So I just wanted to take a second to let everyone know what a good job that Zack and Lucas Lucas did for me but the biggest shout out goes to Zach he truly went above and beyond for me he knew my back story before I came in we spoke about my backstory more as I was there and he was selling me a car from beginning to end it maybe took about 5 hours for the car to be completely mine I explained that I had a budget to work with and they made sure that I had a car that fit that budget. since then they have now put four brand new tires on my Nissan Rogue and done a fully in-depth detail clean on the vehicle as well. now I know that this is my first experience buying a car off of a car lot truly it is, but I would highly recommend this company to anyone that would listen. My experiences are always amazing at Mike Erdman Nissan. Charles Hodge is the one of the best salesman to know. We took the test drive, he explained the features and their functionality. I didnt catch the gentlemans name who handled my paperwork but he was amazing as well. He explained each form I was signing and made the process painless and stress free. My appointment was for 11 am. As previously discussed I was to be meet by Ronnie.I was on time and so was Mr. Ronnie Ricci A very friendly and knowledgeable young man eager to assist me. Before he even drove my car away Ronnie was able to fix two items that were in question and explain to me how this could have happened and how to repair it myself. Got a call from Charlie Hodge on 9/16 that one of the new Frontiers came in. He was off, and I told him I’d like to see it. He came I. On his day off to be there for the test drive. I loved it. Came in on 9/19 just to show my wife. Wasn’t planning on purchasing the vehicle. We were greeted by Jim Novak, I told him that Charlie showed me it on Thursday. I didn’t have any honest intention on walking off the lot that day with it. But I did. Both Charlie and Jim were professional, not pushy, respectful and knowledgeable. I felt guilty I didn’t call Charlie but like I said I had no intentions on purchasing that day. I saw Charlie and apologized to him and told him when my wife is ready to purchase, she will come to him. Jim was fantastic and patient with our questions about our trade in, and loan options. Needless to say I did walk off the lot that day with the 2022 Frontier.

I did not have an appointment prior to my coming. I was met with professional courtesy and patience concerning my situation. They assessed the problem and gave me a timeline for completion. They exceeded expectation by getting the job done earlier than planned. Meanwhile, I was internally pondering the purchase of a bigger vehicle. Jean and Valerie met with me and provided me options. I was able to drive the vehicle without any pressure. When I was a bit concerned about the cost, he provided me a suitable option that I was trilled with! I told them that I hate sitting and waiting. They were able to cater to my need and expedite my departure. That, I really appreciate! Purchased a grey 2021 Nissan Sentra and was treated very rudely by the sales associate when asked about their guarantee they had posted on their dealer room floor. See pic attached. Their Our best Selection Gaurentee, stated that the dealership would pay your first months car payment if the vehicles make, model, color or feature you wanted was out of stock. I clearly stated I wanted the vehicle in black which they did not have. When I confronted the salesman named Jean Duperval, he got extremely agitated and aggressive over the phone and argued me up and down that my situation was somehow different and didnt apply. He proceeded to berate me and said I was looking for a hand out and then hung up the phone on me like a child. I was treated with no respect. After Jean Duperval made the sale he could care less about his customers satisfaction or issues. Very disappointed in how the salesman handled the situation and the dealerships inability to honor their word and advertisements. Dont believe anything they say, there is no honor amongst thieves.
I know absolutely nothing about cars except that i need to get scheduled oil changes and how to pump my gas so when a weird light on my dash popped up i panicked. Called Nissan, and Jerry Glotz not only calmed me down by telling me my car was safe to drive but he managed to get me scheduled the same day! He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient (as well as everyone else there). Service was relatively quick-mb hour and some change and Jerry made sure my wallet didnt panic either. Will definitely be back and Im grateful Im part of the Nissan family :)

