Went to get my order for magnets and the staff could not find the order. They were searching through a cabinet and a bunch of other orders that were not even in seperate bags with their order number. My notification said that it is required to have your order number ready but they only asked me for my name. The pictures did not even come out that great. One image was taken with a better camera then the other but the low quality camera photo came out better. The higher quality camera photo looked as if the image slipped while being printed and has a line around the photo contents, plus, who ever cut the image and placed them on the magnet has really bad cutting skills. Poor photo quality, poor customer service, and unorganized.
Showed up as a walk in for the vaccine. My husband is disabled and after talking with the nurse and the pharmacist they decided it would be best for him to talk to his doctor first, so as not to mix with the many meds he is already on. That meant a lot to us. Appreciate them taking the time to talk with him. Excellent service.
My problem is with the drive thru for prescriptions. This happened to me twice on Saturday I get there like around 20 minutes to closing and they have the security gate down and when I ask them both times they say the system is down. What a coincidence! Very annoyed!
My dad went in for this 2nd dose of the vaccine and the woman administering him the vaccine had the audacity to question his age and assume that he was lying with his age in order to get the vaccine and had the nerve to tell him “No you’re not, let me check” and went to her computer to check. Seriously? If he made it past the check in, where he has to hand his I.D. In order to get COVID vaccine card filled, why would he lie? This is utterly disrespectful. She chose to treat him as a liar. It’s already difficult for someone to be brown and not be able to speak English but when you’re own town disrespect you like that, it hurts even more.I’m never coming here again. I was treated way better in Palm Desert

Worst Pharmacy Service I been a client with CVS for almos 20 years I use too use the one on Washington but moved to this one when it opened. everything was good until the last 2 years I am not sure what is there problem but every time I have medication sent by my doctor they are always missing one. I left the doctors office at 10am I waited until 1:45 pm to pick up only to find out they were missing one and the pharmacist was out to lunch I needed to come back in 30 minutes. Not the first time it happens last time they had me waiting 3 days because of a special order and at the end they sent me to pick up the proscription to the one in Indio. Last time I use them!!!!
They always have the meds for my scripts & theres plenty working behind the counter so the lines move fast. They also text me when my meds are ready.
