If I could do less than one I would. I personally dont use them but two people that I help out has and does. They NEVER have all prescriptions ready. I always have to make two trips. So this time I decided to call first and I spent two HOURS on hold. They dont want to answer the phones. Spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold for two callers ahead of me. This has been an absolutely indescribable tragedy. Apparently customer support doesnt exist at this location

I don’t think they could more rude or lazy. Trying to get a covid shot with an appointment and stood there for 25 minutes before being acknowledged and then it was like I was bothering them. What was point of having an appointment.

This Walgreens is the worst! First they are very dirty the bathrooms have slippery floors and they rarely clean the parking lot. There is broken glass and all sorts of trash outside.

This morning 2/2/21 I walked into Walgreens on Clearlake in Cocoa & 2 employees saw me come in with lab papers in my hand & neither of them bothered to tell me that the lab was closed at this location. This is why I dont shop at Walgreens, nor get my scripts there. The employees are rude, not friendly or helpful. Trust me when Labcorp stopped having their own offices I wasnt happy to learn that I would have to go to Walgreens. I wish my insurance used a different lab.....

Everytime I go to this pharmacy theres always a problem, if I drop off a prescription. Ill drop off the prescription and they always tell me itll be ready in an😞 hour, and everytime without fail when I get there the medicine is not ready. And I have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for a prescription that should of already been ready!! Its so Damn 😠aggravating!

Friendly customer service. Great sales & plenty of everything. The sales ad is so helpful in finding bargains if you really dig.

Maybe if you stop ripping off senior citizens youll have better business especially durning a major crises big hike from last month price you wear caught red handed what happened to all the senior citizens that bought your Discount card you told everybody about will get a huge discount we all paid you $20 for the extra discount and prices was higher you really took advantage of the senior citizens and took their money a investigation should be investigated for what you did

Ive been going to the pharmacy here for over 15 yrs they are always super helpful and very nice the store offers a decent variety of things you might need around the house I will be going here for 15 more yrs

I must say I had a bad experience here. I live in Melbourne work out of town. Came here late to get a refill. They gave me the wrong medication. Drove back 3 hours to get there. They then got my prescription wrong a 3rd time. However the wonderful pharmacist was so nice. She got it right paid for my gas as well as the deference in cost. WOUNDERFUL people here. In a very bad side of town. Very good people here. I was told by many people there I could sue, so sad. Why would I do that? I praise this place the way they handled it. 5 STARS FOR YOU WALGREENS

I am not sure who answered the phone in the pharmacy but she had a southern accent. Anyways, I had a 2-3 min conversation with her and it was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I do not usually get my prescriptions filled at this wal-greens because it is not close to my home but it is close to my work and from now on I will use this wal-greens because of the great customer service I received in such a short amount of time.

Awful experience. Working for the Water Department trying ro make sure everyone has water during these trying times. Waited ten minutes at the cashier and finally had to leave. Very poor customer service bordering on abuse

I was in the store today looking for vicks vapor rub. The cost was 7.99. I took it up to the register in the front and the young lady told me it was 11.00. She gave me back the product and said that 7.99 was the wrong price. I went back to the pharmacy again looking at the price. It still read 7.99. I ask the pharmacy why was the price coming up to 11.00 and it says 7.99 on the shelf. She stated I might need a coupon that on the other side. I never saw a book with coupons. I saw the blk lady from cosmetics and ask for her help. She realize the bigger vicks were placed in the wrong slot and it was the smaller vicks on sale. But it took 3 people to get a easy fix done. Customer service. Nobody wanted to take the time out and help the customer. Thank you for all your help the lady from cosmetic. Do better walgreens. No happy

I am VERY disappointed with their Halloween selection this year. I still stop here for all my on the go needs.

This review is for the FedEx service only. They dont receive packages here until you pick them up, and FedEx doesnt mark them delivered until theyre received. Just avoid having packages held here, no one has any idea what theyre doing.

Its close to the house. And Im in and out.And the store has most of the things I need.