I had taken our previous Nissan, a 2016 Rogue in for a warranty concern about 2 years ago, and was NOT impressed, the service adviser on that visit was more than a little condescending, and not very helpful.This visit was a 180 degree flip, the gentleman on the service drive (sadly did not get his name) was prompt, courteous and friendly. Andrew, was our service adviser, and he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and prompt! From the time of arrival they had the problem diagnosed, the part was on hand (warranty for drivers window switch) and installed, and we were out the door in just under an hour! KUDOS all around...5 stars!
I have loved my Nissan Rogue since I bought it new in 2014, but when it reached 100k miles after being driven from Connecticut to Cocoa, and started having unexpected issues, I figured it was time for another. Eddie Liquori put up with me all day test driving 4 different Nissan models and I settled on a 2020 Pathfinder that has more towing capacity. Chris & Huck made is super easy to figure out the right financing, so the whole process was quite delightful actually!! What a fabulous experience with a dealership that is friendly, accommodating and actually delivers excellent customer service! THANK YOU ALL!
The sales department is great but the service department is the worst we’ve ever experienced. The family plan clearly states a loaner car for every service but that is a false advertisement. I have gone in 3 different times after being promised a loaner car and they wind up saying they don’t have any. This morning I drove 45 minutes after being promised I’d have one for my car to be worked on all day. I got there and then they tell me once again they don’t have any and accused me of lying about 3 other experiences of this same scenario. I only came in for oil changes prior to this and they don’t give loaner cars for 2 hour oil changes. As stated on the website, the family plan says EVERY service. When you buy a $30,000 brand new car, you expect the same treatment you get when you are making that big of a purchase. However, that is not even remotely the case. The service department over promises and under delivers which causes financial and time impacts to customers, not to mention that these are factory issues and are being pushed off. Billy, the service manager, was extremely rude on the phone when I voiced my concerns over losing a day of work to get this problem taken care of. He spoke down to me and talked over me to get me to reschedule, and negated everything I said, rather than taking care of the situation at hand or concerns with my vehicle. Jerry, our service writer, promised a loaner vehicle when I made my original appointment. Billy then said that reservations are required and when we pointed out that we had one reserved, he said that it was still “first come, first serve”. After reiterating that Jerry had promised if we rescheduled we would have a loaner, Billy’s exact words were that it was a double edged sword and it would still not be guaranteed. It’s very disappointing to be a loyal customer and choose a dealership multiple times, for multiple vehicle purchases, and receive this treatment. We will be going to Nissan of Melbourne from now on.

Bought a new Nissan in June 2019. Had my first issue at 41,000 miles and service was not helpful at all. They stated I could not get a loaner vehicle until I did a diagnostic which could take anywhere from 1-3 hours. Being a customer with a new vehicle purchase from Erdman Nissan, they should be more accommodating and understand that its difficult to take off of work sometimes at a short notice when your vehicle has issues that need repaired. The only contact from Erdman Nissan I received afterward was from sales who offered to show me what kind of deals I could get on a new vehicle while my car was in the shop. That was a turnoff. Instead of the dealer helping get my car repaired by offering a loaner car or other type of assistance - they pushed sales on me to buy a new vehicle. unsatisfied customer who bought vehicle new from Erdman Nissan
Went in for my free oil change. What a joke they wanted to charge several hundred for a free oil change. In the last 12 years Ive purchased eight cars from this dealership, I wont make that mistake again!! These guys are crooks
Explain my situation with Justin before I even came in. He was upfront and honest with me and told me there was a 70/30 chance he could get me in a new car. Went in that afternoon Josh took me around looking at cars explaining everything as this was my first time buying a new car. We found one I really liked but I knew realistically I wasnt going to get in it with what I wanted to put down but that didnt stop then from trying. Ended up having to go with my second choice but no complaints from me as they actually got me in a new car given my situation. Very awesome experience overall. If I took my brand new 2021 Nissan Maxima into the service department because the front - passenger speaker grill was not setting properly.After a week the speaker grill started to pop up again. I contacted the service department and had to take the car back out to them. Theyve ordered a new grill to replace the one that was their. When the new grill came in it was not a match to the one on the other side. But they installed in anyway. T.J. who was one of the service writers became very sarcastic with me. A week later I had to call the dealership to talk to the service manager and left a message with no response. I called again and he said there was never a message for him. He had me bring the car back out to the dealership again. This time they determined they would have to replace the whole grill area acrosse the dash. The service manager, Billy said he would call me when the parts came in for the dash. Before I left I asked Him how someone like T.J. could work there being sarcastic and rude. His response to me was thats just the way he is. WOW 1! So I waited five weeks because I had not heard from them to call and ask about my parts. Again I left a message with Billy with no response. The second time I called I got through and asked him if my parts were in yet. He can back and responded that they had all the parts to fix the dash. How long was it going to be before they let me know my parts were there if I had not called? Anyway they took my car in to fix and issued me a loaner car. Wow 2! when the girl brought it to me it was dirty on the outside and stunk terrible on the inside. Thank goodness I own another vehicle to drive. I finally got the Maxima back with the dash fixed. I called Billy again a few days later about another problem and here I am 4 days later with no return call. Once they sell you the car the Service Deparment Sucks! Find another Service Department!!!

