Mark Downs has great customer service and a wide variety of choices in all price ranges. Donna was especially helpful but the whole staff is great. Highly recommend!!

I bought a very nice $350 chair and my 6 foot 6 frame unfortunately did not work with the chair which was obviously frustrating. I called the staff and they ensured me they would replace it and the customer service I received from Michael and all staff eased my frustration and helped me move on like this never happened. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Nice showroom space. Not as big an inventory of used chairs as there used to be. Could be a sign of a good enough economy that keeps prospective inventory in use rather than up for sale. Didnt find what we came for this time but what they had was solid quality and gently used.

Mark Downs was exactly what I needed when I was furnishing a small (2 office + small waiting room) therapy office suite recently. They had a great selection of really high quality furniture, prices were super reasonable and sales staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. There are very few office furnishing stores you can visit in the Bmore area and this is perfect for those looking for a small number of pieces. You wont furnish an office for 20 people here but for a small suite, definitely visit Mark Downs!

We are a 30 plus person firm and have been using Mark Downs for many years for our office furniture. We have always found their pricing and service to be excellent. I highly recommend them when personal service, value and care are a high priority.

I purchased a desk suite back on March 22nd. Today is April 15th and they were suppose to be delivering desks, with hutches and filing cabinets and assembling all of this. The delivery guy gets here and says they dont have the desk parts that they were never ordered. Needless to say they are on the drawing and everything that was given to me at the time of purchase. I was contacted back by them and telling me they will have to be ordered and have to wait weeks again; meanwhile I have a business to run and my office is completely turn apart. I would not recommend this place to anybody take your business elsewhere.
