I have been going to this cvs for years but lately the pharmacy is completely overwhelmed my husband had eye surgery and at 1pm the doctor sent a STAT request for eye ointment I tried to call to see if it was ready none picked up phone so went there 3:15 stood on line approx 15 min then told had go in another line to speak to pharmacy waited approximately 10min and then told it wasn’t ready it’s 3hours for a stat ointment!! I said this is stat and I don’t understand she said she is doing the best she can …time to change pharmacies 😢

I would give a negative if there is a such option. This is the WORST CVS I ever went. Went for sending a money transaction, and the cashier checked my information before making transaction. She KNEW I was the sender and still confirmed the transaction which made me the receiver. DONT BRING DIFFICULTIES TO CUSTOMER PLEASE!

Currently having to wait about 3 days for a prescription to be filled. And when I arrive after being notified its ready Im still told to wait for my prescription. If your medication is urgent I would suggest another pharmacy.

This drive-thru is ridiculous. If a customer’s scripts aren’t ready or there is a problem they should be made to come in to the store. One customer taking 15-20 minutes to pick up a script at the drive thru is unacceptable.

This was the first time I have ever been at this location. Its been open since 2016 and I just stepped foot inside last week. I have no complaints but it wasnt my CVS. My CVS is 3015 E Lincoln Hwy, Thorndale PA, 19372. The customer service was nice and they did serve me in a timely manner.

Had me wait over an hour for prescriptions that were called in 4 hours prior and I was notified to come pick up. Also sent a text for me to send my insurance card info which I did 2 hours prior. When they finally called me up, they told me they didn’t have any insurance information for me. Mind you this was after being asked to wait 10 minutes and waiting 50 more of those. When they ran the insurance there was STILL an issue so long story short I spent over an hour in CVS waiting for prescriptions I didn’t even get to take home, and they’re to help me function daily. Thanks CVS

Pharmacy staff are rude and dismissive. After multiple visits educating the pharmacy staff and being verified repeatedly with my insurance company I get the same incorrect charge for my prescription or an argument over how many days’ supply I’m required to fill at one time. Today they charged my partner $100 for what should be $25 copay. When we showed them the insurance info on the cvs Caremark app of the copay, they said we’re wrong. We explained that last time they entered the wrong code but when they corrected it, the right charge came up. They said they cannot refund the excess charge and cannot get a new prescription. Called the insurance as soon as we got home and low and behold they entered the wrong code. The pharmacy kept my insurance company on hold for over 30 minutes and now miraculously they can correct the charge.Now, mistakes happen but the staff was SO rude and just mean that I have written to the corporate office and complained to my employer about the service from the pharmacy we are required to use. They weren’t just rude to us the customer, they hung up on the insurance company twice before the rep insisted on not being put on hold again.I do recommend cvs in target in malvern. It’s the one on Carnegie blvd. A bit of a hike but the staff are kind and caring. I’ve had a similar mistake happen with that pharmacy and they took the time to listen and research and eventually correct.Everyone is stressed right now especially health care front line workers but there is no excuse for taking that out on other human beings.

The worst CVS Ive ever been to. If it wasnt so close to my house I would go to a different one. Theyre always understaffed and they get my prescriptions screwed up all the time.

A good CVS (not 24-hour) that is well maintained but somewhat understaffed. Plenty of parking, but slightly awkward access from US-30 when going east (west is easy). Very helpful pharmacy staff and a convenient drive-through window.

Phone conversation with pharmacy, rude, no patience or able to have a conversation. Could not wait to get off the phone. May move prescriptions. Sorry but dont like being treated like an idiot.

Worst Pharmacy i ever went too. This Pharmacy would not know when there would be getting my Medication back in. The lady told me Maybe in a Week or Month she would not know when It seems pretty stupid to me that CVS who ownes Medication distropution company can not supply there own Stores. I went to Rite Aid and i had no problem there getting my medication and i been going there for all my medications. I will not return to CVS any more. Also the workes at Rite Aid more friendly. Goodbye CVS.

Just take ten minutes and contact google to include your pharmacy hours. I picked this pharmacy because I was under the impression that the entire business was open until ten after looking at google. I showed up at 9:30 to find out that the pharmacy closes at 9:00. I asked the cashier about it and she then tells me, yeah, they should really change that. A lot of people have complained about it

Rude, rude, rude. Not even an attempt to help. Couldn’t schedule a Covid vaccine here. No problem at Rite Aide. I’m switching and selling stock.
