Every time I have taken my bike there, I can expect the best service and prices, the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and wont berate you on the bicycle you ride (COUGH, COUGH Adventure Cycles) and will service bikes not sold by them..(again COUGH COUGH Adventure Cycles).

Very happy that I chose this bike shop. Everything was done (major tune-up)plus trued my wheel and added some spokes where missing and came in under budget! Who does that anymore. Thankyou!

I was told by a few bike stores that My disc brake issue on my new bike required getting a new fork . Because the brakes were misaligned .Village cycle shoppe in down town cocoa has a specialized tool that can fix misaligned disc brakes. The bike tech there fixed my bike for a very nominal fee. These guys know what they’re doing. I would highly recommend them for your biking needs.

Dont go here. Paid $70 to fix my Schwinn Midway and my back tire went flat the day after. He also got rude with me at one point. Also gave him $80.. he said thats good enough. This store is trash the only reason Id go back is too throw a rock through their window.

Great shop with helpful and knowledge people working there. Its a small shop, but despite this there is quite a range of products available. Normally seem to have a range of bikes on the floor including road bikes, hybrids, mountain bikes, comfort bikes, and comfort bikes; there is even a wide selection of recumbent tricycles and bicycles. A wide selection of parts and accessories for all these, as well.Always very reasonable rates for service work.If what youre looking for isnt in stock, theyre willing and able to get it for you quickly, and at a reasonable price.

Dropped my mtb to have a full service tune and hydraulic brakes serviced . A year later In a different state, I find out my fork and headset/bottom bracket were assembled without any grease, my brake fluid was never changed, black in color. Id like to think integrity would be a thing with someone dealing with brake lines.but to make things worse ths staff was completely unfriendly and showed obivous complacency. Wish I could go back and dump this black DOT brake fluid in the middle of the floor.

I recently bought a new bike for my wife- very personalized questions to accurately determine her needs. Numerous bikes to try out; bike we ordered came in quickly and has been perfect.Lots of good little suggestions for accessories- very helpful.A great experience.

I love these guys. I ride dinosaurs, old schwinn manta rays, etc. these guys ride fancy racing bikes, but they take the time to deal with me and treat me very well. repair work is top notch. Jason knows his stuff.

Small shop, but top rate service, makes you feel like family. Only shop now touching my stuff. Unlike a lot of shops these guys are not brand specific. Trust them completely.

Great experience for me. I thought I might have needed a costly and time consuming fix to my bike so I brought parts in to the shop. The guy looked at it and quickly found it needed 5 minutes of work with a tool your casual bike rider such as myself would not have. After he was done he said No charge which was surprising. I made sure to spend some $ there, and know where I will be going when I have future bicycle needs. Saved me from replacing expensive parts and took the time to fix me up, good group of people and they have my business here on out.

Have been going to Jason for a long time since he was working at another bike shop. He knows everything about bikes and has a cool shop in Cocoa Villa now. The only one that wants to touch hard bearing jobs and it is not afraid to get his hands dirty with more. Visit him and you will keep coming back.

Stopped by on a Thursday around 1:00. Took 20 minutes to park, ended up at BOA. Finally got there and sign said out shredding. I dont know what shredding is but it must be more important than customers.

It could have been a better experience. Nobody was rude but it felt almost like you had to be apart of the club to get some real information. I was provided basic information like I needed a bigger bike because I was a bigger guy but was actually referred to looking online to search for bikes my size to see what works. Not that its a bad response but I wouldve assumed they wouldve done some research for me while trying to push me towards some brands that they carry so they could generate more business for themselves.That being said, this is part of the reason why small businesses falter because nowadays when you goto a lot of the up and coming niche shops, a lot of em will make it seem as if you have to earn your stripes to get the inside scoop as to whats what within that niche. That only works for a club, not so much for a shop. So while they were polite, it wasnt the most helpful experience for my search for a bike that I ended up purchasing across town just based off them providing me with more information and help. Even if it may have cost a tad more (not sure how true but I read other reviews stating this place is cheaper) I would still pay a premium price as long as the product came with premium type service.Theres potential but customer service needs work, the atmosphere gives you the feel you would expect from a niche shop but thats about as nostalgic as it gets.CornBreadEarLAnd Gang

Small shop with knowledgeable operators. Very reasonable on prices for parts and service. I bought a road bike frame online and they built it up for me with parts they acquired from Enve, Shimano, Rotor, and Boyd. I later bought a CX bike from them. Stop by anytime just to chat about bikes.
