The first time we visited shortly after they opened it was great. Every time since then has been awful and getting worse. The customer service is awful and the staff is rude. Go elsewhere. Get out of Clovis and travel and then stop by a specialty store. Order online just avoid this place until their customer service improves. This place gets a 1 star but only because I could not leave zero stars.

The store seems ok. Nice selection. The reason I didnt buy anything is because of the attitude of the person working at the time I went in. That type of attitude is unnecessary and unhelpful. But, worth checking it out if you are able to overlook attitudes.

Place was very clean. Owner was super friendly and very helpful. selection was really great! I love how they have small and large sizes at the same time since my wife and I are different body types. Literally had almost anything you could ever imagine you would want plus some. I love how they check your ID when you go in the store to make sure that youre 18+. We spent a good amount of money there and will definitely be going back to spend some more!!!

Absolutely TOP NOTCH! The staff is extremely pleasant, generously informative, and professionally courteous every time! Kudos to maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment in the area of sexual wellness even when faced with adversity from childishly absurd individuals.

I love, love, *love* shopping here. i moved to clovis about 6-months ago (maybe more... 😳🤔), & this is one of the first & only shops my husband & i have visited.the environment is *always* welcoming & nonjudgemental, the employees & owner are friendly & talkative - & can make informed suggestions on products (that’s *you* miss boss!), the product floor is sparkling clean & organized, & the selection is more than enough for *multiple* handfuls of visits & fun nights!i highly suggest.🤩😷☺️😘

The gentleman that was working there was SUPER nice and helpful! Definitely felt comfortable and in a judgement free zone! I don’t know what his name was, but he deserves a raise! :) will be back for sure and hopefully he is working! :)Great product and selection & CLEAN! :)

Would not let me in without a physical ID

Dont purchase from here. Bought an item and took it home, it was defective and did not work. Took it back 10 minutes after purchasing it and was told by the very incompetent employees that all sales are final and I would have to purchase another very over priced item to replace the item I LITERALLY JUST PURCHASED. I asked to speak to a manager, was told theyd be in the following day. Still have not been able to contact anyone from management and all the employees are Rude as hell. I will be disputing my charge and taking my business elsewhere. Will not EVER shop here again.

They have a decent selection. Just wish they would order more lingerie in a size small and matching tops for the bottoms they have.

It’s very great and respectful place and it’s very clean and it smells so good in their and the employees our wonderful loved it and great quality they have.

Adult toys were high end and the prices reflected that. A very wide variety of different types of lingerie and dvds, and other assorted adult toys. Good customer service.

Lingerie a little over priced compared to other spots and they barely have any lubricants...but have tons of massage oils? BUT I WILL SAY very good selection of rabbits and toys. They also have a very large section of wigs. Overall its a decent adult store.

Its huge, clean and smells nice. Theres a huge selection of lingerie but the toy section left me a little disappointed. Overall its a very nice place!
