The customer service by phone was easy and pleasant. The new part was delivered next day and they provided all the new hardware I needed.Upon replacement I could see the issue was due to installer using electric tools instead of hand tightening which caused stripped screws and extra pressure on part. Exceptional quality and beauty is what they say on their website. I just installed a Malibu patio door on 8/26/2020 and look at the deep scratches above the handle, those are not hairline scratches which I would totally ignore. Also screen door didnt come with the metal piece to be installed on the frame side to engage the lock. Quality control is non-existent. Such a joke.It turns out the deadbolt on the original panel is also not centered per service guy. Got a new panel with a centered deadbolt but now the existing grommets and deadbolt dont align anymore. The panel edge also makes squeaky noises if you press on it, this is true for both the original and new panels. What in the world is this company making ?This is exactly the kind of Micky Mouse yet expensive products that this company is selling. They either dont have a quality process in place, or they dont follow any quality process if they have one, or both. It took 6 weeks to get it installed yet I am getting all kinds of headache. You pay big money to help live your life better, not worse. Ill never buy anything from Anlin, such an expensive piece of mistake for many years to come.

We had a minor issue with one of our windows and we called Anlin because of their lifetime warranty. Sure enough, one of their technicians came out the next week. William was super nice, fast and efficient. He didn’t leave until I checked the window inside and out, opened and closed to make sure the problem was solved. I highly recommend Anlin, for their Windows, doors, and their service!

I love this company. When I purchased my home 10 years ago I inherited a set of Anlin windows and sliding glass doors. Two years ago I needed to replace rollers, wind seals, and the bottom track on the sliding glass door.Anlin looked up the old purchase under the original home owners name, confirmed model and appropriate parts, and sent everything to me. Free. For a door that is 22 years old. I was blown away at the level of service.Recently Anlin honored the original warranty on windows whose internal seals have failed and sagged.Anthony Perez did a fantastic job with the window removal and seal installation.Anlin has won my business for life.

Moved into a beautiful home with Anlin windows and doors. One window had been damaged by original owner cramming an air conditioner into it. As the second owner I was covered by the original warranty and Andrew at the service desk returned my email with instructions and pictures to help me identify the size and type of window I needed repaired. Within a week I had replacement springs and balance bars in my mailbox. A quick search on YouTube and 30 minutes later my window was like new, requiring only a screwdriver. The mechanism that allows the bottom half of the Anlin double hung window to pop out for cleaning is magically simple ! Thanks Andrew!!!

I am very pleased by my replacement glass installed expertly by Fabian and Saroyan today. They were good about notifying me on their time of arrival the day before. They were neat and efficient with collecting the sliding windows and working on them at their truck. The windows that were not removable were expertly changed out in place. The work is factory quality and the glass should look great for a long time with the metal spacer now used in the construction.

William Batt came to service our windows twice. Both experiences were great, William was able to take care of our issues (first time, a window was really difficult to open, second time a window was sliding down on its own). He’s super friendly, personable and professional. He was mindful of taking off his shoes and following COVID protocol and made us feel very safe and didn’t have to worry about germs. We “inherited” the warranty on our windows when we purchased our house a couple years ago. Recently the bottom track on the patio slider needed to be replaced . I want to commend the superb expert service provided by Dan and Ryan today on our doors and windows. They were very flexible and prompt with my time needs and I sincerely appreciate their respect for that. All of our doors and windows were installed in 2007 and have been working flawlessly with a few minor issues. Both Dan and Ryan were polite courteous and helpful in providing some educational tips about the care of our doors and windows while making the needed adjustments. I can’t thank them both enough as it was over 100° the day that they came and conducted the adjustments and repairs. We replaced almost all our windows 5 years ago (when we bought the house, some had already just been replaced). The price was fair and sales person Armin was very professional. Windows were made & arrived exactly when they said & still took exactly as long as they said it would. They made sure the windows were cleaned and the crew even cleaned my existing windows! Havent had a single problem.Fast forward 5 years, our picture window was broken (not sure how, but may have been a large bird). I called Anlin & let them know what happened. They acted quickly and starting the process to replace under the 10 year warranty. The process was smooth, easy, & surprisingly quick. No hassles, no hard time. Just, Well get out there soon as the new window is made. Was given a date 3 weeks out. A couple of days before replacement, they let me know they were very sorry, but the glass broke in transit & it would be another week or 2 weeks (cant remember which). I appreciate they let me know & communicated timely with me. Sure enough, today was replacement day. Ryan, the installer called me & asked if it was ok to come early, which I was so happy to have him come early. Ryan was super friendly and professional. Im an inquisitive person, so I was asking him questions about the install. Most people get annoyed. He was so kind & happy to answer my questions. I recommend Anlin a million times over. Great quality product, great service, great staff.

