Immaculate, spacious full-service pharmacy with good cosmetics section. Highly recommend!

I drove all the way across town because its early and the CVS by my house is closed. Online it says this location was open at 730 am so I made the trip only to find the door gated closed and they were closed UPDATE YOUR HOURS or be open when your supposed to be!!

Looked online for store hours it says 7am -12am. Got there at 11:40 pm it was closed. It also says the info was updated 1 week ago. When I scroll the reviews I see I am not the only one who has gone before 12 am and its been closed. That is definitely a bad business practice. Update with the right info so customers dont waste time and gas ($4.19 a gallon) to drive there to find it closed. Your reviews are not up to the standards that you think the store would want. They are not good with an exception of one good between 10 bad pattern. Maybe its time to regroup make some changes and make a goal to have more satisfied customers than frustrated disappointed ones. Corporate isnt doing their job if they are not on top of customer service and store operations that are clearly not doing well in the eyes of the patrons.

I can not say enough great things about Martha!!!! I was down to the wire with preparing framed photos for my brothers wedding and at a quarter til closing I called the store and was fortunate that Martha answered. She let me know one of my orders hadnt come through and to resend it and she would have it ready when I arrived. Martha did just what she promised and today I was able to finish the photo project for my brothers wedding. What wonderful customer service!!

Pharmacy and general store staff have been beyond amazing though all of this. Store is generally well stocked with exceptions to rare or really common medication. The general store could do better with keeping up with expiration dates but make up with a clean store and helpful friendliness.

Your hours say open till 12am. Went there at 10pm . Was closed. How hard is it to get your hour correct?

Ive been coming to this location for a few years and the staff is amazing, the in-store service is top tier and the offers are usually fair. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of talking to Cynthia over the phone and right off the gate she was rude and dismissive. My questions werent answered but pushed off to something else and after multiple attempts at rephrasing she finally gave me a straight answer though it was generic and didnt help me much, deciding I was too frustrated I simply wished her a good day to which she replied yeah and hung up the phone. I usually dont like to leave reviews but I feel like her service needed to be called out.

Waited in line drive thru for medications I was the 4th/last car in line as soon as I got to window the guy saysSorry man were closed for the night at 5:50pm! Switching pharmacys

Jorge in the pharmacy pickup is the best! GREAT customer service and always has a smile for us. He is always courteous and willing to search and look up our any and all of our prescriptions. Im always happy when I see him in the drive thru. THANK YOU JORGE! :)

The customer service used to be great at this store, but it started going downhill when an older African-American woman started managing. She, along with an older white woman, make it really unpleasant to shop here. The manager actually insinuated I was doing something illegal when she was cashing me out. I was mortified as there was a long line of patrons and it was said at the top of her lungs. I would not do what she implied. And the other cashier is really unfriendly and acts like its a bother for her to cash patrons out. Its awful. But they both find the time to gossip loudly about their coworkers. Go figure.

On 2/23/19 I went to grab something on my way home a little over 10 minutes before the store would close at midnight to find the doors were locked. I saw two people in there and when I knocked they said the store was closed. I was confused as I saw on google maps that it didn’t close until midnight so I assumed google maps was wrong.. but then outside next to the door it’s says the store would close at midnight. This is the second time that happened but las time I assumed they were some major cleaning (it seemed) so I thought that was why. But if the staff is going on close the store early at least change the hours so people don’t come all that way to find out it’s closed.

The pharmacy dept staff leaves much to be desired. Plus automatic refills are filled later than they should be. I am told my meds will be ready by a certain time but when I get there they are NEVER ready.

Black lady worker accused us of stealing because I went in my pajamas but last week I went and was dressed and was really nice but now that Im not fully dressed in nice clothes shes calling the cops ? Thats wrong. Dont shop here shes racist and rude

Busy location, but very nice staff

I don’t know if it’s all locations but this one is horrible. It take hours to get a simple prescription filled. They always say they are short staffed and can’t fill anything. I will be switching!

Staff is so very helpful, and they always have what Im looking for. I love the receipts and all the coupons!

Do not use the store to print cards. 24 hours after my order was placed I went to pick up my “same day” order. At that time I was told they ran out of toner and couldn’t produce my order. No call before hand to tell me. 3 hours later I get a phone call at home telling me they ran out of toner.

Today the pharmacy staff was so rude to me when I tried to used a coupon, Today at around 3:30, a lady at the drop-off banged on the computer keys with some sort of rage and this lady also threw the items in front of me in bad mood.I feel offended ... I have never been treated like this before.

After 2 hrs from transfer the medicine. They are rude and She said it usually take 24 to 48 hrs to transfer the medicine from almost 1 miles away from each other. I feel sorry for these big store to hire such personal, whom not care about the customers

Mortafying, went with frend to pharmacy,felt sorry for her. the way they talk about people, They hat us!! thats way i goto bk pharmacy!!! they think they drive threw and we all druges!!!!! very rude pharmacy!!!!

Tried to transfer prescrip from Walgreens to here. Took them a week, no calls. Then systems down 2 days. Rude, stupid people here, a real train wreck of an operation.
