After walking into the showroom I was greeted right away and never felt the pressure of having to make a decision immediately. Chris Roney was friendly and very in tune with all that was going on in the car market world. My truck took two months to receive but it was worth it. I love this truck and you know Chris said I would. Grace in finance was wonderful too. Grace explained everything perfectly. This was by far my best experience buying a new vehicle. I am sure if we need another vehicle we will return to Anderson. Thanks so much.

What a pleasant experience. I was in a bind, and needed the A.C. Unit fixed on one of my vans prior to my driver coming in from Charlotte NC on Monday to drive it back. This was a Thursday and I was off on Friday. I called Kevin (my go to guy) at Anderson Buick GMC and he took good care of me. Although they were slammed with other vehicles and short staff with mechanics, he was able to pull a rabbit out of the hat for me. Not only was it ready before Monday but by the very next day. That allowed me as a Fleet Manager to take a sigh of relief, enjoy my day off and accommodate my driver coming in on Monday. Truly appreciate Kevin and the service Team for making this happen for me.

The car you drool over snd build online 100 times? That’s the car we got to leave with thanks to Ron! Grace in finance was also incredible. My check engine light came on before Memorial Day and the dealership had no available appointments. However, when I contacted the dealership to explain my concern about driving the vehicle with the check engine light on, Kevin in Service worked hard to find a time for me to have the car evaluated. While my car was in for service, I had to leave town for a funeral. Kevin reassured me that he would oversee the work on my car and ensure that it would be ready upon my return. I really appreciated the personal service and willingness to accommodate my needs during a difficult time for my family.

I have a 2015 GMC vehicle purchased from Anderson and every time Ive taken my vehicle for service due to check engine indicator it has taken a minimum of 3 trips, back and forth for the same issue before resolution. And I mean EVERY TIME! I get the call that it was fixed, picked my car up and the very next day, if not before I even make it home the light would be back on! Being that all but this last time the claimed issue has been covered under warranty and although the 30 minute commute one way is an inconvenience, I was grateful for the loaner car they were able to provide each time. HOWEVER, this last time I paid over $500 for a service not covered under my extended warranty, that they claimed would fix the issue causing my check engine light. Sure enough.. the morning after this service the light was back on! Take my car back for probably the 4th or 5th time under the same issue and Im told it was a faulty part they previously replaced on my 2nd trip, covered under the warranty. Not a single mention, apology or acknowledgement that I paid over $500 for a service that was in fact NOT THE ISSUE!Being that this isnt an isolated incident of the multiple trips to resolve the same issue, and the staff are familiar with me for this reason, I expected a little more. Especially knowing I paid for them to guess what would fix the problem. Its extremely unfortunate because Id like to upgrade my vehicle and this has convinced me to look elsewhere.

I was out with the car Saturday morning when I received a notification from OnStart that there was something wrong with my battery. When I got back to the car, sure enough, I couldnt start it. After I was able to get the a jump and start the car back up, I called Anderson Buick GMC and asked if there was anyway I could bring the car in to get checked out. Despite being late on a Saturday (they close at 1 pm), the receptionist was able to get me in, they tested the battery, determined it was bad and still under warranty, and replaced it for me all before closing time. I was very grateful for the immediate help. This is why we have purchased two vehicles from Anderson, and will likely get our next one there too.Thanks to everyone, and I wish I knew the receptionists name. This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Michael Keller was our salesmen and he went above and beyond to answer every question and need no matter the the day or time! He was super friendly and honest and made us feel at ease with such a large purchase! From my first contact with him after some very negative experiences with other dealerships and salesmen, I was taken aback by how kind and responsive he was. He made everything seamless and made it feel like it was an old friend I was dealing with, not someone just trying to sell us something. Having to place an order and wait months for it to come in we had many occasions to talk and never once when I texted or called him did he not respond immediately and went out of his way to help put us at ease. His enthusiasm when the Yukon came in was almost as high as mine lol. Then when we went to pick it up everything was in order, quick and easy and everyone there made us feel right at home. I’ve never had such a positive experience buying a car and I will never go to another place even though it is over an hour from my home. It is worth every minute it takes to get there to deal with such wonderful people.

Kevin said he was trying to help but I didn’t see how with a 1300 price tag. My air is running great it’s the price tag and the passive aggression that I could have lived without.

Worst car buying experience Ive ever had. Drove 4 hours out of state for a particular vehicle from them and the ad was completely different than the vehicle promised. Carfax was incorrect (showed one completely different than the ad) and didnt even know half the mods on the car. Fast forward almost 7 months later, after ZERO communication from anyone at this dealership and countless ignored calls from me reaching out, the title was finally switched over to me. Very unprofessional and poor business practice. If youre an out of state buyer or anyone in general, I wouldnt even come here. Save your time, money, and energy and get a vehicle elsewhere.

