We have been using Ember Ink for a couple years now and could not be happier. There are many shops in town, buy Ember Ink rises above. Tylers shop is clean and organized and even smells great. I have confidence that he works cleanly as his store is so clean. He has made over 10 logo and shirt designs for our club and EVERY.SINGLE.ONE. is awesome, he has awesome creative skills. He responds quickly to emails and also picks up his phone, which doesnt seem like a big deal until you try to get ahold of someone at other companies. He has a great turn around time and the work he does is simply awesome. There is never any drama regarding orderingor hagling over price. I am always looking for the best work at the lowest price, so much so as I would bring shirts to him at first to print because I thought I would save money. Now, I trust him completely and turn everything over to him. If you are looking for work to be done, do yourself a favor and stop looking and comparing and just have Ember Ink do it for you.

Owner was prompt and courteous. I needed t-shirts printed and he worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The shirts were done quickly, printed accurately and at a great price. What more could you ask for?.

Tyler is awesome. He came up with the design for our shirt in no time and it was creative and exactly what we wanted. Then he fulfilled our order accurately and in no time at all. The shirts (American Apparel 50/50) feel high quality, just be aware that they run a little small. Lastly, his customer service was fantastic. I called several print shops throughout town hoping to find someone to fullfill a single item order. Each shop I called turned me away citing they only supplied in bulk. Ember Ink was my last attempt, and although they were also unable to fullfill my order, Tyler recommended another outfit that was capable of doing so. Without his help, I may not have been able to get my order completed. Truly customer service is a priority to him.

I places an order with Tyler that had 57 items. Majority of them were custom with last names. Not only is Ember Rose extremely reasonable in their price, but from the beginning Tyler was prompt to responding to my emails, and sending me pictures of ideas. Once my order was placed he delivered the product in a fast timely manner and when he said he would. Our items were completely perfect. No mistakes on any of names or in any of the order.
