Not too long ago I purchased a blackout cell shade from Budget Blinds sales rep, Beau. Beau was courteous and extremely helpful when it came to choosing the perfect shade that best fit my needs. I was working nights and had to sleep during the day, therefore I needed my room to be completely darkened so I could sleep. Beau showed me samples and provided his expertise when it came to choosing the blackout cell shade. I was provided several payment options and my shade was here in no time. My experience with Budget Blinds was one to remember. I highly recommend their services; you wont be disappointed!

The follow through is horrible. I like what we purchased but had a problem. Its now 8 months later and still all we get is lip service. we will have the shutter this week There invoices are confusing and they are not forth coming with prices. Its a shame I plan on ordering 6 more shutters wont be with them. I know in business things happen And I have been patient long enough.
Clovis budget blinds customer service is horrible. staff is unreliable, RUDE and unprofessional. I would advise anyone thinking about window treatment to not SPEND your money at the clovis location.
Worst customer service. Its been over 6 months, and they havent completed my order. Came out to my home 4 times, with the wrong blinds every time. Then stopped calling me back. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said they couldnt tell me when one would be in. That they didnt keep regular hours?! They were hired through Costco, which has since stopped using them because they had too many complaints. Go Elsewhere, WORST COMPANY EVER. Would give zero stars if possible.
I have had nothing but terrible service since I was referred to Budget Blinds of Clovis through Costco. First, our order was delayed weeks when the salesman had personal issues that prevented him from responding back to my calls and texts. They then had trouble arranging the Costco cash card that was an incentive to buy from them. Multiple delays for the install. Quality of product is good and install went smooth but now that a string broke on our blinds it has been 3 weeks without being able to get a replacement so far. They had no copy of my invoice on file, I needed to take one of the blinds down and send pictures of the sticker to them or else be subject to a $125 service fee to simply come out and look at their broken product. They are inconsistent with answering their phone and instead it routes to an answering service in Montana. Still waiting for a simple replacement string after we spent >$13,000 on blinds! Very frustrated with this company and wish I would have gone elsewhere.
