Wonderful experience ordering and buying our Mach E through Brian Hoskins! 6 months wait but it was absolutely worth it. Both Jim and Mike were so pleasant to work with, they kept us updated on everything and even sent us the pictures of the car when it finally arrived. They also let us take it home without signing anything or paying a dime the first day because the system wasnt ready for the payment plan. When we came back next day, we were in and out in 20 minutes. No markups and accepted the Xplan. Thank you guys!

Called and made an appointment for a recall repair, and asked if I could also have brakes checked and a non-functioning electric window looked at while it was there. They called me back with prices, which of course were outrageous because its a dealer. But my Honda dealer doesnt charge what they charge. Also, they charged me $125 just to diagnose the window issue. Would have been nice to have been told about the diagnostic charge BEFORE I dropped it off. Wouldnt recommend using their service department. You can do better, and cheaper, almost anywhere.

Do not recommend using their services. Brought my 2019 F250 to Brian Hoskins for service. Expected OEM prices, no issue. Authorized the service manager Kevin to perform all scheduled maintenance. He changed the fuel filter, a 30,000 mile task at 18000 miles and charging me $210. Lie to me directly, twice, about the service interval. They were asked on three separate visits to fix the 7 pin trailer connection, this should be corrected under warranty. This issue is still not resolved I was charged for diagnostics. I was treated very rudely for even questioning the charges. Not going back! Very poor Ford representative. New Ford Bronco, maybe not?

I recently bought a new vehicle from Brian Hoskins Ford. I decided to start my search with Hoskins because I have worked with the service department there for the last 5 years and I have always found their customer service to be top-notch. I worked with Diamond Dave and his sales team from start to finish to purchase my new vehicle. Dave was a no-nonsense kind of salesman. With a limited supply on the lot, he helped me to quickly narrow down my best options and provided me with helpful comparisons based on what I wanted to use the vehicle for. Dave was very flexible with helping me and my family to test drive vehicles so we could make the most informed decisions about our purchase. Dave and his sales team helped us to quickly and efficiently work through all the paperwork once a decision on the right vehicle for us was made. In addition, the sales and service teams worked great together to help make the overall experience truly awesome. All of this was particularly appreciated given that we are caught up in a pandemic. The whole team at Hoskins helped us to feel comfortable and safe during the whole experience. I highly recommend Hoskins for anyone looking to buy or service a vehicle.

The woman answering the phone in service was rude and not helpful. She had to go ask for every simple question that I had and seemed agitated that I had questions. Simple questions like, how much is the diagnostic & does it go towards the repair. (Which I found out the diagnostic $ can vary and does NOT go towards repair and is unlike any other dealership that Ive gone to). Then she wasnt helpful with getting a loaner either. She told me they were all booked before I even picked a day so I know she was still continuing to just be smart. Ill be going to a diff dealership

Our family highly recommends that you see Bob (Robert) Coleman if you are looking to purchase a Ford! He was very helpful from start to finish! He went out if his way to accommodate us and our baby boy. It was cold outside so he drove cars that we were interested in right up to the door as we waited warm inside. That was very sweet and we really appreciated his kindness! Bob genuinely wants to help you the best way he can !!! He is very knowledgeable and an amazing salesman! I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck.I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

Took my truck in for oil change and water leak coming into the cabin. The sunroof track was replaced at the dealer I bought it from under warranty and per Brian Hoskins the drain tube was not attached which was fixed at a tune of 145 bucks. Told the service lady I have the Ford ESP warranty she said no I do not you need to go back to the dealer you bought the truck from, so had to drive all the way to Spring Field Ford, they pulled my Ford ESP warranty right up in the OSAIS system that all Ford dealers use. They stated I should have not paid anything for the repair, Spring Field Ford is now cutting me a check for Brian Hoskins charging me 145-dollar fix which was covered under warranty. Needless to say, yes Brian Hoskins is 5 mins away, but I will never go back after this service screw up; I will just make the long drive to Spring Field Ford. The service advisor needs to be trained better

