Horrible service. Guy set up my plan wrong and I have two numbers, they don’t know how to fix it and haven’t been very helpful. It wasn’t a big deal till I couldn’t make calls or txts on my brand new I phone 12. Also had to reset phone three times already for it to work properly. Now I’m at the store and there’s a be back in 20 sign in the door. They just lost a customer.
Received a text from tmobile saying my replacement phone was ready for pick up. I called the store to verify a rude rude, girl answered the phone, when she thought I was a sale, its was yes mama. Then when she finds out it was a replacement phone she was with a different tone, mama we aint got ya phone. Unreal her tone an attitude.. I then asked for the manager, to speak with I was told an I quote yea he be back in about 10 minutes. A an hea gonna tell you the same thing we aint got ya phone. I felt like a 5 year old was speaking to me. It was just the rudeness. Waiting on a call back from corporate now. Ancaster time I went in the store the guy told me unless I give him 200.00 he couldnt replace my phone, I pay for a replacement plain, so I have him trying to rip me off an a rude girl here... they need new management here or something.
I had such a wonderful experience with Sade. She was so helpful above and beyond her duty. I left the store feeling so much better because of all her assistance with what I was totally confused about. She resolve all my issues with all her professionalism tactics. And I’m forever great full for her help.
Great customer service - and more - from extremely patient and professional staff.Ive been to this store twice. The first time Chris was extremely helpful and engaging. On Sunday we returned. While there another older customer entered and was extremely abusive to the two staff, Chris and Sade, using profane language and cursing about his phone, service, etc. They remained calm and helpful while apologizing quietly to my husband and me for his outburst. Chris calmed the man down and helped him resolve his issue (a user error). The man eventually apologized for his behavior and left. When we asked Chris and Sade how they manage that behavior they told us that they had learned the man had been widowed a while back and seems to become frantic when he cant fix small things. He shows up at the store swearing and complaining almost every Sunday. Both Sade and Chris are decades younger than this man but acted with such wisdom and compassion. Through it all, Sade was attending to us, upgrading my phone. Thank you Sade and Chris, you are exceptional examples of what is right in customer service and, more importantly, the world.
Natalie is a great employee. My son and I were there for 3.5 hours and we enjoyed ourselves. She helped in every way possible. I would deal with her only. Just perfect.
I’ve always had a great experience everytime I come to store with issues. Sade and Currat were very helpful and professional when helping me. This is best store in Baltimore area. Great service 👍 highly recommend.
I have been to several Sprint stores and this was by far my best experience. Jordan, Eviecurrat, and their team were excellent to work, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend.
Cool people. I ended up returning my phone and cancelling my plan because sprints coverage wasnt great for my particular area, but the people who served me at the store were nice and very helpful.
I was ignored for a while, and then told they couldn’t help me in the store. I walked out and went to the Lutherville store and received excellent customer service. I was able to complete everything onsite. The Lutherville employees listened and kindly helped me.
I went into this store having difficulties however the employees Sade and Evile-currat were very kind, patient and helpful. I would definitely reccomend coming to this location.

Not knowledgeable at all. I have worked in cellular for 15 years. It should not be that difficult to return a financed device. Customer service told me to come to this store. The girl at the store had no idea what she was doing. She actually said, “I can’t see your account because you ported out your number”. Ok 1st off.. YES YOU CAN. The CORPORATE SPRINT store in Towson did it in 2 seconds. 2nd ...she said something along the lines of “You need to turn in your phone and pay the full price of the phone”... WHAT ?!?!?! That makes ZERO sense. Why the hell would I have to pay the full price of the phone if I’m giving it back to sprint???? This girl was the most Unknowledgeable sprint rep I have ever met. Either she was didn’t know what she was doing or she was trying to scam me to get a FREE phone for herself. Either ways I would rate this place ZERO stars if I could.

Costumer service is good,,but if your a long time costumer with a problem of a damaged phone that is insured,expected them to refurbish your phone,,the years of insurance coverage you pay also has a deductible...
