Although their prices are good their customer service is lacking. When you place an order with them you do not get a confimation that the order is being processed. They do not give you an approximate date of delivery. You are left wondering if the order has been processed at all, untill you call to ask for that info and they tell you they had to order it and it will arrive in a week. If you like to use your email to get things done so you have a copy of all corrispondance forget about ever getting a reply. Basically the only reason i use them is because i have not found some one to match their prices.
