I recently had 2 Quantum PT Smoke inshore reels serviced. Quick turn around and my reels work as good as the day I bought them.

Friendly, informative, and reasonably priced. Taking my reel there tomorrow to get fixed

Came in an bought a Lews titanium reel, used it one time, couldn’t even fish a day with it. Brand new just spooled. Brought it back because I was told it would be swapped out, told it had line memory which is why it wouldn’t reel and cast with a terrible attitude, never got a receipt asked twice for it. Wouldn’t recommend buying reels from there.

Just awful. This guy never keeps his word. Will never admit to making a mistake if he breaks something. I was actually yelled at. Also uses bait and switch tactics with the $25 reel cleaning. Beware!!!!! About as ethical as a Flea Market.