This is by far the best dealership I have dealt with. They are friendly, respectful, and very low pressure. They would rather you leave without a car than regret your purchase. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with my new car. If they ever need another motto, I would suggest above and beyond because that is they do already! Ive had a great experience working with this dealership to get my car. The salesman, Brian, was very friendly and approachable. I bought my first car ever here and felt like I was treated fairly and with respect. Ive looked around at other dealerships for different makes and dealerships before choosing my ford, and none of them were as genuine. There was an issue with the car I ordered, as I got a focus ST which I can assume arent ordered fairly often. The issue was that my order was placed and ford accepted it, then a few days later said they moved on to the next year model and couldnt produce the car I wanted. This is not the dealerships fault, however, I simply thought it was worth mentioning because they worked with me to find me a car. I had to compromise on the color only because I wanted a painstakingly specific set of options, so there was a slim chance of ever finding the exact car I was going to order. Everything I wanted is the same except the color of the vehicle. This isnt a large deal to me, and was an issue with ford rather than the dealership, so I wont be deducting any stars for it. It actually turned out in my favor because the color I wanted wouldnt have looked as good as my race red. I got an amazing car and am very happy with my experience. Id recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

Just bought a used 2014 F150. The dealership sold me a truck for a fair price over the phone and held it for me for a couple of days until I was able to drive from Maryland to get it. The sales lady, Marie, and sales manager, Joe, were friendly and not pushy which I appreciated. The truck itself was in better condition than I expected.

I rarely write reviews, and especially for car dealerships. However, I have never been treated so well at a dealership in my life. I have bought several cars in my life, over a dozen, and have never received such personalized, and professional treatment. The people here at Brian Hoskins in Coatesville, are top notch. From the first call by my salesman, Matt Lutter, he explained how customers were treated like family because hes a family man and the dealership is a family business. Yeah, I get it, youre saying to yourself that all dealerships say that. Maybe, but the sincerity and professionalism shined brightest even after the sale. I learned that this was not just lip service. I had a minor issue that they bent over backwards to remedy. Not only am I happy with my purchase, but I will buy from them from now on. And, I am driving over an hour away to do so. I own a small business and and have always tell my employees that we do whats right, even if i costs us money. I see that Mr. Hoskins believes the same. The finance manager, Scot Schandler, was a pleasure to deal with and I never felt pressure to buy anything I didnt need or want. This organization is wonderful and worthy of your business. I bought a 2014 Ford Expedition a few months ago and the sales part of it was great but then not even a month later water was getting into the truck an air seeping in the doors so I had to deal with the ignorance from the service Department which wasnt pleasant. No one knows whats going on. You have the service consultant Tom who tells you one thing but does another. General manager Ed gives you the run around and doesnt return calls so Im not sure that he even cares. Long story short Ive dealt with this company for years prior to this buying both new and used but this by far was the worst dealings an has been nothing but an inconvenience so be aware!!

Absolutely love this place, massage therapists and facial folks. Was told tonight that I had to physically have a gift card I was given two years ago that had $26.00 left on that I threw away a year ago because it was on the computer. Use cash as the rules seem to have changed. I guess I will lose my remaining $26 as this was a one time exception I was given by whoever was in charge behind the closed office door. I was planning on getting another gift card, but I am sceptical now. Again, the staff is amazing. I am just not sure everyone is on the same page. I hate losing money to a business I support.

