Kroger has what I need and love to eat, starting with their excellent produce. Great variety of brands from breads to spices. Also a wide assortment of meats, and seafood, deli and bakery.

I would like to tell everyone about Larry the sweet and wonderful man that works at our Kroger. He is always friendly, he always blesses me and my family. He is a true gem to Kroger. In the circumstances of our lives in the last couple of years he is a welcomed light of hope and joy! God Bless you, Larry!

Clean and stocked. I come thru before 7am. Best time to arrive, in and out.

Tonight at 8PM, sets of doors already locked, all registers except 2 were closed, and the store doesnt close until 11p. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I spend entirely too much money at a store that can be such an inconvenience.The employees are always great, but cleanliness issues, terrible inventory, and these shenanigans will make me take my money down the road to HEB.

Well my best friend had gotten some Swedish fish, and well it was expired 7 months ago..The store and all is awesome. So Ill be giving it 2 extra stars! Thats the only food that ive heard of be expired, so other than that everythings good!

Kroger has all the groceries some clothes and essentials for your health and home ... The food court is pretty nice with fresh food available plus sushi nearby plus a salad bar...

Professional friendly and helpful staff and I never wait in a line long at all.

The last 2 mornings that I have been in the store there was only 1 cashier open and 2 different people at the self check out while there was a 5 or more people deep in the cashier lane. 😠. I will stop shopping here if I am forced to do self check out for a cart full of groceries. Also, I seen several people with no mask. It would be nice if someone enforced that. A lot of elderly people their at that time in the morning.

Sushi Bar - Review - Vegan Options? Yup!Quick, light, refreshing, & low cost. The Garden Wrap is a great grab for a quick healthy bite. This is a great go-to. Kroger/Snow Fox sometimes has a vegetarian roll (it is vegan); I prefer this over the Garden Wrap.They rotate the two. (Garden Wrap & Vegetarian Roll)Side Note: LJ Kroger has a very nice & clean dine-in area! (Super Plus!), I enjoy HEB sushi options as well but they do not have a dine-in area.Side Side Note, Kroger is our go-to local store. They have many vegan friendly options. We love it & are so grateful for this!

If I time it right never have to wait too long in line and always have a friendly staff if I am looking for something specific they always help me find it or guide me to the right area.

Awesome store. Great selection. Helpful, friendly employees. We shopped late on a Saturday night and it is true that only self check lanes were open. However....when the manager saw that we had a large order, a cashier immediately opened her register for us. I highly recommend this store.

I LOVE this Kroger Marketplace! Its huge but not overwhelming. I still havent been through the whole store, but WOW the produce, cheese and adult beverage section alone is heaven!The employees are everywhere and eager to help. Ill definitely be hitting the Kroger on my trips to the area. LOVE IT!

I love krogers and have shopped there since moving to the area. What is sad is I just witnessed a gentleman attempt to get fuel and wanted to use his fuel points but his card was not working for whatever reason. He tried to scan it and put his phone number in and when neither of those things worked he went to the lady at the booth who may as well have just said she didn’t want to help him. She told him to scan the card which already tried. She basically didn’t want to go outside probably because it’s cold but I’m sorry that is part of your job to help the customer figure out the issue and assist them. When she told him to scan the card he said he already tried that and she asked him if he wanted to prepay he said no because he wants to use his points which she didn’t mention to him assisting in fixing that. He finally just said no That he would go somewhere else because she wasn’t gonna get out of her booth to help. She didn’t even so much as flinch to get up or say anything when he said that. There was no one else at the booth trying to purchase anything she could have done something. My husband went and tried to help and they couldn’t figure it out either so the guy headed back to the window as we were driving off and she finally came outside. It should not take an act of Congress for a gentleman to get help so he can use his points and get his earned discount in the fuel he is trying to purchase. I hope this lady does better in the future.

