One of the more dependable Cumberland Farms thats open 24/7 clean bathrooms and fresh coffee

A skimmer had been used at the CF store at 4560 S. Washington Ave. Titusville, FL, which, by indication, means other CF stores do not check for them. There, someone used my card for almost $100. in store merchandise. Luckily, Id noticed in time and called my card service who will refund the money. Stay away from this chain until they ensure they care about your hard earned money. Learn from others with best practices like the Circle K/Shell in Christmas, FL, who checks for skimmers at least once per day; even at night. I know as I bought gas there often. There is a Shell store in Titusville on Hopkins (across from another CF stores).

Idk how they have 3 stars this place is always so dirty! Machines are always down and workers are alway so rude!!! I am 24 I look young and never have the carded me when I buy wraps or alcohol

Every time I come here Marci the cashier is super friendly and always gives a warm greeting. Its wonderful employees like her that are the cornerstone to any successful business and I hope that the upper management of Cumberland Farms recognizes her for the warm and upbeat vibes that she brings to work with her.

The 5 stars are fake, 54 reviews and 38.The truth is the store is disorganized and coffee is inferior. I go out of my way to other locations in the county. Stop the fake reviews and fix it. Why would you have 8 plus customers with 2 lines at prime time, 9 AM with one cashier?

The absolute worst service. One line was very long cashier comes up says next person girl just walks right up I told the cashier he should have taken the people that were waiting before her but theyre always rude at this store very rude people work here I hate this Cumberland farms the only reason I come here is I have the 10th cent saver gas

Im not from cocoa beach but we went here several times while on vacation and the one thing I loved was the hyper freeze the variety of flavors was so good to bad they don’t have this where I’m from. A good selection of beers and snacks. Cashiers were friendly as well.

I come here all the time and have never had an issue until today when the store manager of all people tried to blame me for a misunderstanding. And because there was a miscommunication because we were both wearing masks and it’s harder to hear, he tried to tell me “I guarantee you never said pump 20 once” and started getting an attitude with me instead of just working with me and fixing the situation. On top of this he helped several customers before he even bothered to help me. Then told me “we normally can’t do anything about an amount this small in gas” basically saying because I thought he was repeatedly asking “13” as in “$13” it’s my fault I didn’t understand he meant pump. And it’s my job to clarify next time. And even though I clearly said pump 20, and he misunderstood because my mask, the situation was my fault. Horrible experience comes from the first time the store manager rings me up. I wonder how he treats his employees.

New store here in West Cocoa, staff are helpful and friendly. Prices for fuel are competitive. This store is a big improvement for services. I can imagine that other stores in the area will feel their presence at the cash register.The property is a big improvement in the area. They are good neighbors.

By far the nastiest and most dirty Cumberland farms in Brevard. Smelled horrible inside, the floors looked liked they havent been mopped in months. The drink station area had garbage and dried soda all over and the garbage was over flowing. The condiments area had mustard and other unidentifiable things dried up and crusty. The manager obviously doesnt know how to manage their employees. So sad to see a nice newer store in cocoa in that condition. So if you like a clean store to shop at I recommend Wawa up the road, its always very clean

Bought a pizza from you guys last night and I was very unhappy with the pizza the service was ok she could of been more helpful with adding th bacon for me to the pizza. I will not be returning to your store at all. The pizza was cook fast and still dough.

Ok I love this Cumberland farms. The clerks are amazing and very helpful except for the blonde one. Shes rude and nasty Everytime I go in. If you ask her to heat something up for you its always i cant!! Well every other girl there can and goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. She once charged me for 5 sandwiches when I got 2 and had to bring them home cold because she said she couldnt heat them up.She needs some serious training from every other clerk that works there.I gave 4 stars because I love the store qnd all the other clerks that work there so why punish them for one bad apple. Cumberland please train this girl in hospitality, kindness and customer service. Shes very rude and lazy.

They require a mask to get in. Sad.

Their coffee is not hot and the coffee prep area is disgusting. Its covered in sugar and honey and spilled coffee.

The best of the best is here in Cocoa area they have 20 pumps here biger then the one in Merritt Island area both serve the same qualities services Open 24 hrs 7days a week and both places are new, the one in W.Cocoa area is closer to both high ways 528 and i-95 about same distend 4 to 5 mins. drive aparts five stars Gas Station.Also in CocoaBeach Area on route A1A North they also have the third Cumberland Farms. Also this same statetion on A1A also from 528 high way at the very end of it 528 E. became A1A in to Cocoabeach area the only deference is from 528 highway going east to south in CocoaBeach Area.

Associate Tina is as rude as they come...poor customer service means i will be spending my money elsewhere

6+ months and they cant order cigarettes correctly!!! SUPPLY AND DEMAND DUH!!! If your always running out of a certain thing dont you think to maximize profits you should order more of that thing!!!

Fountain drinks are cheap and they have ginger ale.. Favorite soda💕💕💕

So easy to pay for gas or in store with the Smart Pay app, so much safer at the pump without the fear of the info being stolen by one of those skimmer things. The store is clean and has just about anything you want.
