My experience today was very pleasant! I specially want to compliment the gentleman who helped me through it all, Ronnie. He was patient with my lack of knowledge and kept me updated every step of the way! He was professional and friendly! 5 stars.
This place reaffirms why I hate dealers. We took my girlfriends Nissan there for a recall on the ABS. When we picked up the vehicle we were informed that it needed rear brakes and rotors, as the pads were metal to metal on the rotors. Since I can do this work myself, I immediately pulled the rear wheels after getting home. The pads were not even down to the wear indicators and the rotors were not scored at all. I replaced the pads, sanded the rotors slightly and the vehicle is good to go. Mike, you just lost a potential customer for lying to us on our first visit.
FALSE ADVERTISING: On July 4, 2021 at 7am I arrived at Mike Erdman Nissan for a basic oil change. According to Mike Erdmans promise - No appointment is needed for express service, DO NOT BELIEVE IT. The service advisor informed me that I needed an appointment. They are short staffed and cannot change my oil without an appointment. They were no cars in the service area and the service advisor also stated the in an hour they were going to get extremely busy. They had 57 appointments for the day. MIKE ERDMANS advertisement is misleading therefore once you purchase a vehicle, they will not service it as promised.
Worst service department ever! 5 trips to fix a seat, then on Friday I’m purchasing another vehicle and told to give them a second chance. I did. Worst mistake, misinformation given by parts staff and service staff don’t listen or care to listen. So, a 24 month free replacement battery with an 84 month limited warranty has an actual 0 warranty.. I’m willing to pay the labor but not for the battery as it’s clearly still under the warranty per your parts department! Done! Highly recommended everyone using Somewhere else... I believe there is a Nissan dealership in Melbourne that would enjoy my business.
Dropped car off on thursday, no word from them, I called multiple times Saturday, just to be sent to different voicemails. Had to drive to location to find out what was wrong, and when it could be repaired. No word again. Called multiple times Wednesday just to be sent to voicemails all over again. Went there thursday to find out its done
When I Initially walked in the guy at the service desk wasn’t so friendly. But by the end the manager came out and helped me with my carriage into my car very pleased

A bad service yesterday I went to the maintenance change and they left my car without oil today, May 26, I returned to claim and they tell me that the oil computer only had 2 quarts of oil, be careful when you take your car to nissan