My weekly grocery stop. Love the layout and their stock. We shop mostly organic and vegan and their selection is great. Also I love that they dont have a healthy food section but that its spread throughout the store unlike most other Kroger. Employees are for the most part helpful and friendly.

This Kroger is new and is quite large. It has a wide variety of the usual fare, also includes a few extras. There is a small Starbucks located inside. You can also pick up fresh cooked food, fresh bread, fresh sushi and a few other Asian dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. They also carry more international foods than other grocery stores in the area.

This is outrageous I witnessed the store manager CHARLES PRESTIGE screaming at an employee telling her she was not a good employee and more horrible things were said that poor employee was crying her eye out and he didn’t even blink, he treated her with no care at all, I asked her if she was okay and she couldn’t even get a word out that’s how upset she was. They don’t care about their employees.

I have been shopping at Krogers since 2004. I now am 74 with copd and have been using cliklist for 2 years. They have been great until today - no curbside pick up ? Delivery. They have no designated hours for seniors and no options to help us stay safe. I am so disappointed.

I dont buy clothes at my grocery store anyone that shops here rather than At H EB Probably Needs a Psychiatric Evaluation.Probly shouldnt have given them a 3 star rating but I love my H EB

I shop at Krogers for their sales on what I need. The store is always clean, in order and stocked well. If I can not find what I am looming for there are always helpful and pleasant employees around to help me out. I enjoy shopping here and will co tinge to do so.

Mixed on this one. Great selection and prices. Dont care for the layout or the large non-food areas. ALWAYS understaffed, I would say 80+% of the time I go through a line with a checker I bag my own groceries. At least tbey are usually friendly.

I’ve called 11 times from my phone and 4 times from my work phone and 7 times from my sisters phone and deli is not answering and they answer and put me on hold more than 3 times... I’ve called customer service and the meat department to transfer me to the deli and still no answer I was told they were going to have chicken and when I went up there there was nothing and all the associates were in the back and I got no help...

Very tired of the store not having their front page ad items .If you shop after 5 when the store manager is gone the produce is wiped, meat department is ALWAYS out of their features special. When I asked if they had anymore whole chickens the answer I got was No they sold out, its a great price . if the night clerk knows that,wheres the meat manager and store manager . 2 days in a row sold out.I dont cherry pick, I do my weeks shopping here. Please get it together if you want the business .

The store is relatively new and very clean. Got some pork ribs that look like they will be great for grilling. The blackberries and avocados I picked up look fresh and ripe. The cashier was friendly when I checked out.

The heads of lettuce is very bad today. Im disappointed. Usually very happy with this store. Tried to call and tell a department manager but got a runaround. I am happy with the other aspects of my shopping today.

I ordered a Thanksgiving meal for my staff and it was delicious. The pre-cooked turkey, stuffing, macn cheese, dressing was all perfect. Worth the $79 + tax. A no fuss, no mess meal!

The customer service representative was awesome, operator 350. Efficient and exceptional. I would definately revisit this Kroger CS desk.

They dont have cashiers at slow times. You have to check yourself out and self-checkout is terrible. If you buy a light item the scale doesnt register and you have to continue scanning it picking it up pushing it down trying to get it to register that you actually put something in your bag. And if theres a problem there is only one person helping 4 people at the same time. So if you like to do your grocery shopping during slow times good luck with a basket full of groceries. I dont understand why they dont put that one person at their own register to check out everybody in one line it would be much more efficient in my opinion.

This has become my favorite store. Even if it does cost a bit more, they have some great sales, like the buy 5 - get $5 and triple points for fuel discounts.

I have never seen a Kroger as nice as this one. It was a delite to see all the women, men and children clothes along with towels and home goods. AMAZING 😁

Great clean & quick service

During the day time, it is a great store! At night, it is an entirely different store with little or no help on the floor and no supervisor on hand. You have no checker on duty. If you are handicapped, you are better off staying home. You will find no one to help you. You are expected to self -check out even with a large basket of groceries. The store says it is open until 1am...... Dont believe it!

