Poor communication. I wont do business again. I contacted them 5 days prior to my scheduled rental day to confirm delivery time. No response. I called or texted every day until the day before my rental. I saw that one of my iphone messages was read (it sent a read receipt) in the middle of the week, but my messages sent after were not read. They finally called me less than 24 hours prior to confirm delivery. They claimed to be out of town because they evacuated due to a potential hurricane (valid) but always leave their business iphone at the office (hard to believe).Delivery guys were quick and courteous and the water slide was in great condition. No issues on that end.Also to note, they have no refund policy whatsoever, so once youve paid youre committed.

Poor communication. Would not recommend!Was hoping to rent a water slide for the weekend and the lady that answered told me I could go in Friday from 8-5 but to call her before I head that way since she steps out at times. I call her to tell her I’m ready to head that way and she apologizes and says she is out of town. That’s not stepping out, that’s closing early.

I would not recommend JRs for water slide rental. The men that delivered it were very nice and helped my husband trim branches from trees so the slide could fit in my back yard. However, I did not see the slide until after they left. It was AWFUL!! It had yellow stains covering the entire sliding area. The mesh netting at the top was ripped and discolored. I immediately contacted them and informed them that the condition of this slide was unacceptable. They said they do not offer refunds and acknowledged that the stains were significant but they weren’t able to remove them when they cleaned the slide. So they were aware that their slide was in this condition but did not warn the customer ahead of time that the photo on their website and what you they are delivering are no where near the same. I would not have used this slide if they had offered it for free. Imagine spending hundreds of dollars on beautiful decorations and almost three hundred additional dollars for the focal point and it has a huge stain and dry rotted netting on it. My husband spent hours treating the stain with bleach and TSP. He was able to make some improvement but it still had yellow streaks. I had a guest ask where we got it so they knew who NOT to call for water slide rental.

Do business elsewhere before coming here. They will not notify you if they cannot show up. Lots of other local places around here that are better and will enjoy giving you there business Instead.

Owner was nice, and to rent tables and chairs are cheap here.I loved that if you need them on a Saturday, you can pick them up on Friday and bring them back on Monday.That way you can enjoy your party and dont have to worry about bringing them back the next day.I will rent again from them.

I rented a waterslide from Jump Ride N Slide for a party at my home. It was a pleasant experience. They answered all my questions, made sure my yard was large enough for the slide and set it up and removed it efficiently. I highly recommend Jump Ride and Slide for all your party needs.
