I had a horrible experience with CMI Marine and Bill specifically. What he did to me is the worst type of service you can ever get in the marine world - he just dropped the ball, stopped communicating, and left me wondering for 2 weeks whether he was going to be able to fix the problem or not.Seriously, 2 weeks - nearly no contact. I had no idea whether he could help, whether he was too busy, or whether he was still even in business. Life isnt worth this type of piss-poor response. I would never bother to give his guy a call ever - he represents the worst type of contractor you could ever hope to (mistakenly) try to call for help.

Bill is nothing short of amazing!!! Recently we had been let down by several less than savory marine vendors to the point that we had been reluctant to even try any more. On the referral of a good friend, we decided to have Bill Goldie, owner of CMI, come to the boat and diagnose an electrical issue that we couldnt wrap our heads around. We are so very thankful we did. Bill was prompt, professional, and knew what the heck he was doing. I want to scream from the flybridge how excited we are to have found Bill and CMI. Absolute 5 star operation!!!!