When I brought my vehicle in for servicing Im so happy with the service department not only did they get the job done faster than expected but when I picked up my car she went over a report explaining everything that was done in detail. I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my vehicle from Brian Hoskins Ford but every time I come in for servicing I have the same type of experience. We have been going to Brian Hoskins Ford for over 10 years. They are always helpful and it is the only place we go to purchase our vehicles. Ed and Bob know our situation, I am a busy hockey mom of 2 hockey players, and a nanny, so I need seats, and storage space. We went to trade in my one car, they found me the perfect used vehicle within our budget that met all our needs. We discussed getting my husbands car replaced next, sometime in the future. They let us know, the amazing deal going on, with 0% financing for my husbands car. We ended up with two new ( although one is new to us) cars, not over our budget! They both meet all our needs and financial requirements. I can not thank the staff at Brian Hoskins enough for always going the extra mile to help us find something that fits our family. On 5/6/2019 I took a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid there for simple diagnosis. They told me over the phone that it will cost $1029 to install 2 new front struts and spring because the springs were broken. Their explanations didnt make sense so I took it another shop to verify what Brian Hoskins dealership said. It turns out they were lying and the springs were not broken. I even have a picture of the struts and springs looking fine with no issues. They took $129 from me for the diagnosis. They are fraudulent and should not be trusted.

Worst dealership I have ever worked with. I bought a used 2017 Ford F-250 (keep in mind a $60,000 truck before taxes.), upon arrival from a 12 hour drive from Michigan. I had asked the sales lady to do a walk around and make sure everything that was supposed to be there is there. Also asked for her to check for dents and scratches. After doing the 12 hour drive within 10 seconds of doing a walk around the truck the mirrors had huge scrapes in the bottom plastic on both sides. The rear fender had scratches along basically the entire front half of the wheel well. On the side of the bed there was the worst paint touch up I have ever seen. Note could see from 15 feet away. Found all this after talking to the sales lady before the drive to PA and was told that there was nothing wrong with the paint. Once I got to the dealer I asked if there was anyone there to buff the scratches and pull the door dings. Funny enough that ding and scratch guy was there 2 hours before I arrived. If it wasn’t for a 12 hour drive I wouldn’t have bought the vehicle. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Last but not least I bought this truck out right no financing. It’s been almost a month and I have yet to receive the title.BUY YOUR NEXT VEHICLE AT A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP!

Ok, I made my fourth attempt today to have my oil changed at Brian Hoskins. I initially went because I received a coupon mailer advertising their Quick Lane service. Per the FORD website, Quick Lane Service means, Youll never need an appointment and youll get service while you wait, even on evenings and weekends. Of the four times Ive taken my vehicle here, they have successfully lived up to that statement exactly one time. The other three times I was told they were short handed, or they were too busy and turned me away. I guess technically they could have performed the service while I waited, but I may have had to sleep overnight in the waiting room for that to be a true statement. Anyway, fool me twice (or three times in this case) shame on me. Im out. Plenty of other Ford Dealerships and oil change places nearby. Two stars instead of one, because at least they were nice as they told me to beat it.

My experience at Ford Hoskins in Thorndale. I will NEVER go there again. Recently I went there, Dave helped me. I told him I came to shop around and explore my options. I seen a car that I did like. I asked him not to run my credit score, I pulled up what it was on my phone. I told him that I would have to think about it, I didn’t wanna make any final decisions today and see what else was out there for my best interest. With that being said Dave contacted 4 different banks trying to get a loan for me without my authorization. My credit score was ran multiple times. That alone affected my credit score so much. Now I am working on getting in contact with bureaus and trying to fix it.

This is the second time Ive brought my car here for service, first was a scheduled oil change. This time I used their Quick Lane service to get my summer wheel & tire set swapped out for my winter set. I also had some curb rash on two of my summer wheels (so embarrassing) that I needed to get fixed. I purchased extra insurance when I bought the car at a different dealership that includes coverage for wheel damage, and had no issues with them taking it here (Ive had problems at other dealerships previously with this). I was in and out in about an hour but had to leave the wheels with them so they could be fixed at a later date, which I already knew. All of the employees Ive spoken with are very friendly as well! I have high expectations for them with future visits! :)

Incredibly overpriced, staff is not straight forward in presenting the status of your vehicle. Labor rate is approaching > $130 per hour. I had my tires changed here, and the mechanics labored approx 45 mins per tire. This equated to about $400 just in labor (not including material cost for the tires themselves) for a tire replacement which is absurd. My vehicle also had damaged personal property within. I had a phone mount on the dashboard which was damaged when my state inspection sticker was placed on my windshield. Staff is not straight forward in addressing issues either. It was like prying teeth when trying to find out if my brake lining was below the minimum threshold to pass state inspection. Only kept reiterating that it should be replaced. When I got the brakes replaced elsewhere, I was re-charged the state inspection fee. I do not recommend.

