River. In to get a quote for a windshield replacement. They dont do them there although the have autoglass signs posted. I was told they refer them out. It has been two weeks and I have not heard back from them with a quote.They however quoted to paint the top of my Jeep Gladiator while I was there.
This was my first auto insurance claim. A rogue male peacock had attacked the reflection it saw in the front headlamps of my relatively new auto and caused damage to the front of the car. Allstate told me it was covered under the comprehensive portion of my policy and recommended Gerber Collision, Cocoa for repair.“Sam Curtiss,” the General Manager, was my estimator. Sam was friendly, courteous, and professional. It was a classic case of “Under Promise and Over Deliver.” The Insurance $30/day rental coverage was totally inadequate. No worries – Gerber (“Brandi”) gave me ride from the shop in Cocoa to my Cape Canaveral residence. Scheduled for completion on Wednesday - completed on Tuesday and the car was perfect.I strongly recommend Sam and her Gerber team. They over-deliver and make it a pleasant experience.
My car was perfect when I brought it in, except for the obvious accident damage. After leaving here, a week later than promised, my car has lost its value. Overspray everywhere! Why they didn’t tape off the inside of the car is beyond me. My leather upholstery is destroyed, and somehow they even managed to paint over my spare tire, that’s how strong the overspray was.Very sloppy work. Missed a dent, colors didn’t match, didn’t tape off well around the roof racks, bumper wasn’t bolted on correctly, damaged the wiring which required a $2300 dealer repair to change the harness (not part of the accident). I really don’t even want the car after they’ve had it. It was showroom clean. After a $700 detailing, it looks better, but still makes me angry each time I see my car.I imagine you can find a better shop any other place you look.
They were super fast, got my car up and running, and even fixed the horn that a different location forgot to do previously.The staff were all great. Of all the Brevard Gerber locations, they are by far the best.

My girl took the advice of Geico to go to their preferred vendor against my advice and here we are 3 weeks in and no car. 2 weeks ago we were told it would be finished on a Wednesday but that turned into Friday quickly. Then it was pushed to the following Tuesday. Nope still no car but was told they are finishing it up soon and would be ready now on either Thursday or Friday....That came and went and was told but they are washing the car and finishing the details. Nope...Not ready last Friday either....Then told glass was being installed....Ummmmm..How? When the car was being washed and cleaned up from the repair the previous week?? Then just this past Tuesday 01/21/20 we are told the guy working on the car that was supposed to finish it that day called out sick. Now its Thursday...Still no car and no word. Do not take your car to this Cocoa location. Apparently the Orlando shops for Gerber get 4.6-4.8 ratings compared to 3.6 here. The numbers dont lie folks.
I have been there 3times. Great experience. They go out of their way to please. They keep you posted on where your car is in the process from start to finish. Employees were very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job on my car. I would highly recommend them
I had to take my car back 3 TIMES, for them to fix the front fender! It kept popping out. This last time I was told there had been a change in several unsatisfactory employees; so this time would be the last.....This crew seemed much nicer also!
They only work on cars with no prior work done on them. To me thats pointless. However their sales people tactics are on point which makes this place extra dangerous to the unknowledgable customer. 2 stars for the fact they didnt directly disturb me since they turned away my business
I had a 7 month old car that was hit, damaging the front fender and hood. Gerber repaired it to brand new condition! I was bracing myself to see a different finish to the fender than what the factory paint was, but I was totally impressed as it was near perfect! They kept me informed of the progress the entire process and every person there was friendly and helpful! I will return to them for bodywork.
Avoid this place like the plague! If your insurance company suggests this place, laugh in their face and bring it somewhere else. If your deciding on a collision center or paint service, go somewhere else. The inconsistencies are every where.. The collision center will fix the problem but damage other things in the process and not tell you or cover it up. And the paint guy is completely incompetent at his job. My car looked like a puffer fish with all these raised bumps everywhere. They said they would fix the problem, but their idea of fixing it was to just sand down through my clear coat and just give my car back to me. Stay away! Stay happy! This companys only saving grace is the manager John... Without his unending pursuit to make the customer happy, my entire experience would have ended in litigation.

Do not go to the cocoa location on US1. After a collision in July 2019 geico recommended taking my vehicle there. They placed aftermarket bumper and fender on my vehicle and tried giving it back to me with fender and hood not aligned and the bumper visibly unclipped fender s on both sides. I asked them if the tech even looked at his work and if a manager inspected the completed work and assured it was. Very interesting as my 10 yr old pointed it out to the manager. So lies. They also missed putting the clips back in the wheel wells.After a few months of the bumper continuing to pop out and becoming unclipped Geico told me to take it back. Gerber ordered OEM bumper and fender and handed it back to me visibly unclipped again this time making excuses that the other passenger fender isn’t straight and must have been replaced before. Which it never had and even if it had who cares. You charged my insurance for a new bumper and fender and the labor to remove and replace which includes clipping it in.So I’m filing a dispute with Geico as Gerber also charged for an alignment that they never performed. They told me this in person and other work to do the job right a 2nd time and it’s still not right and clips missing still after bringing up the clips 3 other times.Never go here.
I went in for an estimate yesterday for some damage to my car. Once the estimator looked at it, he brought out the general manager and they simply set it back into place with no charge whatsoever. When does that ever happen?
Listen to Drew I, a few reviews down.My insurance company recommended this place to me for the first time, which theyve always taken it the the Chevy garage on 520.Pretty dissatisfied.I got my car back with my rear passenger door lock busted, then they proceeded to tell me they didnt do anything with the rear door. I have a piece of the plastic sitting in my vehicle as proof as well, didnt notice it till i arrived home. It was on the invoice that they sure did do things to my rear door.They proceeded to go ahead and order the part, Ill update once that is fixed. ⏳Then i get home, i try to lock up my car.Now my front passenger door doesnt even lock.I just recently gotten a brand new passenger side door handle installed, it doesnt even look like the same one, looks like one from a salvage yard.But unless its called something else, i didnt see that on my invoice either. 🤔I was explained that someone called in sick that day, but how about you call people back and keep them updated about whats going on.I understand my vehicle is old, but its all some people can afford. I expect it to be treated with respect.

Horrible.... 3rd time here in 2 weeks for them to put a wheel cover on...( had it for 8 days) AND they forgot to order the reflector that goes with the cover.....
