ELP was extremely professional in performing extensive repairs on my TR6. They discovered extensive problems, discussed options with me and once a course of action was determined did the work in a most meticulous manner. I took my car in for a brake replacement, oil change, and just a hail over because it had 100k miles on it and didn’t seem to be driving right. The customer service is top notch. I dropped my car off late in the afternoon on a Thursday to be worked on Friday and it was ready early Friday afternoon. I didn’t even realize how bad my car was driving until I got back in it and drove it after I got it serviced. I will use Justin and Nick for all my future car servicing. Thanks!

If you have an exotic or European car in the DMV area and you aren’t servicing your car at ELP you aren’t doing it right. The amount of experience, expertise and knowledge the owners and technicians have is not even remotely comparable to anyone in the try-state. Their immaculately clean space, knowledgeable service representative, clean waiting area and up front personal customer interaction are just a piece of what makes it the go to performance and maintenance shop for your vehicle.

These guys are great! I took in my 2010 Audi A8 to them for some normal maintenance and a rear air strut was leaking air and I was afraid it would burn out the pump. They got the car in right away and said the strut needed to be replaced but they were having trouble finding one. They eventually found the struts but the new Audi version was extremely costly! They found a remanufactured one for me in Europe and while it took a long time for them to get the part they saved me a bunch! Plus I love going in the shop to see the exotic cars they have there for sale as well as the ones that are there for repair. They are my new go to!

A delightful experience!! Rather than take my Mercedes to the dealer for a simple part replacement ELP was recommended.What a find.The owners are professional, attentive and dealt with my issue immediately.The defective part was replaced the next day and I am sure that the cost was much less thanit would be at the dealer.I will recommend ELP to everyone I know.