Buying a vehicle can be such a headache with wait time and so forth but the staff moved everything along with percision and we were out of there quicker than I thought we would be. They also dealt with our trade in and our financing. We also had a few laughs along the way. We were shopping for a car for my mother-in-law. After looking at 3 different dealers, we just didnt feel like the sales people were listening to our needs nor did they try to meet us at a payment we were comfortable with. The manager, Joe Demarino was so great to work with. Not only did he listen and understand what we wanted, he dropped a car off for my mother-in-law to drive for a few days to make sure she liked it before we purchased it. The young man who dropped it off spent time with her showing her how all the features worked in the car. Joe was also easy to negotiate with and it was just an overall great experience. We will definitely go back to Hoskins for our future vehicles and also refer others.

I brought my car yesterday to get my navigation and sound fix ( the issue that I am having is that it keeps disconnecting from my phone) first they told me that it need it an updated that was going to cost me $139.95 plus labor. They change me $296.96 and they didn’t fix anything, they told me I need to order the central processing ( computer pat) I just felt that if the entire computer needed be replace, why they are going to charge me for something that didn’t fix my issue. I have not problem paying if my car was fix, but I left the dealer with the same issue.This dealer robs you on your face, do not go to this dealer to buy or get your car fix, service is horrible. If they are stilling from clients just like that in the service department you can imagine how much they are going to overcharge you when you are buying a car.I usually go to the Exton Ford or Paoli Ford because they are very honest and professional, they don’t overcharge you for things, and if they are unable to fix it they wont charge you because that is the right thing to do. The reason why I took my car to Brian Hoskins Ford in Coatesville due to location. But I learn my lesson…. Never again.

So we had a massage at Massage Envy, very impressed with the cost, the atmosphere was Devine, peaceful and the employees are very sweet. With my unusual muscle issue the therapist was confident and not fearful helping me. Most massage therapist elect to avoid helping me because of the fears of hurting me. We are doing another couples session next month. I feel this will help with my spasms.

Service is friendly, but frustrating. I took my 04 Ranger in with an issue of the rear drum brakes binding intermittently, but only on one side. They would get progressively worse until they lock up. Initially they gave me a laundry list of things that they wanted to try. Everything from turning the drum to replacing the wheel cylinders to flushing the brake fluid and replacing the master cylinder. Huh? Did I mention this is only affecting one side? They decided to turn the drum and explained that being out of round allowed the pads to push out too far. When that didnt work and I returned they gave me a similar laundry list of things to try again. At that point I asked for my keys back went elsewhere and had the problem fixed properly. Interestingly the master cylinder was in no way related to the issue. Go figure.

I am usually not very fond of Car Dealerships for various reasons. However, from the time I began my search to the sale of a vehicle, the communication level was excellent. No BS with endless and useless emails and phone calls. Brandon Newell our Sales Associate was straight forward from the very beginning. He took the time to listen while providing me with all the correct information and pricing the first time. No surprises what so ever when we arrived at the dealership. He stood behind everything he said and promised as did their Sales Manager, Joe DeMarino. A very pleasant and easy transaction from A-Z. They obviously have been in business for a long time for a reason. Its all about the customer and they obviously stand behind that objective. I would certainly recommend this dealership. When all of a sudden a salesman came out and asked us what brought us to their dealership. We talked for awhile and the salesman didn’t really seem too interested in talking to us. Took an F450 Truck in for service. Got a $500+ bill and was told the the problem was fixed. 1 day later the problem returns. Take the truck back and they now tell me I need a turbocharger. $1800.00. I said fine, lets get it fixed, but I should get a credit for the repair that didnt work. Nope. They refused. Offered me 10%. Ill never use their service or buy any of my trucks from there.

