This place is everything youd expect from a Bait Tackle and more. The lady behind the counter was knowledgeable and very helpful set us up with Bait and Tackle, & pointed Us in the right direction. Yes we caught fish!

I stopped in to support this local business. I have very little experience fishing on the beach and the lady pointed me to the right tackle for the job. She also put line on my reel and sold me some bait. She gave me advice as to the dos and donts. I didnt find her to be rude as others have stated.

Worst experience in a bait and tackle shop ever, the lady inside acted like I was bothering her to be there shopping and asking a few questions about fishing in the area, what bait to use.Inquired about live bait, they didnt have any, she said it was due to the storm they had over the last few days. Ive been in town for a while and the weather has been great.Just to add a final point, I was thinking to myself maybe I came off wrong to her. so I decided to come on Google to see how other peoples experiences were and behold I understand now it wasnt me. I just pray a spirit of comfort, and patience come over her, the spirit of love fill her and over flow. Amen.

Its A Bait Shop!

Had what I was looking for but the customer service could have been a whole lot better. Corona virus got folks all around trippin. Remember to feed the spirit not the flesh. Stay blessed.

This lady is so rude! She miscounted our shrimp and then yelled at me when I brought it to her attention. Her shop smells like a smoking bar. Gross! Do not go here!

Super friendly. Not a huge selection of products but had what we were looking for and some other odds and ends. helpful and inviting staff.

Needed a reel re lined on a kayak trip. I took it to them and they hooked me up with new spider wire line and a tight wrap job. Bought a few lures and had a great rest of the trip! Thank you guys life saver!

Small but cute. Bought some bait they needed my ID for a 4.44 $ transaction using my card. So I had to run out to car to get ID. Thought about going elsewhere for bait seeing I was already at car. Probably wont be going back.

A lady is always there when we go. She is helpful and if you get her to talk then she is full of information.

Just a minute ago we came in to buy some baits. The old lady took my bucket to the back and find out she put 2 dead shrimps. She charged me a lot of money for dead ones.😡😡😡 I dont even think they deserve a star.

Good Place Linda is very friendly and they have a decent selection of Frozen Bait and rigs.

My favorite bait shop!!! My family in Michigan even sports the merchandise.. Took my son here yesterday to get live bait... She was low and explained that she would like to share the fishing wealth. I was all for it and decided on frozen bait... She was really nice to me and my son even though he was a little much inside the store.. Thank you for all my fishing needs!!!!

First and last time going there. Lady was really rude and was bothered by my business. Place is dirty and has very limited stock. Prices are severely inflated. Don’t waste your time or money!

I’ve been a customer there since 2002. Best bait and tackle shop around. Very nice people, great service and great supply of whatever you will need to catch fish from shore or boat. Always willing to give advice on what’s biting and where. Can’t wait to get back there!

The lady (who ran the store) we spoke to lied to us about the waters here in Cocoa Beach. The place smelled like a cigarette smoke filled bar. Shame on you!!

Worst experience ever. Ive always question the owners ability to count and spell and she even took it as far as posting my family on Facebook, its quite entertaining if you are bored and if Linda didnt delete everything. My wife and children went in for the special posted on the window but never available! Everything went down hill from there. I wont go into it all but its very petty for someone to be this bored (or high) save yourselves the trouble, the area has about 5 great friendly bait shops within miles of this place that always have plenty of bait with zero attitude to go with it and friendly mumble free conversation. We are banned now lol which is fine if i need a over priced hook or substandard mono leader.. Well you wont find that at the other stores anyway so its a win for both of us.Lady you can rant all you want but at the end of the day you false advertise, we have supported your business for the last 15 yrs or more. You never honor the sign on the door. When my wife questioned you about it you got all defensive (like always) you never seem happy as you state. She asked simple questions and when your wonderful attitude came out even worse then of course she will question you. You have no customer service skill but you do have a great location. Thats it! And it blows my mind and the mind everyone Ive spoken to about this situation that you would post a picture of her that was stupid move on your part, thats a very personal move. We didnt steal from you nor deface your property YOU did not have any right to do that. Ive publicity stated the story to my friends in the fishing community which is my right since you took it upon yourself to post a picture of my family so whatever comes of this cannot be undone! Its all over Facebook and your ratings prove the false advertising as we are not the first ones to bring that up!

I have been there 3 times now since I live on A1A in Cocoa Beach. The first visit was outstanding. I workedmwithna very nice lady and purchased almost $800 worth of equipment. Since then I have been assisted by a very obnoxious man who make it seem that I am interrupting is rest for the day. This morning was the last time I will ever step foot in the store. I arrived at a little after 7am, the time the store is supposed to be opened, patiently waiting until he came from the back to ask what no needed. His first words were I guess you couldnt wait until I turned on the open sign. As I said, in line on the road and drive by the place several times a day. I have seen the sign on late at night when imknowmno one one there so I am suspect to the accuracy of the sign determining the true status of the hours. If you dont mind being treated poorly, the store does have good products. However, I will never visit again.

If I could leave no stars that would be a more appropriate review. The owner is rude and vindictive!! Took my children in for live shrimp and frozen clams. I asked for special on the door, which read 40 shrimp for $10 Saturday and Sunday. Owner said she didnt have that. I said Id take what she had. Which was met with well how many do you want? Which was obviously answered in ill take what you have! After going to retrieve 2 dozen shrimp, which i questioned because it looked short; It was all down hill from there!! She has now posted a picture of me and my children on her facebook with her version of our encounter today. She also states she will be posting said picture on a wall of shame inside her store. I am shocked that this woman is still in business and that anyone would patronize her business. Drive the extra few minutes and get bait in the port to save yourself the trouble of meeting this woman!

We went there because they advertise souvenirs & gifts as well as tackle, but saw only fishing tackle. I said hello to the lady working there but she did not respond.

Went there when I was on a trip to buy some stuff to fish and I got all I wanted. Lot more stuff at better pricing than what my local stores have up in here Canada at least.

Great place always comes out and says hello how are you and trys to help with your needs but ever one know when it starts to heat up you cant always get the live bait.And the lowest prices around.The thing is some people you just cant make happy no matter how you try and thats to the last few post on here about them they tired to please the people but couldnt no matter what.

Yeah, not the best option. There was no one in the store when I walked in. After looking over the mostly empty left side of the shop, a lady came out. She was ok, but not what you would call overly friendly.I felt like I was intruding, so I just left.

I have to say the lady behind the counter is the most RUDEST person I have ever seen in all my yearsI happen to be a bystander and overheard her tell a nice gentleman “DO U NOT UNDERSTAND OR READ ENGLISH” !!!!!!!Apparently the gentleman walked in an area with poor signing saying not to go there even I did not even see the sign.. I would say these people are prejudice in every way as the man was European and had a slight accent and they were talking down to him and insulting him in front of other customers and all he was wanting was a few shrimp to feed his fish 🐠 I guess it was a small sale and she got annoyedBut I have to say I was appalled of her behavior and unprofessionalism .The gentleman with all the rudeness and insults he endorded he had more class than I think I had ever seen in a person . I don’t write a lot of reviews but I have to let everyone know how this store treats people if they don’t make a large purchase and how prejudice they truly areSHAME IN YOU!!!!! Old crusty bitter owner needs to retire. Does not know how to treat people. Im not the only one who feels this way and Ive NEVER been to the bar. Bar is an excuse to try to justify poor attitude. Would never go to again.

I am just a tourist fishing. I purchased some line, hooks, bait etc. This guy gave me all the wrong advice for surf fishing.