I was convinced I was being tricked just so they could get me in the door like every other dealership. To my surprise, this dealership didn’t trick me and was upfront and honest with everything. Well, it happened again... my second official “free” oil change at Mike Erdman Nissan.I called to schedule my oil change for our new 2020 Murano, “Jeff” said “let’s do it at 4:00”...Drove in, was cheerfully greeted (even atthe end of the day!) took maybe 20 minutes, oil changed and tires rotated!Furthermore, Jeff was kind enough to answer questions and demonstrate features of our car we’d yet discovered...Gotta say, the perks (anytime car wash,two years of oil changes ... etc) a crazy clean and professional facility... and a service crew like we’ve met so far, -impressive!

I’m really glad I had my car serviced at Mike Erdman’s. These guys are a pleasure to do business with, very well organized and the service technicians are very well trained. Watched the entire process from just outside the service bay and the mechanic was meticulous at every step including little details such as applying anti corrosion spray to peripheral areas. It was just an oil and filter change but it was done to perfection!

I gave 2 stars instead of one because at least they were polite about wasting my time. I went through the entire process with two other dealers and already knew that I would have a credit issue. I explained this to them beforehand. They told me they work with everybody and they were positive they could help me. I explained my situation the very best I could as I definitely didnt want to waste my time again and leave disappointed. After quite a few texts and calls back and forth and even after canceling my appointment out of skepticism they had me convinced to come in. they just wanted to help thats what they said. I mean I fully explained my situation down to every detail and they still told me to have faith that they could help. So I gave in and went to my appointment.I needed a SUV or at least something with room enough for my family of 7 and career I explained all of this beforehand. I mean I literally went back and forth explaining all of this.So they told me I only qualify for a Nissan rogue or something smaller. A full size SUV what I told them I needed was completely out of the question because I didnt qualify. I knew I had credit issues and I explained that. I literally explained everything and was still pressured to come in and waste my time.I left disappointed as I knew I would after receiving text like this one.SometimesIt can be difficult right before something works out. You need a dependable vehicle that wont break down and holds your family. You have to try. You are the husband and dad of your family. You can never quit trying.And this oneJustin said down payment is good also if you trade we can transfer your tag and save money. He said you should not give up until you come to us. He wants to make this happened. Please respond something so I knowAnd finallyI asked why he wanted you to come in and his reply was to see what they could get you in. I really thought he intended on helping you as I told him what you have been through. I am sad that you are having to deal with this. Your credit will improve. Eva said you have a friend that can help you. I would go with that if he can get what you need. Tim I have a very big heart and never give up. You are having tough times but you and your wife must count your blessings of your family and that you have each other. This too shall pass. Just stay strong and dont give up. First and foremost, I have to say my sales associate Charles Cody was incredible! He was polite, intelligent and provided outstanding service throughout the entire car buying process. The dealership was great, there were activities to keep both the kids and adults entertained (e.g. Shuffleboard, miniature basketball hoops). The entire dealership staff bent over backwards to provide top tier service. It was a great buying experience.

Mike Erdman and Ed Liquori are the best! I wanted a new car and with my very busy 80 n 90 plus hr work week, I stopped by to just take a look and was approached by Ed Liquori. Thank goodness I was! Ed was so patient with me and all of my rushing around and uncertainty! It was almost closing time when I stopped there so over the course of the next few days, I shopped around a little with other dealerships in between jobs and the entire time, Ed was very responsive to me and communicated with me so well, when in regards to all of my questions and concerns. So on mothers day weekend I was able to go with my husband and of course we met up with Ed. Needless to say, I purchased a new Nissan and Ed Liquori is the reason as to why! That and the fact that Nissans are great cars! Ed is the single handed best salesman I have encountered in my 45 years!
