I purchased a new Gold Wing here 2 weeks ago. Easiest deal Ive ever had. Worked out the numbers over the phone with Brandon and picked it up the following Saturday. Brandon was great. Hes everything you want with a salesman; competent, knowledgeable and professional. The negotiations were straightforward and easy with no shenanigans. Very honest and competent team. The Sales manager and Service manager were great plus they gave me a very fair price for my trade in. High marks to the whole team. A solid and reputable dealership where customer service ranks high in their core values.

I’ve been looking to buy the newly redesigned Kawasaki KLX 300 dual sport since it was announced last fall. Not very many dealers have been able to get one of these and when they do, they sell it virtually immediately. So when I saw Champions had one in stock I called the store and spoke with Scott Ross. He confirmed the bike was in inventory and not held by deposit (something other dealers fail to do just to get you in the store) and agreed to hold it with a deposit. The next day I drove two hours from home to buy it.When I got there the bike was waiting for me with a SOLD hanger asking people not to sit on it. Nice move Scott! I spent a few minutes looking the bike over and taking some pictures of it while Scott wrapped up with other customers he had before I got there. When he was done, we went to his desk and all of the purchase paperwork was already completed! Also a nice move! This would’ve aggravated me had I intended to negotiate the price but I knew in my head the price I was willing to pay before making the drive. The price was right, as the saying goes. Yes, a little higher than I’d normally pay - I like to negotiate down superfluous dealer fees - but this time I wanted the bike quickly. Besides, someone else would happily come along and buy it. I know this because it happened to me a couple times recently.Throughout the process, Scott was keeping in touch via text and when the deal was finally done, he even helped me load it onto my carrier. He’s a little more worrisome than I am when it comes to loading bikes so he even grabbed me an extra ratchet strap for my front wheel!If I had anything to add to this story, something which would throw some shade on the experience, was that Scott didn’t throw anything extra into the deal. When I bought my Honda from another dealership, they tossed in a very nice distressed ball cap! LOL I even got to choose the one I liked from the wall. AND, that was after I took them to the cleaners on a leftover 2017 dual sport bike they couldn’t sell. Oh well, does the lack of a hat make me regret buying from Champions? Hell no, not one bit. I’d do it again - and maybe I will if they release a KLX 450 dual sport down the road.Or maybe if my need for an Africa Twin gets out of control one day! Thanks Scott and everyone from Champions! You dont want to buy a bike from Champion Honda!Wanted to buy a bike today. Drove from Orlando to see one bike. Found a different one. You cannot test ride unless we already have a deal in place. So cant ride both so see which one is a better fit. Scott actually said you should believe what I say. Talked with the GM Too bad there is nothing I can do about it, I have to protect myself.

They offered free delivery but I couldn’t take it because I was at my class during that time. They try their best, especially Brett, to get you whatever you need. They even helped load my bike up in the truck and gave me a few pointers. Nothing but genuine people.

Crooks, just like every other dealer Ive ever dealt with but this one almost cost me my life. I was riding my bike home just after purchase and the mirrors came loose. This was a dangerous situation because I was on the thruway. I called the dealer to discuss this and they would not return my calls. Also the bike did not have an owners manual or tool kit but what upset me even more was that they sold the bike with only one key. I didnt find this out until I got home. I will never deal with these people again! They will try and come on here and make some kind of excuse but please dont believe it, it may cost you your life!!!!Oh and as per your response, I dont use my real name on the internet. Trust me it was you guys...

I couldnt be happier with the service and follow through with everybody I dealt with it started with a phone call in the morning saying nothing was in stock and they possibly could be getting something in any day but with the high demand for SxS right now they couldnt be sure when that would be, but by the same afternoon they received one on the truck and called me back so needless to say they stayed open 30 minutes longer than there regular hrs to allow me to complete my purchase 😀 😉 👍

