This review asked, What services did they perform? and I said oil change but that is not true. My problem is that is the work they refused to do. Apparently, because they are either lazy or afraid to get dirty. Thats an old truck was the excuse. Next Jiffy Lube down the street had no problem doing it and neither did Woodlawn last time it was changed.

The service was quick and thorough. The young woman that was the technician/handler was straightforward and responsive to my service requests. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I will be using this location again

Called in advance to ensure they had experience with diesel truck, they said yes. Well they were clueless and the manager was so rude. They had no idea what they were doing had to have truck towed elsewhere and fixed. Complaint file on line said we would here from the Franchise within 72 hrs. Well they complaint was filed on March 8th and you guessed it, no word from the Franchise. I would Not recommend this place to anyone. What a joke. I posted on ND neighbor as well so many people had issues/complaints. Cannot believe they are still open. Next step is with the BBB

Good place been going there for years. Found out that they dont check the coolant. My truck overheat and took it to my repair shop who told me to buy a gallon of antifreeze used the entire gallon.

I’m always embarrassed by how little I know about my own car. Everyone of the staff was helpful and professional, and treated me with respect. One guy, Zach, even sat down with me outside to talk about my car, which was a very personal touch. They left my car running smoothly, and they found ways of saving money. I’ll definitely go back.

Quick and easy, needed a new tire and was out of there IN A JIFFY!!!

This location totaled 2 of our trucks for re-using oil snd then took absolutely no responsibility for it. Stay away from this location at absolutely all costs unless you feel like buying a new engine.

Just needed to get my tire sensor checked to see if it was broken, a different mechanic tried to charge me $135 just to diagnose it! They did it for free and even put air in my tires as well. Very nice people!!

It’s a joke it took every bit of an hour just to get an oil change. My car was in the garage bay for 40 mins before asking what oil I wanted to use. I don’t know what the problem was, but they weren’t even that busy to begin with. I was sitting for 15 minutes with my car out front just waiting to pay because “manager has to write the ticket up”. Last time I use the cockeysville one please do yourself a favor and use the timonium one if you’re going to go to jiffy lube

They put down the wrong car I was driving. Didnt put enough oil in my car. Didnt ask the kind of oil I wanted. Didnt vacuum the car.

It was quick and efficient. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was in and out in less that 20 minutes. The gentleman that came to my car when I pulled up personally walked me to the lobby area, the cashier was helpful when I tried to use my coupon and they informed me that I needed new wipers which I purchased. It was a thorough check and efficient service. I even went to work and had my team member go and get his car taken care of. They got the hospitality down pack at this location. Job well done!

Had oil change done had to come back a month later. I will stick to my dealership. To soon for oil changes. The last one numbers now DONT match sticker in Windows. Numbers past according to my truck. Verses sticker car still have time. Dealership is best.

Dont go to this Jiffy Lube. Was there about 3 months ago. When I went to another facility to get an oil change today, the indicated I had oil over my engine. They indicated knowing the spilled oil they should have taken my car back up on the lift and clean where it spilled. But no, they left it all over the place. NEVER AGAIN. Dont ever go to Jiffy Lube

Chris was very professional, as usual, and pointed out that my tires were not really in good shape at all. I drove away w 4 new tires and my MERC feels like a brand new ride. As always-kudos to JL customer service-another great experience at this location. And the warranty is exceptional!

Mind. Blown. In all honesty, I had never been to a Jiffy Lube before... I had always used Valvoline Instant Oil Change whenever given the chance. Since moving to the North of Baltimore County, Jiffy Lube was a convenient alternative. A tad bit pricier than Valvoline service for service but the quality sure shines through. I had given my car keys to the office manager for a basic oil change and saw him pull it around and no later did he have it the bay and parked did I see an employee grab a spray bottle and wipes to start wiping down my windows...for an oil change service. I was puzzled at first. Did I say the wrong service, perhaps? I hope Im not getting billed for that! Nope, the guy was just paying attention to detail and washed my windows while I had my oil changed. At checkout, I pulled up my phone to show the corporate coupon you can always find on JiffyLubes website and went to leave. The same gentlemen who was cleaning my windows, opened the entry door to the office for me, walked me to my car and freaking opened my car door for me and sent me off with Have a great day!. Im 26 years old, fully capable of doing all this myself, and my mind was blown. I will go nowhere else.