The technician called out to fix our broken lock on a sliding glass door was Saroun Sary. He was very helpful in solving the problem we had. Fixed the problem and replaced all broken parts. He took the effort to make sure that the lock was properly aligned, so it would lock smoothly and properly. He even went the extra mile to explain to me options that they could do to help solve other issues we were having. Very courteous and hardworking as well. Highly recommended technician and company.

Daniel Phelps was our technician who came out today. He was amazing. The installer really messed up installing our patio door and we’ve had problems ever since, and made only half hearted attempts to remedy the situation. We finally called anlin direct, and they sent Danial, who is nothing shy of a miracle worker. Our back door was basically unusable, the whole track had collapsed, we basically threw our shoulder out just trying to open it! It now slides beautifully, the handle is not falling off, and even my toddlers can use it!Turns out Anlin really does stand behind their product and made good in their lifetime warranty, even though the problems were all related to the installer we had hired.

This is a horrible work facility! There’s no air conditioning, workers forced to work outside in the extremely hot weather and passing out, and managers not giving them fair breaks or understanding how hard workers are doing their job and keep pushing them until they pass out onto the floor. An accident happened with an employee passing out and the managers didn’t even care and just yelled “keep working!” While the guy who passed out turned purple and was sick laying on the floor! What kind of service do you call that!?! Not giving your employees the right care and making them comeIn on Saturdays because it’s “MANDATORY”! Anlin is only giving sundays to rest and making everyone come in on Saturday and if they don’t it’s considered no call no show.. this is a bad work place. I don’t recommend..

This window company has the highest standards in quality, workmanship, and customer service.We had 13 windows replaced by them, all done efficiently and with the utmost care. Both Will and Fabian were not only courteous and professional, they took great care both inside and outside of our house, while removing the old panes and installing the new ones. I have had my anlin windows and sliding door since 2002...love them...all of a sudden my sliding door would not lock...i went by the tollhouse office and picked up a new lock kit...anna medina made sure i understood how to put the new lock in and i paid nothing...came home and installed the new lock but the door still would not lock...i contacted customer service and andrew took his time evaluating my issue, reviewed photos i sent and said i just needed to replace the keeper also...which i did, and that was it...70 year old woman fixed her own sliding glass door lock issue with an old fashioned screw driver successfully!! thanks to the customer service i received...thank you

I dont like to leave Karen reviews but here it is. At first I was very pleased with the condition of my 2 sliding back doors from Anlin. I got both sliding doors installed same time about 1 and a half years ago. About 3 weeks ago the door I never use decided to spontaneously shatter at 1030pm without any use or any foul play. I called the installer and the Manufacturer only to be told that the type of sliding door I got does not have a warranty?! I was never given the option between different types of doors but apparently ONLY the Malibu line of Anlin doors have glass replacement included. As you can imagine I am extremely dissatisfied with customer service and product information from both my installer (CHS) and Anlin. Now I am hesitant to pay for replacement as I fear this will be a reoccurring break. The Anlin website doesnt even show a different type of Door you have to find it in a different website altogether. BUYER BEWARE!UPDATE:: Not long after leaving this review I was contacted by Alberto and Sergio from Anlin and they were SO helpful. Cannot stress the customer service satisfaction enough! They squared away the charge and sending me out a replacement glass. This does not excuse the poor craftsmanship that led to the break in the beginning but its a positive step in the right direction. I installed five new Catalina windows in the front of my house and they are amazing. The old Milgard aluminum windows that Beazer put in were horrible! My wife couldn’t even slide the single hung up...I had to open it every time. It also made a nasty loud screeching noise, like metal-on-metal scraping. The new Anlin vinyl windows glide up very smoothly. Huge difference and no screeching!

