Waited 15 minutes and couldnt even try on a pair of shoes.

I went in to this location looking for a specific shoe made by a prominent manufacturer. I was tired of ordering shoes online only to be let down by the level of comfort and quality of product that I received. However, they didnt carry the exact shoe that I wanted but I didnt want to go through the hassle of ordering online and ending up with a shoe that didnt fit right. Jill measured my feet and was able to make a recommendation on the style and size that she would then order. I was confident that when I did pull the trigger on which shoe I wanted that I would receive a shoe that was comfortable! Sure enough when the shoe came in, I was notified and it was a perfect fit. I would recommend Van Dyke and Bacon to anyone.

Heard about their great service on WBAL ads. Went to the Cockeysville Store mid December and I am between sizes in shoes. They did not have a 14 or a 15 so she said she would order both and I could try them on. After Christmas she called to tell me one came in but not the other. I told her I do not live close I will wait until they are both in. the second week of January someone calls me and asked if anyone called me to tell me the shoes are in which I said no. They said they are in. I told them I do not live close I will come by the next time I am in the area and they said ok. On Wednesday Jan 15th I called them and asked what time they are open until, and was told 7:00 pm. I got there 6:55 and the lights were off. I went there on Jan 26th (Sunday) and they are closed on Sundays. I stopped by last week and the lady tells me they sent the shoes back.,,,,,,,,,,,,,but she can bring them in again. No thanks went on Amazon on Friday and the exact same shoes were delivered on Saturday.

How can these guys stay in business without a website of their own and NO posted store hours anywhere...its no wonder Zappos and Amazon are taking over the shoe business...even if we want to go there...we cant figure out when they are open!!! Amazing in 2014!!