Best... absolute best experience I have ever had buying a car. I wasnt buying for me. I was buying for a business and they handled everything absolutely on point. Grace from finance broke down the warranty so well that I actually saved $100 on my personal vehicles service because I questioned the warranty coverage and things were covered I didnt know about. Brad is the man with the plan, completely handled my crazy questions and made sure we knew what we were getting was exactly what we needed. All my future car purchases will be here, even if it is about 45 minutes farther than most dealerships. Totally worth it.

I dropped my GMC Terrain off on 6/25 for a engine diagnostic because my vehicle was hesitating and the check engine light was on. I was informed of the issues and the repair cost would be $2000. I agreed to let your service center do the repairs. I was called Tuesday 6/29 and informed that my vehicle was ready. I arrived Wednesday for pick up but the check engine light was still on and the vehicle wasn’t running smoothly. I left the vehicle with the cashier. I was called and informed that my car had a intake solenoid stuck open. So I would need to pay for the part for the labor is free. I was also told I could pick up my car before 9 p.m. on Thursday with the cashier. I arrived at your dealership by 8:15 p.m. Thursday and the reps in the sale department told me that the cashier wasn’t there and they don’t have access to my car key. This has been a very confusing and inadequate situation. Your employees (mechanic, service rep, sales front desk) seem very unorganized and unprofessional. I will not return to do any business in the future.

I spent 5 hrs waiting on my truck to get fixed, and oil change which never got done. To drive home and have my check engine light come back on. I spent $900 + on repairs to be right back at square one. Not to mention they replaced my EGR valve and when I had my codes read today 8/28 EGR is popping back up. I was told there was one part on back order MAF sensor which should not effect anything. Must say at this point I am not happy with my service.

Do not waste your time coming here (and I do mean WASTE YOUR TIME), as I just returned from having them attach two license plates to my car (literally, that was all) and I was there over an HOUR AND A HALF. I waited an HOUR for them to even come tell me they were beginning work on my car (even with an appointment), and then another half hour before I finally went and said something. I had a doctors appointment two hours after my appointment there, and never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be at risk of not making it.When I finally went and asked how much longer, they said Oh, just sign this paperwork and youre good to go! My car was READY, and had just been sitting there without them informing me. They didnt even apologize for taking over an hour and a half to screw on two license plates. It was so incredibly disrespectful of my time that I will NEVER be going there again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

After weeks of having my vehicle, my vehicle is still not fixed. I wasnt going to write a review but since I was sent a email asking me to share my experience, here we go. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday morning, I was told a tech wouldnt be able to see it until Monday at the earliest. They didnt diagnose my vehicle until that Wednesday and they still wasnt sure. They gave me a diagnosis but I knew it didnt sound right. I questioned them and they assured me that this was likely the fix. No one knows your car like the manufacturer, right? Nope. I pick up my car that Saturday and it seems to be riding fine. Im not impressed since the problem with my vehicle happens when it sits and its rough starting back up. This is all info I gave them on my initial arrival. The next morning, the vehicle has the SAME issue. What? I wait a few days thinking maybe the computer needs to reset or the issue would get better since its new parts and maybe I need to start it up a few more times. Regardless, I needed more info to take back to them. I spoke with the Service Advisor and she tells me to bring it back in as soon as I can. I drop my vehicle off again and days later Im getting another questionable diagnosis. I question them again she assures me that this part failed their test and it may be the problem. Reluctantly, I agree and of course they need my vehicle for more time since the problem only shows itself after not being started up for hours. The very next day, the vehicle starts up rough on them and she tells me ANOTHER part failed!!! WTH?? I asked how is this going to work as far as money? She tells me... theyll pay for the failed part today but yesterday is on me. What? You never fixed the initial problem and now you want more money? I have ZERO confidence in you at this point. Sure, whatever. Ill pay, I just want my vehicle back. Of course, the next day after picking up my vehicle for the second time, my vehicle is even worse. Thanks, Anderson! I spend 2k for the worse automotive service Ive ever had. Also, I guess my Service Advisor didnt want to hear how the car was running after my second pick up. Ive been nothing but cooperative with this dealership, even paying 2k that I didnt have if it meant a better running vehicle and I couldnt even get a call back. This was my experience, your experience may be better.

I dropped my car off at 8:30AM, and didnt receive it until 5:50 pm, all for replacing one piece of window trim. 9 hrs is a huge amount of time for this small job and I now realize that because your dealership doesnt have the capacity to fix several vehicles at once in a timely manner, I need to find a larger dealership who can handle the workload and complete the job in a satisfactory time limit.

