Great gas station! I love the service provided. And great milkshakes here!

Absolutely the worst Wawa. They continue to serve people without masks. Walked into the store within five minutes I noticed 5 to 6 people standing in line without a mask. That’s unacceptable especially when masks rules are implemented.

Not very clean all the time but I never have to stand in line long workers are always helpful and can make good suggestions new to the cocoa area but I’m here to stay so This will probably be my regular gas station I go to

Well, made the FATAL mistake of being in a hurry and paying with cash and this WAWA WILL keep your money! I got shortchanged first for a qrt of oil by the cashier and prepaid $11.00. I filled up my oil AND drove off immediately turning around after seeing my gas gauge unchanged. Went straight back to the same caahier who OBVIOUSLY pocketed the money im sure. Shaniqua, the manager, took one look at me and immediately started giving me the im sorry sir but we cant routine. Apparently shes getting kick backs. The cashier even remembered me right away because I had within 5 mins gotten back to the store. The cashier, loud man, older guy, calling everyone to the register with some kinda carnie act, checks the till and says someone already drove off apparently. Yeah like they knew there was 11 bucks free on that exact pump and got in and out in under 5mins. YEAH RIGHT! Enjoy the money ya losers! Free lunch on me!!!

Asked for a side of sweet peppers and jalapeños instead. Made me throw out my whole meal cause someone was trying to mess with people at night. What the heck that is how you can kill someone.

Very fast with production, but filthy. Could be cleaned better flies all around the drink and food area.

Any store open! 24 hours a day! Gets 5 stars! Any day! Any time!!.. in my book. Thank u!

Bought at 7:30 pm super chewy dry chicken bites that were made hours before -1and mozzarella sticks that were hard because of how long they’d been sitting there. Horrible!

Absolute diaster .. All hand sanitizer dispensers are empty. No santizing wipes for screen to order food just the empty package. Bathrooms had no soap. Them waited 23 mins for a chocolate chip drink ...

Why have signs that say masks are required if no one is enforcing it? Half the store wasnt wearing masks and one woman was literally openly coughing at the coffee station. Please do not come here if you value your health.

One of the WORST Wawa’s I’ve ever been to. Nothing but panhandlers and addicts begging in the store and out of the store. Lines are long and I couldn’t find any travel health and beauty products. I have greater expectations for WaWa, this was a horrible location.

Ordered two chicken bowls and got one scoop of mashed potatoes between both bowls. Very unhappy I paid $15 for this. Will be checking my food at the counter before leaving from now on.

Hospital quality food to be honest. Its bland. It seemed better years when I was living near Philadelphia. This is really something youd get served at school or in the hospital. Only have good drinks . Crackheads and Heroin addicts everywhere. Youd think they could put some in their food to make it have taste

Worst location ever, Unwilling to help customers that have real issues, They treat everybody like they are from the hood, And the manager at the location is very unpersonal and unprofessional

Went in for ethanol free gas and the free air- except FOUR homeless men accosted me at the air pump and wanted to use my phone, buy them a drink, etc. it was extremely dangerous. I’m a young single female woman and this was an incredibly dangerous situation. They need to clean up the homeless loitering outside.

I came in at around 11:25 p.m. and ordered a custom salad with Italian meats, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, bacon, avocado, + a buttered roll & etc lol ( it was complicated) and the girl that made my order (dont know her name but she wore glasses) made it to perfectttiioonnnn ♡♡♡♡♡ she put just the right amount of everything. And I even watched her make it (sanitation wise) and she did everything right :D she was very nice. I commend her and will come back ❤

Super fail. Store was dirty. And with only 1 register open everyone was piled on top of each other with no social distancing. I will never go to this store again.

Well kept and clean. Food is always great with outstanding Service. 2 people can eat for under 8$. My sandwich was amazing. First time Ive had it and will get it again. Tripleta with lettuce tomato onion and BACON!!!!!! Dont get it without it!!!

I love Wawa, but this one is a little worse than the others. They are always understaffed and the food always takes about ten min to get made. Other than that, its a pretty decent Wawa.

Stopped in early this morning to pick up lunch and asked for a meatball sub with pepperoni got a sub with just pepperoni. When I called the store they said to just come in and they would make it right but didnt even take down my name.

I stop at this Wawa at least twice a week for lunch or dinner. The sandwiches are really good. Costs about as much as youd expect a decent sub to be, and their menu is pretty broad. If you can think of it, this Wawa probably has it.

