I am a boomer who uses my phone to call & text. Had problem with banking and stopped by store at Dixon Blvd in Cocoa FL. Jasmine held my hand and calmly walked me through splitting my payment between 2 accounts and reset my auto pay. She was kind, patient and did not make me feel dumb (even if I am). Her bosses need to give her a raise cause she is a great employee.

Devon and Andrew are two of the greatest, most helpful guys in your Cricket store. I have had your phone service for about 5-6 years and they are a very nice change to who I am used to dealing with. They care and are extremely helpful, and very knowledgable.

From my experience only, Ive dealt with like Cricket when they 1st hit the scene in Memphis, Tenn. They have always been a low rating service provider from the start. Its just the convenience that made them noticeable. Ill never go back to a Cricket provider. Now granted, different stores, different people, different times from when I was a customer. Just be careful & knowledgeable about the products and services you are getting from them. Stay safe & blessed.

I went in to the store, was greeted with a great smile from Tony. I switched over from Metropcs and the process was smooth and easy. Got a awesome deal with case & glass for my new iPhone 8 plus. Would recommend going with Tony or Mario to help you out with any cell phone problems.

Cell service is better than Metro PCS. Customer service is lacking. Cashiers have no idea what phones go with what specials. You have to know your products.

This is the worst cricket store in this county. Ive gone here and had them tell me they had no change for my cash BUT that I could go next door and purchase something and then come back with change. I went here today to pay my bill that was put on bridge pay and this man tries telling me I have to pay the full amount. Meanwhile hes hanging out with a bunch of people coming from the next door... resturant or store? This store is an absolute joke. So I took my business to the merritt island store and took care of my bill that WAS NOT the full amount... ya know bridge pay and all. Ill never go back to this place again and the guy working was just plain uninterested in doing his job.

My mom was not able to leave house to walk to store she threw her back out and this store refused to let me pay my moms phone bill for her they want me to carry her to the store im going to switch her to metro they will let me pay my moms bill for her.... So if u have a bf paying your phone bill dont go to cricket... If u want to get a phone plan for your child be aware the child will have to be present if u attempt to pay their bill there was really nothing they could do to allow me to pay my moms phone bill i guess ?

Well as far as the service its the best thing that I have found when you live in a brick wall house . But as far as customer service representatives oh my gosh I am totally disabled and its hard for me to come in and out of the store so for my convince I like to have my debit card on file for my bill payment but these guys will use your card to pay others bills I had to cancel two different debit card.