I received one of the best customer service experiences from Anlin yesterday. Im no stranger to the home improvement industry and the products available to consumers. Anlin builds the best vinyl replacement window in the industry. They are not a household name like Milgard or Andersen, companies attempting to be all things window with a strong focus on distributing their products everywhere vs. Anlin who is focused on building truly great windows and doors. Anlin windows are what you get when the engineers and designers win out over the accountants and analysts. Do your homework when purchasing new windows.16 years ago, the previous owner of our home in Clayton did their homework and purchased Anlin Catalina windows and Malibu patio doors. When we purchased this home in March 2018, I saw the Anlin windows and knew I was getting a quality product. After 16 years in the sun the vinyl still looked almost new. However, while having the home inspected, the inspector pointed out some issues with the spacer holding the two pieces ( dual ) of glass together. The spacer was pulling away from the frame and would likely fail.We went ahead with the purchase and did not make the window issue a big deal with the seller.A few weeks ago, I called Anlin to discuss the issue. Even as the second owner I still had a warranty and they would help me. While the glass and parts were offered at no charge to me, there was a small labor fee involved, and frankly to be expected.Roughly two weeks after we began the process we received a call from Anlin telling us they were ready to proceed with the replacement service. A date was chosen for the following week with a narrow service window of about 2 hours of when they would arrive. Heres the best part, the service technician would call about 30 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on his way.Thats exactly what happened. The call came in from Fabian stating he would be at our home in about 20 minutes. Anlin explained we could expedite the service if we moved items away from the windows both inside and outside for easy access. We did.Right on time, Fabian and Alberto knocked on the door and introduced themselves. We did a pre-walk of the project to make sure we ( customer and Anlin) were on the same page. The attention to detail was comforting. They explained the process and gave me an expected ETA for the project and went to work.The project went smoothly. Fabian and Alberto must be used to working together as there was very little wasted motion. They prepped, replaced, cleaned, all at the same time. A few issue came up. I missed one of the windows in my assessment. Fabian took notes and ordered new glass to be replaced at a later date. Fabian also pointed out that the glass going into the patio door was not fitting uniformly. Anlin has very good window building technology. The replacement parts are built exactly like the original part; a big reason why service replacement work goes so smoothly. The house may have settled or the original installation may be an issue. Not a big deal, he just wanted me to know.A few hours later after removing the stickers and cleaning the glass, picking up and sweeping the we met and walked the project. We discussed each window plus TBD details such as the additional glass ordered. We talked as I walked them to their truck telling them just how impressed I was by the service. Being that it was Halloween, I expected they were anxious to get home.Walking up my driveway and into the house I inspected the work one more time. There was no mess, nothing left to do. With the exception of new glass, I could not convict Anlin of even being at our house.It was a wonderful experience.

Was very professional and personal..Also showed us how to use silicon spray on the tracks for easier lifting and gev us a tip about using Magic eraser on the glass after cleaning the windows.

Had Optum home services install Anlin Sedona windows in my home in Phoenix Az earlier this year but really havent had a chance to experience how well they work until todayIt is 110 here today 6 12 21 and I still have my evap cooler on low and its 76 in the houseI have a very severe southern exposure in the front of the house and if I put my hand on the window right now not even warm..I had old Superlite single pane windows for 50 yearsAnd could never run cooler past 105 degrees so extremly satisfied with my purchase...thank you

Fabian and William stopped by today for a warranty service repair. Great personalities, face masks... They made the repair/replacement glass lickity-split. Cleaned up the old caulking and off they went. Love the service and really liking the Anlin Windows. This is my second purchase of Anlin Windows for different property and the window quality and warranty is excellent.

The technicians arrived on time and prepared. Will was great to work with. Very friendly, well dressed, and had his mask on. I really appreciate how quickly he worked and how professional he was. I asked him if he could take a look at our situation with our sliding door lock. He saw the locking mechanism was worn out and he said I think I have one of those on the truck let me get that for you. He replaced it really quickly and easily. We are very satisfied with our windows we’ve had them for 20+ years now and they are workhorses. We live near the Ocean and the vinyl frames and mechanisms are awesome shape. Thank you for making a product that stands up to the weather on the Central Coast.