They cancelled my order without notifying me. Supposedly they didn’t have an ingredient of what I ordered online and then paid for, huge hassle just to get refunded.

Its about time they start doing some beautification in this part of town. Its nice to see that Cocoa has not been forgotten. This gas station is by far the cleanest and safest gas station in this part of town.

An employee working on the beverage line, her name was Monica and she was so sweet. She gave me and my step-daughters tons of attention and even helped us walk our meals and drinks to the cashier since we couldnt carry it all. Food was great, too!

What a convenience store should be and all others should aspire to be.

Stopped for gas on 2/27/20 and made $18 purchase of gas. I swiped my card at the pump and 4 minutes later had an additional $70 charge to my card that was not authorized. There were no signs of tampering with the card slot but a fraudulent purchase was still made almost immediately after leaving the gas pump. Have not been inside, but the card slots at the pump should be checked to avoid this from happening again.

Gas is the cheapest 259!!! for reg.wow.. No gimmick either dont have to be a member..only one cashier for ck.out. they Need more help. felt bad for the cashier. But she kept on smiling. and everyone seemed to have patience. That was nice no mean people blaming her for lack of help.Best coffee around beats all other gas stores around!!! Still got a 5 even though they needed more cashiers.it was how she handled herself in a busy place by herself that kept her customers calm.wish i knew her name.

I love Wawa, but this visit today was not my most enjoyable. I ordered the avocado and bacon sandwich. But there was hardly any avocado on it at all, they put the wrong cheese on it, and it looked very sloppily made. Not happy today. Hoping for a better visit next time.

Most recent visit < early Aug 2018 found that some of the staff though busy were less than cordial and impatient. I will visit again soon and see if my experience will be duplicated or was a fluke and bad day. That being said, the CUMBERLAND FARMS is routinely and markedly better at making you feel welcomed,. Cumberlands staff often go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. I just purchased $39 in gas and I asked for a CUP of water. Mánager JENNIFER EXPLAINED THAT THEY SELL THEIR WATER This is THEIR POLICY.... I just to get a CUP of water when i purchase gas...this sucks

Okay place sometimes. They never have enough staff and they dont have all the options on the menu they used to have which they need to update. Definitely wait for your food, Ive had people snatch up my food before I even get to the kitchen area. Dont go by yourself either. You will get hit on constantly to where it gets sketchy and people will not leave you alone.

My bank card was just charged $200 from an automatic fuel despensor from THIS store. Im in ORLANDO and rarely ever go to Cocoa. Who the hell buys $200 worth of gas?!

Wawa itself is the best. It hurts to rate it one star. This wawa location is the absolute worst. You will 100% get pan handled here; aggressively. On the way in, on the way out, at your truck/car... and today took the cake. Even inside the store.

Corporate should really consider cleaning up this location or bringing in security. Strung-out junkies inside and outside the store begging for money is not good for business.

Staff seemed a little unfriendly- store was not as well kept as other locations.

They are hiring for second shift, starting at $10 hour and they have an employee stock option. They are working at trying to find reliable people to improve service at this store.

Jennifer had a horrible attitude.. I was trying to buy a mega million ticket she rudly pointed me to a machine with no instructions.. he the gossiped about me in front of all the other customers and laughed about it I kindly asked her to stop as I was trying to figure out the machine Jennifer should not be working with people

Rude and uncaring staff member made my first experience in a Florida Wawa terrible. Waited around 30 minutes for my hoagie which isnt too bad, still a disappointment because usually Wawas are awesome with excellent customer service. General manager was helpful though.

Horrible. Everytime I go there I am harrassed by crack heads and beggars. The service is always mediocre.i had a guy eyeing down my truck while I went inside and when I came out he approached me trying to sell me a chainsaw from his car. They need a security staff because everytime I have tried to go there I am harrassed by people loitering. I like wawa and I will never go back to this one. Ever.