The service technicians were very courteous when I arrived. They escorted me out of my vehicle and to the waiting room, where they explained the cost, procedure and turn around time. They even vacuumed my vehicle as part of the package. I will definitely recommend this location and be back myself.

They always have friendly stuff and quick service.They dont seem to over charge me for any unneeded services.They take online coupons and if you dont have one available they can help you out of you just ask.The waiting room has been recently upgraded and remodeled. It is now even more comfortable to sit and wait for your car

They suck every time i try Jiffy Lube again at york and warren roads .The employees always seen to screw something up usually my truck leaks oil at the oil filter when they are done because they use the cheapest ones they can get. I never have this problem when i change my own motor oil. Do not reccomend this Jiffy Lube the are terrible piss poor work is done here i would be ashamed to work here....that is all

Best jiffy lube Ive been to. They are extremely quick and polite. There prices are good too. They might try to up sell you but that is the nature of the biz and I find they are more honest here than most.

Count your change. I went there today and a $1 coin was missing from my work truck. I know this because that coin was given to me this morning when i bought breakfast.

Didnt put the engine air intake back on properly, halfway home my car stopped accelerating and couldnt get past 25 mph. On the highway. I had to stop at a different Jiffy Lube to get them to fix the problem. The same location that last year ruined my transmission and cost themselves over $2,000 in damages to my car that they paid to a real body shop. Sent an email and got one halfway attempt from the manager to call me on a Saturday morning. Never again

About a year ago, I was there for a routine oil change. They tried to up-sell me on synthetic oil. I declined and was made to feel stupid for my decision.Two weeks ago, in a pinch, I brought in my car back on a Sat morning for an oil change. I should have stayed away. I am brought into the bay and told that I need new brakes all the way around. They offered to replace them right there. I declined.Took my car into my regular, trusted mechanic who looked over the car and said everything was totally fine. I asked him specifically about the brakes and informed him that Jiffy Lube had told me I needed them. His response was, Sir, I would get fired if I sold you new brakes right now. Your brakes have wear, but they are still fine and you dont need them right now.NEVER AGAIN, Jiffy Lube at York and Warren. Stay away folks, they arent honest.

A friend took my car here as a favor to get an oil change. I normally pay $42 at AAA for a synthetic oil change. Jiffy Lube charged $150!!! Their synthetic oil change baseline is $89. When I called to ask what the difference was, I was told this is Jiffy Lube and that was AAA, rude service in addition to a rip-off! I also asked if they would accept a coupon if I brought in my receipt and they said No! Never go here, go to the AAA!

I am currently sitting in Jiffy Lube and wanted to let you know how well Dan and the rest of the team here treat their customers. When I arrived they were standing outside to greet me. I was escorted into the waiting area with an umbrella - the weather is quite unpleasant this morning. Dan was extremely pleasant and I am once again happy that I brought my car here. In fact, my vehicle is finished -10 minutes after I arrived.

I give 2 stars because the person who checked me out was very nice. The guy who drove my car out of the garage to the front door was speeding in my car and he slammed the breaks. After I complained he didnt even apologize. I wont return to this location which is sad. Its so close to my job. It would have been very convenient.

I have been using JL for years, but I think I’m now finished! After events such as low oil (1 quart) after a change, air filter housing not secured, oil all over engine consequently staining the drive way, and lastly the stripping of the threads on the oil pan!! I think my days at Jiffy Lube are over! I’ve had many cars and trucks in my lifetime, but never has the pan threads been an issue! They stripped them in their haste! Their fix...install a “pan-saver oil plug”....I wonder how long that will last? The kicker, they weren’t even going to tell me, until I asked what’s taking them so long! How can such a simple task of changing the oil, have so many issues? Poor tech training is my guess!