It was time for me to begin searching for a new car, my very first at that. So, I did what any consumer would do. Research the products, and once I determined a make and model I researched dealers. Brian Hoskins had already caught my attention because of other glowing reviews, but I was still a little skeptical. After one of my own personal friends refereed me to Brian Hoskins, specifically Brian Beatty, I immediately understood why Brian Hoskins receives its deserved accolades.I worked with Brian Beatty, a very personal and respectful associate of Brian Hoskins. Brian worked with me and made the process extremely simple. Consistently, Brian would answer any questions, comments, or concerns about not only the vehicle, but the entire purchasing experience. It was also refreshing that no games were played. Brian asked what I was looking for, what my price range was, and how much I wanted to pay monthly, and proceeded accordingly. I was never pressured to buy anything I did not want. The entire staff was courteous, from sales associates on the floor to Scot back in Finance. They celebrated my purchase and made the buying experience both quick and painless. I will forever look back on my first car purchase with fondness thanks to Brian Hoskins. Ive done most repairs on my vehicles and have my safety inspection license... I couldnt figure out why my steering would pull to right and/or left at any given time,this could be fine for a month and then start up again the next.Anyway after replacing several parts I had this Ford garage look at, they said they found the problems and it would cost 2,600. $..Im out of that money and still have the problem not as bad but its still there I took the truck back but they said they couldnt find anything wrong..And also the dustplate now scrapes the rotor and this was 4 days without a vehicle..The fact of my experience here is I was overcharged, my problem still exist, a new metal to metal noise,out of a vehicle for 4 days ..not good. Be careful doing business here.Im actually thinking of a Chevy dealer for my next vehicle.

Bought a 2018 edge November 2018. Got call from my insurance company on July 8 2019 about a accident on July 5 2019 in the city of Chester.pa . I was at the jersey shore on that date not in the city of Chester. The car involve was the car I traded in on the new car. All paper work was done by the dealership. Some how that car comes up being mine,witch is not true. Called dealership about that, was told they did everything right. They told me they have a lot problem like this coming from Chester pa. This tells me when trading a car in at this dealership dont do it, something is wrong there.

Both my husband and I were in need of new vehicles and had been doing a lot of research over the past few months. The girls that work at front desk, needs to take hospitality classes. Rude, loud, and had attitudes, you will think you owe them something as soon as you walk in. And if Im tipping a certain amount, I dont need pressured to tipping more. I also had a 90 minute massage, that ended in 75 minutes!! Hello? Where did the other 15 minutes go? Dont ask the front desk, theyll only tell you things like your time overlapped, and that the therapist is on a tight schedule! Well why are you scheduling me in for 90 minutes then??? Horrible experience!

My family has used this dealership for purchasing vehicles for years. Buying or selling has always gone well. But this week I took my car in to get few simple fixes taken care of, oil, bad tire replaced etc. What I got back from the service center was $1,000 worth of repairs they wanted to do. I took my car back and brought it to another local auto shop to get a second opinion and they told me flat out that some of the parts the Ford dealer wanted to replace had nothing wrong with them. I have been lied to and am writing this review in the hope that others will see it before they pay a useless bill.

Listen this company might be great but their service truck area are really disappointing. My company truck has been in an out of there an they can’t seem to get anything fixed right my ac was supposed to be fixed. An they said it was an they recharge it when I all ready did that thinking that was the problem but not. Now a customer call us complaining that my truck was leaking oil I check an it is. My truck was just there for an inspection 3,400 dollars a week later 2 problems. Do not highly recommend the service area of this company. An by the way im not taking this post down. I did ones not again.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!! This place is TERRIBLE! I dropped my car off to be serviced. They had it for over 24 hours for an inspection and an oil change. They forgot to do the oil change. No apologies. No credit. Nothing. My husbands truck was in there for scheduled maintenance as well.....went to start it up and the oil filter wasnt put on correctly and popped off and was spilling out all over my sons daycares parking lot....this place refuses to take responsibility. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

VERY disappointed went into the dealership to get pricing on a 2018 F150 vehicle buy back. Not only did the salesman not know what I was talking about he had me sit down so he could get some information. I was there for 15 minutes waiting. While other sales associates were walking around on their cell phones. When he failed to inform me of any information I told him I was leaving and won’t be back. Poor customer service wouldn’t ever consider going back.

