Everything was amazing!! Dr. Castillo was amazing and explained every process as it was my first time to an eye dr. He was super patient and kind. The 2 girls working at the front counter were super amazing, they made me and my husband feel so comfortable, they explained and helped us find frames. The checked our insurance and helped every step of the way. There needs to be more people like them in this world. Everything was super clean and its super convenient!! We will be back 😊 Thank you for a great experience from start to finish!!

Last minute stop at this place just walked in wanting an exam, I was told id need to wait since they already had a full apt book. The wait was worth it Dr Moore is outstanding! If you need help with your glasses stop in to see the great staff at this location. I did not buy my glasses here but I had an issue with my glasses after I sat on them. My lens fell out and I lost a nose pad. I called and the manager just told me to stop in any time and she would help me fix what she could and if she didnt have the tools she could recommend another place. well with in the hour my glasses were like new and she didnt charge me. can you believe they offer free ajustments to anyone?

The kids section is the best Ive ever seen. They even had a book for my daughter to read while we went through the ordering process. If I could give 10 stars for my experience I would!

The service was fast and friendly. Dr sivas and his assistant maria were very helpful during my contact exam. I an new to conracts and they took there time to help me out showing me how to put them in and take them out. Michelle and Ashley were also great. I got a good deal on a year supply. Will definitely be coming back next year.

Would not recommend this place. I went in two times, and both times there was horrendous service. The first staff member I received help from had an attitude for absolutely no reason. I went in a second time to return the glasses (later the same day) and a young man working there also was not respectful. Before officially returning my glasses, he kept checking the item (a handful of times) to absolutely make sure they were not damaged within the 5 hour time span I had them in my possession. Then he accused me of bringing in an old pair of glasses rather than the new one I had just purchased that same day, despite me having a receipt. It was kind of pathetic to be honest. Would not recommend this optic center for their snobby attitude.

Never ever go to this place. The wait time is horrible. Be prepared to wait for 60-90 mins wait time.

I would give no stars if it were possible! They do not return phone calls, I will never take my business to Dr Sivas or Target Optical again!!!! Poor customer service!