I started motocross when I was 10 years old maybe 11, however I rode for a long time. I never missed a time where I could or was allowed to go on 2 wheels and on HUGE jumps and very Narly corners. The shop was totally friendly. They have a vast amount of knowledge, and if they dont know, they consult together as a team and figure it out/problem solve. You get what you pay for, I say go for the upgraded Helmets and the Bluetooth, speakers that are able to be installed in the helmets so when you and your partner go riding you can talk to one another with your helmets Bluetooth, being link-ed togther :). Take time in your purchase. Sit on all of them and see what you like. I went to champions to have new tires put on my drz400sm. and champions service department chipped paint off not only one but both of my rims. and it was my first set of tires at only 5,000 miles. Then the manager said I would need to leave my bike there for up to two weeks so they could be repaired. I was expected to pay with my time for their mistake. I was unable to have the situation resolved because my bike is my only means of transportation so I cant leave it there if I wanted to. If you have a nice bike that you worked hard to afford please go to another shop and save your self the trouble. Plus about 2 weeks after they installed my tires my axle slider fell off. They did such a bad job im worries my tires will fall off.

I just purchased a new Honda cbr500r, Brett was very informative, very friendly and knowledgeable about the motorcycle that I purchased, he was easy to deal with as far as making a deal, and he was very eager and willing to help me with any questions that I may have pertaining to the bike of my choice. My overall experience with Champions Honda was pleasant. The staff, particularly my sales rep Kyle, were very friendly, cordial and responsive. My biggest issue is the overinflated FEES! I understand its a business, but my goodness! It hardly makes the discounted MSRP worth it when they tack on fees to bring the price back up. They could have at least thrown in a complimentary pair of gloves or SOMETHING, but they did nothing. Oh wait, license plate reflectors. You get the usual fast talking, slight-of-hand from the finance guy (I remember your name, but I wont say it), but thats expected. So, do your research and watch the numbers on the paperwork closely.

Worked with Bret in sales who was quick to respond and up front with prices. Easy to work with. Nick in finance was awesome. Made everything easy to understand and I felt like I was treated fairly and with transparency. If ever need a good team to trust he’s your guy!

I brought my four wheeler here to have them install a winch a while back, which had to come back two times because They forgot to put on bolts. I thought I’d bring it back to let them try to redeem themselves with some repair work that needed to be done on the four wheeler. They’ve called me twice saying it was done and ready to go, but each test ride resulted in me pushing the bike back to the service department. It’s been there over a month, also been trying to get ahold of the General manager And left phone number for him to reach out to me still no call.

The sales team, specifically Brett, is excellent. Champions has a great selection of motorcycles that fit the type of rider you are. Purchasing was pain free. Highly recommend.

Very in happy with champions. Order parts they don’t bother to call and tell you there in. Then they tell you there all in and I drive 45 min to get and only half the parts are in. Full of excuses. I’ll never shop here again. Figure after spending 17k you might get threaded a little better.

From start to finish the process was seamless. I was in the market for a 2018 Goldwing. I called over and spoke with Scott. I wanted to get an idea over the phone since I was almost 2 hours away. I sent over very detailed photos of what I had to trade and they gave me a price contingent on me bringing my bikes of for visual inspection. I went over and they honored the price they gave me (I sent very detailed photos). Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice. They beat the price of the other dealer I had called and the experience was excellent. Scott was extremely personable and in the future he will be at the top of my list to call for another bike. Did the deal over the phone, showed up to the dealer- paperwork was all ready when I got there- signed it and left. Took 15 minutes. I wish buying a car was as easy as buying a Ninja!My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Brett was an excellent salesperson- very knowledgeable, very accommodating, and absolutely zero pressure. They walked me around and introduced me to the folks in other departments, and everyone is just excited you’re there. I received a thorough walk-through of my new ride before leaving the dealer. The gentlemen who delivered my bike met me at my place with my wheels as soon as I got home and was just as excited I got a new bike as everyone else. I immediately got out on the road on my new Ninja 650, and they even threw in a free helmet. Excellent experience.

I always try and wait before I give a review, because I feel that you have a good feel for everything later on. It has been about 4 month now. The buying process was no pressure and a pleasant experience. Brett showed me a lot of different options of which this place has a lot! While looking around I talked bikes with the parts guy Gary. I need to give Gary some props as he did not try to sell anything we just talked bikes. He helped me narrow down my mind to the CBR 650F. I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I have also had good dealings with Matt and the service team. I had the 600 mile service and later new tires (bad luck with nails and I wont ride a patched tire.) Actually closing in on my 4,000 mile service already. Been very happy with everything. Bike is beautiful and more importantly a great fit for me, I love it. It will be a few years but I will come here first when its time for the second bike, cruiser maybe?