Great, easy experience. Marie is wonderful and very responsive. We talked price, talked trade-in, both prices were very fair and we bought the vehicle. Other dealers we looked at wanted to give great price on vehicle but stick it to me with my trade in. BH was honest and fair on both issues. This is second car purchased from BH and will look here again for my next vehicle.

I stopped by Hoskins Ford in my 2014 F150 company vehicle. I have been seeing a message pop up every time I start my truck telling me that my tire pressure is low. I have been repeatedly checking this pressure and it is always correct to the manufacturers recommendation. I was told by the person at the service desk that there would be a $20 charge to have this truck looked at even though it is brand new with 2600 miles on I and it could not be looked at for 2 weekst. When I questioned whether this was covered by any type of warranty he simply said no and gave me a blank stare. My company buys approximately 150 of these trucks every year and my Fleet Manager will certainly be hearing about this poor customer service.

I saw an ad for a mini Cooper and went to Brian Hoskins Ford to take it for a test drive. My salesperson Eric Wroten could not have been more helpful. He showed me every aspect of the car and let me get used to driving the stick shift in a parking lot until I was comfortable before I decided to make the purchase. The next day I went in to sign the paperwork and a red convertible Mustang caught my eye. I felt bad changing my mind, but Eric assured me that his priority was to make sure his customer was happy with their purchase, so we took the Mustang out for a drive. I knew I had found my fun mobile...and we started the paper work to purchase the Mustang. Eric showed me all of the nuances of the car and the it was very simple getting approved and filling out the documents. Scott Shandler was excellent when it came to the financing options and it was a very easy purchase. I went back to pick up then car the following day after it had been detailed and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor (it was a 2013). Thank you again to Eric for his superb customer service and I would highly recommend a visit to Brian Hoskins Ford if you are looking to purchase a Ford or to look at their excellent selection of used cars.

This dealership was a 3 hour ride from my house but they had a preowned truck I was interested in. Mike Ciarlone in Internet Sales was great and not like a typical car salesman, which is a good thing. We handled all of the negotiating through email and Mike assured me they would be able to get close to what I wanted for my trade so I decided to make the 3 hour trip down. I arrived at 11:30am, test drove the truck, agreed on a price, signed all of the paperwork, and I was on my way home with the new truck by 1:30pm. This was one of the best used car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks again Mike.

During a business meeting on Friday at Brian Hoskins Ford, I asked the fleet mgr, Mr Paul Materi for someone I could speak to about Fords Sign & Drive program. Paul asked Mike Ciarlone to come over. I told Mike I was looking for a Ford Escape SE model with a specific color & options and monthly rate, and I was leaving shortly. In less than 10 minutes Mike returned with the car, exactly as I requested, for me to inspect and had the lease finance sheet completed. I picked the car up today. Mike also gave me the most detailed explanation of every standard & option on the vehicle. The car was licensed, spotless and had a full tank of fuel. The most seamless car purchase ever. Tom Hughes

Beware of warranty they sell through Ford, a lot of differences in pricing between dealers, using to recoup trade loss. Offered warranty on 2011 expedition with 96k miles for $3130 3yr/36k miles, same plan purchacased by friend at another dealer on same vehicle/miles/yr for $2200. Commercial warranties available 5yr/100k for $2600. Price gouge. Way over priced used veh. not willing to negotiate.

Terrible. Went in for our couples massage after trying to reschedule and not being able to and they had already given our spot away. They said they were sorry since it was our anniversary. Too bad I told the lady on the phone it was her birthday. They offered to give us facials 3 hours later with no discount. I will not be back and thank them for ruining a birthday present.