DONT GO HERE IF YOURE A FEMALE. Unless you want to be taken advantage of. Went to get an oil change and was told it would take 10 - 15 minutes. I get called outside and told they were going to put synthetic oil in. I politely declined and told them I just wanted conventional oil. I told them I understood the risks and that I am going against what they prefer. I sit down inside and wait 20 minutes. Then I get called up again by a new person who tries to sell me on synthetic oil. I say again that I understand, but would just like to go with conventional this time. They then proceed to try and scare me saying that my engine could lock up as soon as I pull off the lot. I continued to decline. Essentially, I was waiting 20 minutes for their sales man to come sell me on synthetic oil, my car wasnt being worked on at all. The most frustrating part was, a man came in shortly after I had the second lecture on synthetic oil with a NEWER model of my car, and when he said he just wanted conventional oil the man said nothing but okay sir. I will never be going to this Jiffy Lube or any other Jiffy Lube location. Their sales is clearly driven by intimidating women into buying their most expensive product using scare tactics.

Man oh man! Rob and crew are amazing. Took both cars here and were in and out in less than 30 minutes (oil change and rotation). Highly recommended place! Never felt pressured. Rob showed me I had a little higher than normal corrosion in my brake fluid but never did he say I needed it done now. He left if as an option.

2017 vehicle with 27k miles. Oil change was completed by Jeffy lube, but the oil cap was not screwed tightly. Now, I have to pay for repair and replace my altinator. The worst service ever.

The stars are for the friendliness of the staff only. Every person I dealt was very nice and polite starting with the employee who walks you from your car to the waiting room and offers you a beverage.Of course you go through the typical routine of the mechanics trying to upsell services. But I simply said no to most and they did not hassle me.It was at the end, during paying, that I realized I was paying $105 for an oil change and tire rotation. Now, I do use synthetic oil which I know costs more than regular. I also am not arguing that it should cost $80 for a syn. oil change. While this does seem like a lot to me, I wont dispute it. I just think I should have been informed. The gentleman taking my payment said oh, didnt he tell you out there how much it cost? he should have. well....he didnt and I was caught off guard at the time of payment which should never happen.I should have done my research on the cost but I typically take it to a locally owned shop where it is half the price. This was my first JL experience and hopefully my last.

Totally horrendous experience at this place- these people absolutely caused extensive damage to my car. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to have my spark plugs replaced (I did as I was nearing 40,000 miles without replacing them). $400 later I drove off the lot with an oil change and new spark plugs.What I also drove off with was a totally messed up electrical system. The spark plugs are only a small part of of the electrical system so I have no idea how they managed to screw so much else up but it happened AS SOON as I drove off the lot. My power windows started acting finicky right away (not going up and down easily, automatic feature completely stopped working). Fast forward to two days later- my car wont start at all. The engine was turning over but nothing was combusting (obvious spark plug issues). They were incredibly rude to me on the phone when I called and immediately began telling me it couldnt POSSIBLY have been their fault and that there was something else wrong with my car. Funny coincidence right? They told me I would have to have my car inspected by them and them alone in order for them to make a decision about whether or not the damage was caused by them. I mean really?Eventually I got my car to start and I took it to the shop. They inspected it and found absolutely nothing wrong! Oddly enough, since I brought it back, Ive had no issues with it except a bit of trouble getting it turn over smoothly and my radio now periodically stops working.Its plainly obvious they messed up their work, caused more serious damage to my vehicle, fixed the problem they created before another reputable mechanic could look at it, then denied it to cover themselves! Of course, this wasnt before causing permanent damage to my starter/electrical system which will now cost $2,000 to fix. Absolutely awful and I will be contacting corporate Jiffy Lube about this.

I used to get oil changes at the dealer, then visited the Jiffy Lube in Bel Air a few times, but I have to say this is where I will definitely be returning. They close at 6:30 pm & I pulled up at 6:10 pm expecting to just get an oil change. They told me I needed brakes & tires which I was aware of, but since they were closing soon I didnt think they would have enough time. The man up front, Rob, said it wouldnt be a problem & they got right to work. I didnt get his name, but manager at this location is who did my brakes & he must know what hes doing, because I got my oil change & both sets of brakes done in less than an hour! Plus, the customer service is great at this location. I paid for my oil change & brakes & then told the woman I forgot to give her my $10 coupon. Without any problem, she gave me a $10 bill back. I felt like each person I spoke with was genuinely happy to help.

