Fun place to see. Purchased homemade rolls and a rotisserie chicken. Very tasty. Didn’t get to stay long as it was close to closing. Will return again. So much to see. Friendly people.
There were a lot of people there. I usually go a little earlier like before lunch time so to avoid the crowd. I stopped there for some food to take with me on a scenic drive up York Rd to Shrewsbury, PA. I had my daughter and grandson with me. The service was great no matter how crowded.
This place is an oasis in the middle of a desert. Chemicals, processing, and preservatives have created famine in our world, yet this place maintains a simple lifestyle and good old fashioned cooking. Check it out and grab one of the pretzels.

Just picked up a pound of shrimp salad from Welsh Mountain Deli at the PA Dutch Market. It might just be the best shrimp salad Ive ever had. The shrimp were huge, tender and perfectly cooked. The salad was dressed with what tasted to me like mayo, Old Bay, finely minced celery, and minced chives. It was the perfect balance of creamy with a touch of spice. Heaven!
My first time there and WOW! They have everything. Freshest and unique homemade bakery goods. We had wings and roasted carrots that was freshly made. Fresh veggies and fruit. Ill definitely get back up there again

Nice items, but the vibe was weird. I felt as though no one really wanted to be there serving people. I couldnt wait to leave. What is a half real smile? That is what I felt for the merchants when I visited for the first time.

I go here every two weeks if not more. I love their cheeses and meats and most of the time the produce and bakery. But when you go you need to get a pretzel dog they stuffed their pretzels with different ingredients. I usually get the pepperoni one or the sausage one its a full lunch when youre done. Their regular pretzels are great too.
I love this place, awesome food and products. The outside vendors they use from sports wear to donuts and great seafood.If you have never been, try it out and make room on your schedule because it wont be your last trip.
This market is pretty good. We only go for a few things, but there is a lot of variety. The store is clean and efficient. The fresh milk is excellent. The bakery never disappoints. Prices are kind of high and its always crowded, thats the reason for only 3 stars.
Love this place. Ho there every year when I got to Maryland state fair. We always get donuts,pickles and a hot dog in a pretzel..
Great spot for home-cooked desserts, farm fresh produce, and meats. Their furniture, while pricey, is so sturdy, solid wood, and built to last.
Love the market. Cute toy store. Always love the selection of produce, baked goods, spices, hot food, meats, candy, seafood....you name it....it is there! The prices are great. Only issue is people need to pay attention when walking around when on cell phone etc...
My dogs love the bones from here. I love their pretzel cheese steaks. Dont forget to try an essential oils bar soap. They work well and if youre diabetic dont go to their bakery stores and candy store.

I love the Dutch Market. The Omish are the nicest people. Theres a calming and loving feeling while your there. The products are fresh and alot home made.
Everyone was very friendly. And who knew I could get dog food there fresh fresh. My dog loves it shes so picky.

The sweet smell hits you as you walk in the door. If you werent hungry when you arrived you will be within a few minutes of walking around. Youll find all the choices you want for delicious, but not necessarily clean eating. Its a fun trip and Im guessing everyone will find something interesting.
I always love going here. Fresh deli, gorgeous furniture, love the dinner. Conservative variety of fresh produce, but I find most of the things I need.
Good and Bad: great soft crabs at the seafood market. Very good lemon dessert, chocolate cake, blueberry cheesecake. Good carrot cake, but the icing could be more like a cream cheese icing instead of sweet. Soft pretzels are great. The meat market has very good ground chuck. The Welsh Mountain Deli has good cole slaw, but terrible Amish Potato Salad. The worst we’ve ever had, potatoes were hard and the taste was terrible. That went in the trash.

Great place to get really nice Amish products, healthy stuff, had one of the best breads Ive ever had there. You can some good crab cakes as well. Highly recommend it.
Plenty of favorites here, the cracked at the entrance are fresh and tasty, and both restaurants in the back serve generous portions with fair prices. The Butcher has super fresh meats that usually last in our fridge for upto a week and half. Not that we save our meats but supermarket meat tends get funky 3-5 days after purchase. Also try the bakery and fresh milk by the cheese. I am lactose intolerant but the fresh milk fro. This market doesnt effect me, maybe because it isnt processed the same.
Their food including prepared items are fresh, delicious, and well packaged. The vendors are friendly and helpful. They make shopping a special experience. You cant wish for better.

Great deals on fresh and cooked meats. The lump crab cakes are delicious and the freshly made donuts melt in ones mouth. The furniture is out of this world. Vendors are overall friendly, informative and easily keep the lines moving.

The market was great. Lots of fresh items to choose from. The only negative is the location. That parking lot is way too tight for the volume of folks.But I did get some great eats!😊

This place is awesome for foodies and furniture lovers. This market has fresh and prepared foods. Canned goods, snack items, (like the best soft pretzel youll ever eat), seafood, deli and a sit down restaurant. Oh and dont forget the bakery! The. Best. Cheesecake ever! Plus an Amish furniture store with some beautiful pieces.
The customer service is great and a great supply of fresh meats, produce, baked goods and more. They dont have as many stalls as some of the larger Dutch Markets but there are enough so you dont feel overwhelmed. ❤️

The Dutch market is a open style market with a very nice variety of different foods. The experience is pleasant and enjoyable apart from your everyday market experience.

Great place. $15 huge crab cakes, doughnut place, pretzel place and several other vendors. Everyone so far are amazing.

I love it. A nice variety of pretty much everything. I always eat at Linnys. I like their pork and kraut lunch and corn fritters,, but they have much more. Then I shop. The market has fresh meat (chicken, beef,, pork,, turkey, lunch meat, cooked foods, ice cream, candy, baked goods, fresh fruit and veggies, jewelry, stones, clothing, toys, and furniture. There are plenty of places to sit. The vendors are nice. I have been very satisfied with the quality of everything.
Everything looks delicious; bought some pies to try later but left quickly as ZERO social distancing in there. Pies were delicious!

Oh my goodness this place has the best meats . Turkey leg quarters that are just so big and so fresh. The bakery oh my, my lets say 5 more lbs. The handmade furniture beautiful. You have to visit there is something for everyone.

Love love love this place this amish market has all natural foods and hot foods freshly prepared. There are places in this market that you can sit down and have a snack. Its only open Thursday to Saturday. It gets crowded fast though so come early!!!

First time visiting and have mixed feelings. Though everyone was wearing a mask, and distancing reminders were placed on the floors, seemed no one was following them. Theres many different offerings, typical of the Amish. Bake shops, seafood, butcher shop, deli, pretzel, candy, fresh produce, furniture and everything in between, with the quality being superb. As with the culture, vendors amicable and courteous. But the building in itself is quite shabby and needs to be revamped.

A great variety of interesting businesses, many in the food category but not all. The place is an old grocery space that has been subdivided into vendor stalls for specialty foods, housewares, clothing, toys, pet supplies, crafts, and more. Its a great place to get that country store feel without going too far from the city.
Always superb. The kids (teenagers) who tend the candy shop and pretzel counter are an absolute gift to earth.