The entire time he walked me through it and was even nice enough to point me to the part department to get fitted for riding gear. 10/10 would recomend. Went to Champions in January 2018 for a full safety check, oil change, and a few other maintenance items on my Suzuki and the service and quick turnaround was great. So, this past week, the bike had a flat back tire and they were the first place I contacted. I emailed my tire size and in no time at all Mike Lutz emailed me back with a price and said he could take care of it the next day if I would like. I know it was a great price, because it was cheaper than what I paid elsewhere, 6 years ago. I told him Id have to find a place to tow it and he said no worries, hed send someone to pick it up and they could have it ready that day. So, they picked it up Friday morning, changed out the tire, did a full safety check and it was ready a short few hours later. I got with Matt Werner when I went in to pick it up and again the service, professionalism and knowledge of my bike was outstanding. Mike reminded me about a light I wanted to order and he took me over to parts and we got that taken care of. Great price, service, and professionalism went beyond my expectations. Thanks Mike and Matt, you did an awesome job and nothing but 5 stars for Champions Honda!!

My husband and I bought a Kawasaki ZX14R from them in 2019. The experience there was great, the salesman was awesome and friendly. In late 2019 my husbands bike got hit while it was parked, which damaged almost all of the plastics and both exhausts. He called Champion to see what they could do and they immediately said they would handle all of the repairs and talking to the other persons insurance company. Awesome. They took care of everything we needed, and the bike looks/runs great!

Really enjoyed my experience at Champions. I went in to take a look at bikes on a Saturday afternoon, and was greeted by Scott Ross. No pressure, answered all of my questions without any frills, and even though I mentioned that I wasn’t planning to purchase, he still spent time talking about different options. I later went back and looked for Scott to help me seal the deal...again, no pressure whatsoever. His knowledge of the bikes in the shop is exceptional.The customer service was great and the staff was exceptional. I’d gladly send all of my comrades back to see Scott if ever they are in need of a great shop with excellent customer service. Definitely see Scott if you’re in the area..you won’t regret it.

Had a great experience, the sales guy Scott was awesome and very knowledgeable, the sales manager great as well, both very responsive and courteous. The finance guy Nick is excellent and was very helpful too. They gave me a great deal and I’m sure I’ll get my bike service there too. Highly recommend this place. Worked with Blake for my salesman. He was amazing definitely recommend him. Makes you feel at home and is extremely knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know the answer he goes and finds it instead of giving you any wrong information. The sales manager Nick helped on the sale and he was great too! Really made it happen. Told him the price range I wanted and he went above and beyond to make it happen!

. Purchasing my new 2017 Vulcan Voyager was a great experience and done timely. Sale rep Austin was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A week after purchasing the bike I noticed that the brake light wasnt working with the front brake. Mike in the service department fixed the problem quickly and we was in and out in 10 minutes. This is a great dealership.

Bob LaMonde was a pleasure to deal with. He put me on my first motorcycle a year ago, but I was ready for to upgrade. He knew what I was looking for and kept his eyes open for something that might be a good fit. When the right motorcycle came in, he knew right away I needed to own it. I got the call, and even though I still owed more on my current bike than it was worth, he was able to help get me more for my trade. Bought two bikes from Brett and he was awesome took care of us and made sure everything was clear, signed paper work with Nick in Finance office he also was amazing! Totally explained the importance of have the right protecting with gap and warranty and made everything easy. This is a good dealership that is very open and down to earth ! Brian was phenomenal help! He was very informative. I never felt pressured like people normally feel at a dealership. When I purchased the bike, we went over all of the paperwork and if I had any questions they were answered. Austin delivered the bike on time and gave some good advice about aftermarket parts. Not only did Kyle find me a bike that would fit my needs but he also made the experience quick and easy. I’m very happy with my bike and could not have asked for a better salesman!
