They sold me a car with a blown head gasket. The engin compartment was detailed so it was not evedident that the motor had a problem.

Dont.bother with this ace quads loom great but they are cheaply assembled made what ever it is but they fall.apart and marked up nearly double just loom.aeound save yourself the hassle ...also service is garbage takes about 3 months to get in and when you do the part isnt available equipment is junk....

This place is a joke. The quads advertise on Craigslist are junk. The ad says they go up to 40 miles an hour and when you get at home they do about 15 and start falling apart after the first couple of hours your kids are riding it. The staff there is not very helpful and the place is filthy. didnt have a very good experience there and probably will never go there again. I wouldnt recommend it.

Worst experience ever in my life (35 years old). Ive owned a new vehicle every 1-2 years in my life ever since I was 16 and this place gave me the worst experience ever. I paid cash for 2 dirtbikes and 1 motorcycle and they did not know how to register the motorcycle so now it sits in my garage collecting dust. I gave them 8 months to try and register it correctly for me but the Armenian guy just got angry with me and tried to threaten me. The girls that work for them have no idea of what theyre doing because they cant even file

Terrible experience with this small new quads for my son. Bought it 3 days ago and already broke on me twice. Had to go over to the shop already several times to get it fix. The owner gots terrible customer service. Not racist but very hard to deal with with this Armenian guy. (Owner) other employees are understanding and were willing to help me fixing what ever problem it was. (Several problems) owner wasnt at all tho. Worst customer service I had in my life. (27years old) . I will never even bother considering buying anything from this people. And I advice the people... Dont buy from this people. They tell you lies about warranty when your buying the quad . When you need to use the warranty well guess what.? Dont have any . They told me I had 90 days under warranty. Could returned it within 90 days no questions asked and I get my money back. Thats was bs. I went back the 3rd time to get my money back and they were upset for me even asking them. Terrible customer service. Bad people to do business with.
