Amazing customer service

Bought an electric drill from this place, I tried to return it 5 days later because I bought a better one from Lowes hardware and they did not want give me a refund even though It was still it the original package and I had the receipt. The drill was still in excellent condition.

These guys know their business. They always know just where to find the part I need. If I want one bolt, I can buy one bolt, unlike the big box home improvement places. Prices are competitive, too.