Purchased a vehicle a year ago and I returned twice for a noise I was hearing and they claimed it was the transmission so they replaced that and I still heard the noise this time I drove the vehicle with their mechanic and there was no noise then 6 months later I heard the noise again so then I took my car to Boyle Buick in Bel Air,MD. and they found the problem immediately so I called Anderson back and told them and no help thank God for extended warranties but story short be careful at Anderson. I will never go there again Bad business

This was my first service appointment at a GMC dealer since purchasing my Acadia last May 2020. I have had a couple of service appointments since purchasing my vehicle at CarMax. However, I always like the specialized service that you receive when you get your car serviced at a dealership that actually manufactures and sells the vehicle you drive. My experience was great nothing fancy, but the customer service was great and the people I encountered were all friendly...no complaints from me. I have already scheduled my next two service appointments...you officially have a new customer!!

I got the car back on Friday AC still not working and was told oh well just bring it back and manage acted like it was no big deal that I had to come out my pocket twice to repair the same thing. I will never go to this buick dealer again. I will drive out of my way to go to another.

Bought a 2017 gmc 3500 Denali with 22k on the odometer paid 56k for this (certified pre owned vehicle) only to find out I needed brakes and shocks. Not sure how this qualified as a certified pre owned vehicle for wich this is my 3rfd cpo within the past 2 years the others have lived up to the title. I was told by the manager Tom Cook not to worry he would take care of it. After Tom discovered that the shocks were covered under warranty but the brakes obviously werent wich cost 745.00 for parts and labor he turned into the disappearing man. I wouldnt recommend being a out of town buyer from them they make promises to sell you a vehicle when its time to pay for those promises they disappear I guess because I was a out of town buyer they didnt care. Out of town buyers beware they will sell you a costly dream.

I worked with a very helpful and knowledgeable saleperson (Brad) at Anderson.I am very happy with the truck I purchased. The buying process was mostly uneventful. I didnt realize that the Anderson Advantage discount included the supplier discount and a credit for the destination charge. John (finance) and Mike Wheeler, (Manager), were helpful. Manager cheated me out about my battery failure n told me to bring truck myself then free replace new battery with under warranty 5 years . I only brought battery failures with go cat while left truck at home. I only got offered for recharger on failure battery. Long delay of pandemic. Finally I brought truck after jump start at home.. manager said failure battery couldn’t be replacing at no charge due policy change n factory 3 years.. I was never informed or no warning me if my warranty run out by 3 yrs after no longer 5 years.I was forced to pay near 240 including tax n labor for new battery.I wish I could type more but being dead n not good English to write..

Service is top notch. Jerry is a helpful employee and very nice. Actually they all are.My c/o of the day is i took my own clorox wipes for wiping seating in waiting area. The wipe was black. Didnt look like the chair had been cleaned recently.

They have nice vehicles. But the service department seems that they dont want to stand by there warranty. I had a certified/extended warranty its always problem too use it. When the financial writer that writes your contract for your warranty he lies to you about the warranty. And thats not right.

I called two Chevy dealerships for an oil change and they said they were backed up 5 days. Called Anderson Buick and they saw me the next day and did a great job. Also they didnt give a hard sales pitch. We will take for next oil change and rotation.

The dealership was very different due to COVID, but felt safe and comfortable. The experience took much longer than I expected (5-6 hours to complete) beginning w/ the test drive through financing. I had expected 3+ hrs possibly. The salesman (Shawn) was courteous, helpful, and informative

The wait wasn’t long. The people who work there are extremely friendly. I was up sold to an upgraded oil that is supposed to help protect the engine. As a woman, sometimes car places will prey upon you, making you feel you need unnecessary products. I did not feel this way. And it wasn’t an extraordinarily expensive option. I plan on having my GMC a long time and possibly giving it to my daughter when she turns 18, in 7 years! And then, I’ll get the Buick I want! Lol

Great one misunderstanding though as the Sales manager did come over to talk with us and he Did tell us that we could get not just 2 oil changes on Anderson plus the one that GMC gives us, we were told to get the deal done we would get a few more then that, however after paperwork were told no only 3 oil 1 from GM 2 from Anderson. That’s my problem with the entire experience

The car almost had me stranded. The entire electronics package shut off. After my service appointment, I was told there was no loaner vehicle available. I requested a rental provided and I was lied to while I waited for 2 hours. Then I was told there is nothing wrong with the car. Not sure what to do here.UPDATE: The dealership contacted and made a new appointment. The service was prompt and professional and a courtesy car was provided as promised. The service department must have been overwhelmed the first day, because they were excellent on the second occasion. They did everything they could to find what was wrong with my car. Nothing yet. The problem is with the product, not the service.
