The manager - Misty and the staff there are very professional and very helpful. They always display a lot of patience and are always looking to appease.
The UPS Store Cocoa Beach has the most friendly staff and they have been some of the most welcoming people I have met since arriving to CB. Misty took all my phone calls and answered all my questions with ease. She has always been pleasant. Her staff is equally pleasant and accomodating. They greet me and my children everytime we walk through the door. They immediatly grab any packages I have waiting. I highly recommend The UPS Store in CB.

Had a terrible experience with an employee Misty. Her demeanor and attitude was extremely unprofessional. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude. The sighing in her voice every time she spoke to respond and her refusal to make eye contact was shocking. As a paying customer I felt like we were all ruining her day by coming into the store for a service. I will not recommend nor return to this location.
When I use to deal with Lindsey it was a 10! I dont usually write reviews if they are negative; I just dont bother and they lose my business. Today is different. I worked with the public and in retail over 20 years and there is just no need to be nasty to people. Its not like I came in with a problem or attitude so to be treated like you cant even find it in yourself to be friendly or personable is beyond my understanding. I was polite and apologetic for nothing really and she was still rude. I wont use this location again.

Great service, came in to ship after trouble with USPS.. employee working I think Zack (?) was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely be returning for future shipping needs!

I went there for the first, and last time today. The service was awful and their prices beyond ridiculous. No one bothered to look up and acknowledge me when I entered, that was fine because they were taking care of other people. However when it was my turn they stopped in the middle of helping me to also help the person behind me. I dont mind waiting my fair turn but expect that to also apply to others. I was then quoted almost $18 to send a TV remote for UPS ground that I was able to take to the post office for two day delivery of $5.30.

Went to purchase an empty box. The counter person acted like they didnt carry that size. I know they do. The person had to ask someone else if they had it. A huff and a puff later, and they had to pull a couple of boxes out of the way to get to it. Price: $13. Yes, for an empty box. And then I got a lecture about how to pack the contents. Probably because they werent going to sell that part. I have shipped out similar more times than I have kept track (somewhere around 30 - 40). So I then asked how much to ship (12 pounds, long box): $55. Not a typo. In state. Ground. Then, I went to the website. Plugged in all the info needed and the quote was $15.29. How is there a $40 difference justification? The lesson here: do not patronize the store when you have to purchase shipping supplies; ship anything out; and expect to get respectful customer service. Go here to get ripped off.
Just had very important document notarized by Nathan. He noticed that I had been advised to notarize the document incorrectly. Bob and Kelly are always helpful and go above and beyond. I can understand how people may think they can be gruff, but they run a small business and can get frazzled by the constant requests to bend rules and such. Having used them for five years, they have a strict set of rules they have to follow as franchisees and they work very hard to get the job done as quickly, correctly, and efficiently as possible.They have been as flexible as they possibly can and have gone above and beyond what other similar franchises have been willing to do. They consistently help and make my life easier as I travel and have to conduct local business back home. Thanks a million!

I am new to Cocoa Beach, and both Bob and Kelly were amazing--not only with the service they provide, but also directing me around town as to where I could find the additional sources I needed to complete my task. Their friendliness, warmth and assistance were much appreciated by this new girl in town. : )

Friendly staff. Able to ship my packages with ease. Yet they were unable to print something for me that I had on a hard drive... I thought this was a simple UPS Store task. Never any line.
Spoke to Kelly Monday about having a package delivered to a Soldier and the possibility it would need to be held overnight. Asked specifically about any fees since the package was going to be delivered on Friday and my husband couldn’t pick it up till Saturday. She never answered my question if there were any fees to hold a package. Surprise—my husband was charged $20. It was delivered a day early (only good news here). On Thursday the staff called my husband less than 1 hour before they close for the day to tell him to pick it up the package. So you’re telling me to “hold” a package for 1 hour you charge $10 for the whole day...and people answering the phones can’t answer a simple question if there are any fees to hold a package. Interesting...
Had a fast friendly experience here. Bob was helping me. I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes. I spent more time filling out my form than he did boxing up my items.

Very very rude. I would suggest going somewhere else. My boyfriend got a mailbox here to receive packages. I sent something there with my name on it, and they kept in in the back for 4days and finally my boyfriend asked where it was. The guy told him that he couldnt receive packages without his name on it. So my boyfriend told him I would be in to put my name on the mailbox. I went on today with the key and he refused to give me My package! Not to mention the guy was EXTREMELY rude. I think its illegal to hold someones mail and not stand it back....What a joke! We will be going elsewhere, and I will never use them again.
Not only were the owners very frank and short with me, they refused to print me a receipt or proof of acceptance after I asked for one. They told me Oh, we dont do receipts here... We dont even have the equipment.This is unacceptable, sending and receiving packages is a dance of liability. When I brought my prepaid outgoing package (The value of the shipped item was +$200), they had me place it in a pile with about 10 other packages and didnt even scan the item. What if the package was stolen or damaged before they scanned it into their system? I would be held liable if that happened, and thats not okay.I have lodged a complaint with UPS-Store Corporate and they said theyll be contacting this location to reevaluate their package acceptance policies.

I travel throughout central Florida for business and have used a large variety of UPS Stores FAX, copy and shipping services over the past 11 years. With most stores the service is friendly, efficient, and priced reasonably. I stopped at this location on April 24th about 440pm to FAX 14 pages to our firms Toll Free Fax line and then ship some documents via a pre-paid and printed UPS overnight envelope. I was told, at least I learned before the fax was sent, I would be charged LONG DISTANCE for the fax. I did asked the person working about the fee. I emphasized that this was a TOLL FREE number. Was told it was not a local number. Also learned the store charges a $10 pick up fee. I took my documents and faxed hem at a different location and shipped with no additional fee. I will never visit this store again. I have only had this experience at one other location in Memphs, TN. I never went back to that location either.
I have lived in Brevard since 1979, I live in Cocoa Beach, we have 6 daughters, raised kids here from K thru 12 th grade, Bob and Kelly are two of the kindest people in our community. They are incredibly hard workers and have always gone above and beyond to assist me in any way possible. Kelly has many times juggled my infant and toddler on her hips entertaining them as I tried to fill out forms, address things, make copies, etc. She has even fed them snacks from her office as they got older last couple years, and cookies and lemonade for the kids is very generous. We long time locals know a great business in town from the average, and these two are a class A operation! I would trust them with not only my business but even my children. I go there every time I can to avoid the post office fiasco. I cannot recommend their business highly enough to others. Thank you Bob and Kelly for the awesome treatment over the years.