They never have fresh coffee at night

Great sandwichs great gas prices

Its is nice to have a Wawa in Cocoa, very nice the first two weeks it was open. Some staff are arrogant, they run the store like Coca is a Store in the Projects. Need armed security, like some Orlando Wawas. We love Wawa not this one . Waited 45 minutes for 2 cold sandwiches and a Quesadilla, not busy, staff busy checking out some thugs bouncing to nasty rap on the gas pumps. Wont be back unless this store is cleaned up and better management. Pan handling in front of the store. 👎

Good sandwiches service people not so good

One of the worse Wawa’s I’ve been to. Despite having a sign saying they give a cup for ice to consumers who buy a drink AND spending $17 on food and drinks (well $18.53 including the ice cup) plus $53 on gas. The cashier insisted on charging me $1 for a cup for ice. I said “Really?” And she charged me - I paid and made a mental note never to return to this Wawa.

When my DH came back from here l went outside to help bring in the bags from the store out of the car. My car door was opened and I could smell that horrible smell l think from cardboard boxes. The bags raked of it. He brought home some subs. I could not eat it because you could taste that awful odor on the food. It permeated through! Yuck! I had to toss everything out.

Gas prices are good, anything else buy elsewhere WAYYY overpriced. I dont know who does thier pricing, but they are an idiot. sorry not paying $2.39 for a 20oz bottle of soda. Thats more than you charge for a two liter. Will probably stop giving them my business altogether. Ill pay a few more cents for gas just to not support this place that borderline price gouges.

This store use to be on point. Fast friendly service. They even did a special order for me. Not sure what has happened but, they have lacking lately. Special order that comes in on Friday or Saturday never showed up. Speciality drinks are awesome. As long as you get Monica who can five in three mins. The others take at least 20mins and the drinks are melted by then.

Location restroom always dirty lots of begers and cups not available to grab unless you go to cashier and ask and if you just want ice for your drink they charged 1.06 per cup first time I go to a Wawa and have to pay for a cup of ice

Nice store. But if ordering coffee, plan on waiting. Girl is SLOW! 15 mins for 2 coffees is a joke! Just watching her meander through the process is infuriating. This store wont last unless Wawa ups their game with faster workers.****UPDATE- Dropped my rating down to 2 stars. This place has been open less than a year and already its a dump. The place is filthy! Wen in for coffee today and the coffee bar was covered in spilled creamer and sticky sugar. Your shoes literally stick to the floor when you walk. Went to get ice and there were NO cups and that area counters were alo a mess. While standing in line to check out, you had to wave off all the house flies. I counted 4 workers in the cook area, 2 cashiers, and a worker stocking chips. Not one of those 7 people know how to grab a rag and wipe a counter? Extremely disappointed. I will drive 20 mins to the Wawa in Melbourne from now on. At least that one is clean.

I only usually go in late and I never have problems there, the food gets made fast and since not many people are there the line is also fast.

The Wawa is huge and there are so many great selections on drinks and snacks.

Do NOT eat here! The service is GHETTO! No stars would be given. Traveled 3000 miles to get a steak sandwich. Other Wawas in Florida call your number as your sandwich is made and let you take it with you to check out. We were waiting for our food, and they just let it sit there and watched us stand there as it got cold. Never asked us why we were waiting or if we needed help. After paying, getting my cold food and grabbing an outside seat, I realized my daughter did not receive her smoothie. I returned inside to ask for it and was asked in the most NASTY way what my number was. If I paid for it, then shouldnt my number have been called at least once? We had 3 tickets. Luckily I could read the receipt stuck to the side of the cup. (We Left ours at register when checking out.) I asked if they called numbers and was RUDELY told I obviously didnt pay first and they only call numbers after you pay . I said I was not sure how it worked here and was shopping for other snacks, then paid. I did pay and my smoothie which was not ready and that number was not called, to think she wanted me to tell her the number. She never called any of my 3 numbers. So just let your customers shop and give them cold food? I have never in my life had too interact with such GHETTO food service workers. Im sorry if you hate your job but dont take it out on your customers. I told the gal I will be contacting her corporate office. After that she decided to curse me out and start flinging the middle finger at me through the window as I returned to my husband and small daughter. If Wawa is going to hire these kind of women I will never return with my family. I should of listened when I was told not to visit the Wawa in Cocoa. Get it together. It should not matter where you are located. Quality of service should be priority.Go to any other Wawa instead. In the end I got nasty service, a sandwich not even made correct, a melted smoothie, and a big bunch of F yous from an unprofessional employee. If this was my business she would of been told to go home immediatly and never return. Horrible, ghetto service. I am disgusted to think that Wawa would accept this behavior in any way.DO NOT DARE TO BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!
