Fresh three melon bowls for breakfast, watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew. I love it. Some shelves are empty, I cant find my cats favorite food sometimes. I need to plan at least a week ahead to make sure I dont run out of things like high fiber V8. Friendly staff, clean store.

Want to give a big thank you to Lori in the deli. She was so awesome today while she made our subs. I felt she went above and beyond and put effort into making the sub awesome. The chicken tender sub is amazing but she added buffalo and this looks soooo good. Cant wait to try it.Ill come back to this Publix because of her.

This is the first time Ive shopped at this Publix. My Publix in Rockledge is closed for a year due to remodeling. The 524 Publix is my chosen alternative. The store is clean, associates friendly, parking is convenient, and this store isnt as crowded as all the other Publix in my area.

Went in for a glazed donut the bakery manager quickly assisted me. I was feeling guilty about the donut. He assured me this was a no judgment zone lol. That made my day!! Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

Wonderful deli folks who are very helpful and provide fast service. Never a long line which I like because I am impatient! Great selection of food throughout the store and great Bogo deals displayed neatly. Publix is a shopping pleasure here and everywhere.

IMO Publix remains consistently fabulous. Store is always clean. Staff members are helpful & courteous (but not hovering). Food: fresh, frozen, raw and cooked, is better than other brand stores. Foods prepared on site are safe and delish. I especially like: the American-ized sushi, fried chicken tenders and thighs ( better than restaurants that specialize in bird ) soups, every bread and bakery item, all YUM.Also- The only place I have found that carries some hard to find items, like saga blue cheese and scrapple.

Grrrrrr, its clean and open and has a lot to offer...a bit pricey but if you are looking for fresh they will have it. Sometimes customer service is a hit or miss BUT my last trip was amazing. Apparently they have a new staff that is very enthusiastic to assist you with your shopping. Not my everyday but I would absolutely go there and pay more before going to Wal Mart. Thats because its not a HUGE store and I dont buy meat from Wal Mart. Sorry not sorry, they dont have a real meat department like Publix.

Publix is always a pleasure still practicing social distancing and as always they have a wide selection of anything you could want. Very curtious and polite employees. They offered to help me with my groceries and even asked if I needed help putting my groceries in my vanOn a scale of one to ten they deserve a ten, I purchased some fried chicken and southern style potato salad and a few other things. Chicken was awesome and tater salad was delicious. Yes Publix is the best

The people there are very friendly and very helpful when you cant find a product. Rest room was very clean and maintained. You will love the people in the deli. They took such good care of me. I think much better than most stores. You will not go wrong shopping there.

The produce at this location was the prettiest Ive seen in a long time and though the lines at the deli were long it was lunch time (so it was expected!)it was so worth it, Our Subs were sooo good! The staff was super friendly and you can tell they enjoyed their jobs and coworkers. Thank you for the pleasurable experience!

I guess I should have closely paid attention to make sure they were bagging groceries correctly. They put a open cup of spicy sauce for my sushi in a bag with chocolate chip cookies from their bakery. Both containers are only being held closed by a piece of sticky paper because they are packaged in the store. Needless to say I ended up with spicy sauce chocolate chip cookies before I could get to my car. I assumed the sauce was bagged with the sushi as I had one on top of the other....nope they thought the cookies were more suitable with the sauce...

Clean, sanitary, safe, friendly, helpful workers have recycling cans out front for Styrofoam such as egg containers, plastic bags

The butcher was very patient and very helpful for me over the weekend Saturday with my brisket I want to thank him again he’s very patient with me on the how to cut the meat even talk to my husband on FaceTime so satisfied also in the seafood department at the same the young man was very satisfied with as well gave me tips on how to cook my fish and when he steamed and season my crab legs they came out perfect way better then any seafood restaurant-we have had dinner was very satisfied with both departments

The Pharmacy is the worst in the county! Slow and they really don’t care. I pick up for someone who has to use this pharmacy. Every time I’m here they have one person at the counter with lines several people deep.

Im not sure how they operate as a store overall, but their deli has horrible customer service! Everytime I make an order they ask me for my name, and tell me that my order will be ready in 15 to 30 minutes. So I assume that Ill be in and out, once I pay for my order, wrong!! Theyre always telling me, that they dont have an order by my name, and I have to wait an additional 30 minutes. I could understand if this happened once or even twice, but thats not the case it happens every time, like they dont communicate with each other at all.

The store personnel were very friendly but I had to wait almost 20 min. At the deli to get 2 subs. The young man that helped me worked as fast as he could. There was 1 other fellow working as well but not as quick. But very friendly. The pharmacy was excellent and helped fill my medicine as I live in the Keys. I have 2 grandsons that work in Islamorada so I know how things work. I was in retail for over 30 years so I know things dont always go as planned. Overall good service.

December 19, I walk up to pharmacy register. As I do a lady walks up to 1st social distance line and says The line starts here. I ignore her, then cashier comes up and says she was here first which was completely untrue. I cant help but to think that it was a racial thing. Being a bigger person than Ive been in the past, instead of making a scene I just let her go. A 2nd assistant obviously noticed what happened and came other to help me. Hopefully this review will raise attention to management, but I seriously doubt it.

Ive always loved Publix and I still do to this day. Their subs are excellent, the dates on the milk and eggs are perfect. The fruits and vegetables are fresh looking and if not properly taken care of by their excellent employees. Everyone working here at Publix is always courteous, kind, and caring.

Awesome, clean well stocked store. Always enough friendly cashiers to check you out, so there is minimal waiting time even during their rush hours. They have a wide variety of items and many brands to choose from. It is a pleasure shopping there. I highly recommend this store!!

They were out of Ball Park beef frank boo clerk said they would not substitute. When I asked at the check out to the cashier for the Heinz 57 steak sauce because the shelf was empty. Cashier stated then we are out. I asked him if it might be somewhere else in the store. Then he and the bagger stated no we are out if none are on the shelf. Checked out, then I saw some managers walking in the front lobby area. I asked one of them, he told me there is plenty and headed to go get some. I then had to check out again just for that. I let the manager know what the cashier had said. I like this store and usually shop here. This is my first time shopping since the first part of March. Not to fond of the directional thing, .ages it hard to get assistance in the meat and dairy department.
