We were looking for an indoor, well-maintained, and reliable storage unit and this one came highly recommended from a friend and she was right! The staff was so kind and helpful, going as far as to drive us out to the storage unit to check it out before signing documents and making sure we were all set up.It’s a great price, extremely clean, great find!

Easy enough online process for reserving a storage unit. Facility is clean and I like having the option for renting an inside unit. The hours the facility is open for access is helpful. We rented an office space for a few months. Let me start by saying this is a great starter option! Staff were helpful and friendly. The price is great. It was nice and cool during the summer, easy to access 24/7.With that said, there are some issues to be aware of:1. You can hear through the walls. I could hear all of the details of conversations in the office beside and behind me, sometimes down the hall.2. My cell phone did not work in our office, even on wifi calling. If you use the provided land line, then youll be fine. My cell is my main business contact so that was an issue.3. The ladies bathroom was dirty quite often. Our last week there it did seem better.4 While in the meeting room next to the ladies restroom, you can hear the water from the restroom.

Drew was the initial person to answer the phone when I called in to inquire about their storage spaces and he was super friendly and helpful. He was able to give me a really good deal for the first three months. The storage facility is really nice, clean, and quiet! They even let you use a moving truck for free when you rent a storage unit which helped me out a lot! The other lady who helped me out when checking out the truck was very helpful as well! During my experience at Clovis storage & executive office and suites I talked with Doug and Jessica. They were both very nice and helped me and answered all my questions. Doug helped me get the truck and explained where I would have to go and how to get there. Doug also explained to us that we had to get a new lock for the unit and told us how we could get it for free which was very helpful. The whole facility was very nice and clean. *Update December 2017*The honeymoon is certainly over. We have moved out of our unit here. The prices have skyrocketed to 5x of when we moved in. Well above any other competitive rates in town.New, clean, and secure. I was just looking for the cheapest place on short notice as I moved to the fresno area. But this place (Clovis storage and executive suites is its new name I think) was great. The manager is willing to match prices a lot of times. I found a special online but forgot to print it and they took my word for it. 24 hr access has been a life saver here.

Best storage in the Central Valley by far. On entering the office, you will be welcomed by courteous staff, a clean and decorated foyer and a lot of amenities. Coffee, Wi-Fi, Popcorn readily available for guests. I was very impressed. Security is top notch. Location is easily accessible. Michael, Justin and company went out of their way to accommodate my specific needs and answer all of my questions. If youre looking for a remote office or storage unit, youre not going to find anything better than this.

After a disastrous situation with my ex-roommate while staying in Clovis, I decided to go for this place to keep all of my stuff from here in Fresno for two years while I was away to finish college in New York, and not even a single problem had occurred while I was traveling back and forth. I rented a 5 x 15 inside an air-controlled building near the middle, and of course I came to check in and put some more stuff in and out once in a while.The coded gate access with security cameras was amazing. I had a seamlessly check in, got a sweet discount for six months, signed some papers, got the keys and unloaded my things there. The staff was very nice and I loved the office setting! You can have a cup of joe (or water, sodas, whatever) and just relax at a table after some heavy unloading/loading. They have a snack vending machine which was awesome as well.I also love how tidy it is there, even in the restrooms (I could eat in there if I wanted to!) but overall, its a great place to keep your stuff secured and feeling at ease knowing the people there are doing their job.

While looking for this exact place on the web to submit a review, i found an ad placed by the same facility as mine in which a locker identical in size to mine is advertised for $10/MO LESS THAN IM BEING CHARGED! This INFURIATES me!!! Not to mention, if a customer hasnt gone online and sibmitted a review like this one, they, without shame, charge $10 EXTRA! So how is a customer supposed to give a genuine review BEFORE theyve actually given it some time and retrospection? I feel i was put in a position from the very first day whete i felt compelled to lie about having given a review yet if i didnt want to be charged the EXTRA $10. In my book, that is blatant EXTORTION!!!!