I love my Kroger store. Great checker. But always something out in stock. Like the paper towels on special select a size.

Outstanding. We have lived in this area for a few months, and have tried all the local places to shop for food. After our experience this evening, I wont be doing my shopping anywhere else. The store manager approached us in the bakery/deli area, and asked if we were aware of a store special that they were having. We cashed in on the special, and he took the time to talk to us, welcomed us to the area, and talked with my girls (2 and 4 yrs old). He asked us to wait for a second, and he walked back into the bakery, and grabbed two fresh M&M cookies for my babies. Well done sir, well done.

I actually really like this store, but if your hours say you open at 5am and your website says youre open, then your doors should be open. Im here at 5:10am trying to shop. Now I have to go to Walmart which I really hate!! I purposely leave work late so I can get here at 5am, and sometimes they are not open. Im not gonna sit in the parking lot till someone decides they feel like opening the doors...

Brand new Kroger! clean, has sushi bar, fresh produce, clothes, and all the other normal stuff. Easy parking lot entrance/exit. Redbox here. Gas available too.

I shop here every month. Each time I tell myself not to come back. Aparently I am forgetful.Same experience every time. No customer service, no one at the deli or customer service counter. Employees do not seem to know the answer to any questions. Not expecting anything out of the ordinary. Just basic customer service.

Ordered a birthday cake online on Tuesday went to pick it up on Thursday. It had never been taken off the computer so i had to accept a frozen cake for my daughter, who was going on a flight in 2hrs. Will never go there again.

I have been waiting in the clicklist parking lot for almost 2 hours to get my food. I went in and spoke to Thomas, the manager, and he told me they were trying to do their best and would get it out as quick as I could. He was super nice. Come on krogers get your act together.

Selection is good due to the enormous size of the store. Self checkout is subpar and takes longer than it should. Checkout machines still utilize outdated weight system so its constantly alerting you and halting the process...bc you have to perform a balancing act with your bagged items to keep them on the scaled area. Ridiculous. Additionally, any Kroger-card items that are supposed to be discounted are not done so automatically...waited forever for an attendant to help us..who apparently was standing near us without a name tag or any identifiable Kroger gear. Had no idea she worked there...but she clearly heard us asking for help and watched us go find a manager who only said she is right there. So helpful.Paid with our card...went through the steps, removed card when prompted. Transaction was in processing mode forever...attendant finally pushed the credit button to finalize the transaction...snickering at our ignorance of their moronic system. Will sincerely do my best to not return to this location.

This store is not relaxing to shop in! They SHOUT very loud announcements one after the other after the other after the other! Obviously, too many people in charge! Good Lord!

Store itself is well run clean bUT my issue is with the bakery and how its run, you make orders they either forget to make it or dont make what you ask for then sat Im so sorry perhaps if you come back tomorrow we can have it made for you. So whats the use in calling in days in advance you sure cant depend on them thats for sure.

The parking lot is extremely dangerous. People drive way, way too fast. The store is too big and the people working there have little to no energy and seem to care very little about their jobs.

Their selection of specialty sodas is the reason I like this store so much. Its much better than Wal-Mart or HEB for them.

The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is my concern. Drive-thru attendants have horrible customer skills. They are rude and cocky and they usually close before the actual closing time. This is on numerous occasions. I thought it was me at first, but I witnessed the same insults towards an elderly couple next to me. Just horrible.

Im sorry, I have to assume that most of the people writing these reviews are employees. Customer service is not this stores top priority, I have encountered one to manyrude managers in this store that just dont smile, and rolls there eyes, and turns there backs when you are speaking to them.I have spoke with to many people who have had the same experience with jenny(a manager) this woman is down right rude,never smiles,and is very confrontational, many people have called corporate, and have spoken with the store manager about this,and you can tell nothing is being done because she continues to be very rude Krogers really should, train there employees better for customer service
