The customer service here is excellent. I painted my room and it didnt turn out like I hoped. Went back to store, explained my situation and the manager resolved the issue immediately. All the staff members are knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to turn my frown upside-down. Stellar service all the way around. Many thanks to Ron and Gavin for helping me out.

I have used paint from home improvement stores and it doesnt match the quality of Sherwin Williams. Ive been using Thorndale SW for years and always have a great experience. My questions are always answered, I love that they save my projects by name and colors. They get you in and out in a timely manner!

Called in to place an order. Gavin was busy but took the time to help me find the color I needed. When I came to the store Gavin was very nice and even took the time to explain things and answer me questions. Great paint and great experience!

We called this Sherwin-Williams location and worked with Ron, he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We are redoing our living room and kitchen wall colors as well as painting the kitchen cabinets. We described the specific type of white we wanted for the cabinets in comparison to our trim so they could be different and Ron helped us find exactly what we are looking for. He also helped by applying a monthly discount offer we werent aware of which saved a huge % of the final cost. We placed our order over the phone and they had everything ready for curb-side pickup when we arrived. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great customer service!

Ron was very helpful and friendly. Super informative, and made sure I left with the proper tools and knowledge for my DIY paint project. We only shop at this location for our painting needs. They dont try to sell you, they try to help you and make sure youre happy with their products and services. Its a very laid back atmosphere.
