup and can get anytime before 9 pm. I only had meds for that night so I went over right then to put my mind at ease. When I get there. They tell me I dont have anything ready? I say what and show them the voicemail from less than an hour earlier. The tech then fesses up and tells me that they had taken my completed order to re-dispense to someone else...... she then told me I may have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday when they get stock put away... OMFG. Are you kidding me??? Let me tell you.. I am normally a very passive individual, but I went as high as I possibly could, yelling and bitching the whole time about how wrong and unethical they are. They should be shut down for good in my opinion. I would rather pay a small amount more every month than to deal with Walgreens and all their BS...

Arent able to transfer prescriptions without issues. Close too earlier. Not a fan.

Said prescription was ready in 30 minutes, come back in 45 to pick it up and it is still not ready. All I got was a medicated mouth wash. Staff used to be friendly but not so much anymore. This is why I originally switched pharmacy but this one is unfortunately the only one in town my primary sends scripts to.
