It took a while, with multiple calls to the store and T-Mobile, but things are now resolved. I got credit for the promotion I was promised. The initial problem was an innocent mistake made by a generally very good employee at the store.About 2 month ago, I traded my phone on a new phone, being told that I would receive a $500 promotion. My account reflected a ~$50 trade. I called the store, and was told that the promotion would show up on my next bill. It didnt. Multiple calls to T-Mobile and the store resolved nothing. I was told by the store that I would get a promotion which did not exist, so T-Mobile wouldnt do anything. A T-Mobile person got me connected to the store manager, who said he would contact his boss about it. Now, about two weeks after the last phone calls, nothing is resolved, and it increasingly looks like it will not be. I am being generous with the two star rating, because other than the sales persons mistake costing me $450, he was very helpful in recommending a certain phone, and getting things transferred to my new phone. The bottom line is, be very careful in asking questions, and doing your home work in advance when visiting this store. If I am ever compensated the $450, I will edit or remove this post.

I live in Merritt Island and prefer the customer service provided at this store over the store closest to me. I came in to complete an online Jump On Demand and Maddie and Matt were so helpful as they always have been. While Matt quickly had the exchange done from my old phone to my new phone. Maddie was putting my new case and screen protector on. As the wonderful team of experts they are they had me in and out in no time. Thank you Maddie and Matt!

My experience was Not good!!!! I waited over 2 hours to get a new phone, and I am so upset with the guy waiting on me, He straight out Lied to me just to get a sale!!!! I have 2 lines and I made sure our transaction would not effect the other line, as it was my moms, shes in nursing home facility and that is my main contact with her.. He asuured me the other line would not be bothered... When I left he knew dam well the other phone would not work, because he left me a Sim chip to put in it. Some people really are not nice!!! I will be cancelling all my services there!!!!!😠

Best Cell Phone Store Ever - Tim is Great! Been on Sprint for a long time but after a year of really poor customer service, escalating prices, service drops, and rude store personnel, it was time to switch. The team at T-Mobile Cocoa Beach were amazing! We worked with Tim who was awesome!! Very knowledgable, patient, informative, and was able to get us a really great deal to move to T-Mobile! That store is really lucky to have a guy that is passionate about his work and really really good at it! Left there very happy with the new phone, case, airpods, and a wireless charger. Just a great store experience all around! If you have Sprint, get off there now and go to the T-Mobile Cocoa Beach and ask for Tim!

Store salesmen are great at pushing product/service. I brought 5 lines from ATT to Tmobil as I fell for the sales pitch almost a year ago, I regret it and am currently looking into going back to ATT. The truth is that the service(COVERAGE) is terrible in most places and people will not be happy when they dont even get delivered to your voicemail because their service sucks so much. Their phone network crashed for 2 days+, the response from their store was to go to another carrier and they will buy me out of my phone rather than take it back and cancel their joke of service.

Went in around 6 or so on July 2nd because my phone was acting up. Not only was the team knowledgeable and helpful with my issue, but they were a lot of fun as well. They had great energy and enthusiasm and it was obvious they worked well together. I wish this location was closer to Orlando so I could come visit more often.

Only reason the score is not a 1 is becz a couple of associates hv bn helpful, however i bought the newest ph at the time, the note 9 and got the better warranty, INCLUDING unlimited screen savers. These screens are constantly cracking inspite of the additional cover and not being dropped. Now ive bn gvn the run around about replacing my free repacement screen cover for months now. They sell this then dont mk available the protectors especially w a terrible design flaw with the curve on the edges. [We hv bn good to yall too.]

A visit to this local store and I was very pleased at how well Brian answered all my pesty questions. We are METRO PCS customers currently and desperately want to switch over. The METRO PCS store just North of this store is awful, and horrible customer service. But Brian made me feel very comfortable. Our phones are outdated, so it really is time to change them out. Since we are already using T-Mobile network, it seems like a great fit. The problems exist with the company itself. As of 2/20/2019, the only phones they offer pre-pay are already 2 years old, so that will not work for us. In addition, the phones do not have great reviews. I wish the company would make it more customer friendly for those of us who dont have $800 to spend or want to finance a phone. Put these phones on the pre-pay option and watch the customers fly in. We are still on the fence, but rest-assured, THIS store is the one to go to for superb customer service for T-Mobile in this area. Thank you!!!