I had a flat tire when I came out to my car after lunch, and I was fortunate enough to have this JiffyLube right across the parking lot. I drove my car over, and they fixed the tire for $30, and fixed my undertray that was hanging for free! It barely took them 20 mins! 10/10 highly reccommend

I have been an extremely loyal jiffy lube customer for a few years for my routine oil changes but I will never be returning and will be telling others not to go due to my experience today. I went in for an oil change and also mentioned my engine light was on. My car had been running completely fine prior so I was just curious why it was on. They said they would see what it was and let me know. They came back and told me it was the thermostat coolant sensor and would cost $500 and would take 2 hours to do. I told them I would need to check with my dad and would let them know but was okay to start. I come back 5 minutes later to tell the guy who had been helping me that I didnt want to do it and to please stop whatever had started and would pay for the 5 mins of service out of inconveniencing them. He was visually frustrated but said okay and that my oil change was done. So I sit down and 30 minutes go by and Im confused why it is taking long but figured they may be doing other things that go along with oil change and didnt want to be rude and rush as there were several other people there. Eventually its 45 minutes and I go up to another guy, rob, who was not the original guy I talked to and said I wanted to clarify that they stopped the work as I stated to do so 40 minutes ago. He had no idea of that and said I owed 608!!! I was so confused and I asked to speak to the original guy I talked to and he said that he didnt want to come out and he would handle it. (Terrible customer service on the original guys part...I deserved a conversation). Rob worked with me and was very helpful in trying to rectify the situation but bottom line is I as stilled charged 140 dollars because they had to take out the parts they had put in. And literally 3 minutes after pooling out of the lot my car started to shake and broke down.Overall I am just extremely upset because I feel that I was taken advance of and not respected as a customer. I was given the decency to talk to the guy who I had spoken to and felt that to be extremely rude and terrible customer service. At the end of the day I was ripped off/scammed and ended up paying 140 dollars for them to mess with my car and make it not drivable.Will never be going back and will be warning others!

I recently took my wife car to the Jiffy Lube to York Road & Warren Road. The young gentleman told me that it was just serviced after looking at our sticker from the previous visit. Took her car for some repair work at a different garage a week later and was told the oil was close to being dry.

I went to my local Jiffy Lube (York Rd in Cockeysville) for a quick oil change and found out one of my belts was cracked through. Clarence brought it over and showed it to me, explaining that the lifespan on the serpentine belt may quickly be coming to an end, and in the process, cause many other problems in my engine. However, they did not have the part in stock and I needed to leave soon in order to get to a meeting. Erin called around to a few places to see about getting one quickly. Within 10 minutes, they had my new serpentine belt, and Clarence was already at work replacing it. In the meantime, Nick was working cleaning out my extremely dirty and trashy car from my long commutes and almost 2 year old son to get it spic and span again and the rest of the team was changing my oil, checking lights, checking fluid levels, and adding air to an almost flat tire. What amazing work pulled together by a great team. At no time did I wonder what was being done with my car, and at no time did I wonder if I was going to be able to make it to my meeting on time. While I waited, Clarence even showed me how to use the Keurig for the first time to get a good cup of hot tea. I hadnt gone to a Jiffy Lube in years, but will definitely be a repeat customer from now on. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Yesterday was the last time I will go. First they try to always sell you unnecessary services. Example I got my car at 35k miles. It is at 50k now they tried to sell me the 30k coolent flush. I told them I got it at 35 I am sure the dealership did all needed maitiance before I got it. Then they say I need new wiper blades as mine are riped (I had just replaced them last month myself) and last week on my long drive they were fine but low and behold today they are 1/2 way off the blade. So they distroyed something on my car to try to make a sale. I can handle the lieing I can always say no but to actually damage my property to try to make a sale. I will never go there again. They charge $100 for an oil change you would think they make enough money not to pull such Perry tricks.An example of a lie they tried last year I went in they tried to sell me new breaks saying I had no break pads left (less then 2mm left). That was a year ago I been driving with the same breaks if this was the case I would be able to hear a small soft sound from the breaks when the radio is off. For over a year this sound has not been made once, . Breaks that are near needing to be replaced do make a soft skeaking noice,. You need to turn off the radio to hear it.
