Literally nothing good on the shelves that wasnt discount Halloween stuff. And the scanner on the register broke, so the cashier had to ring it up by hand. Poor guy was doing his best with bad coworkers leaving him hanging.

Very busy tonight. Of course because of Halloween just a few days away, I just went in to get pom poms for a soccer game tonight was bummed to see such a long line but they did a great job of keeping it moving!

Friendly staff, great place for your party supplies

I always come here for my kids costumes and party supplies, but today was a terrible experience, a price tag was missing from an item we had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to answer the radio of the cashier, and my husband end up going to get a similar item for her to ring us up, them an item that was mark on the shelf $24.99, they didnt want to owner the price, I didnt put the items there, it was already there and they didnt want to owner the price. According to retailers prices code, if you as retailers have the price in the shelf you have to owner the price. I will no go back there, bad customer service. Bad experience.

The employees are so nice here, I was upset to find out the goodie bag section was gone though. My kids always liked picking things out for their birthday parties.

Bought party supplies for my grand daughters 1st. Birthday I wasnt sure how much helium I needed so I was told if you buy extra and its unopened I could bring it back for a full refund of that product.. True to their word no hassle return.. Thanks Party City

Did curbside. Checked in via the app and waited 20 minutes. Then I called and they still didnt come out, adding another 10 minutes. Went inside and still no service for another 5 minutes. There were 3 associated behind the counter. Ive used curbside at Michaels, target, Walmart, best buy... Never this slow.

Paid 42$ for them to fill up a 13 basic size balloons and more then half of them where just basic latex balloons. That was such a ridiculous price. On top of that the balloons lasted about 4 hours before getting droopy, and on another note they didnt even fill up the foil balloons all the way because when I left the store I can see the foil all saggy. I was seriously upset at the price and the quality of the helium. I got a mothers day foil balloon from Walgreens and that balloon stood up for 6 days. 😡 there should be no reason why the balloons only lasted me 4 hours.

Dont have many costumes and then they gave me the wrong size after we discussed it...bad service

When you buy balloons online they will fill for free when you bring your invoice in. No problems. For big parties always call ahead and make sure they have enough helium, just in case. Thank you for the great customer service guys!

Rep was on his phone, when he got off I asked him where some pink cups and utensils were, he pointed me to baby shower location, I had to look up and down each aisle till I found what I wanted, I asked about getting balloons too, he didnt know any of his products, then when someone took over that actually knew what they were talking about asked me questions like I buy flowers from them all the time, I just wanted some balloons and party supplies, I should have ordered online. I spent over $80 for just napkins, plates, forks and 2 big balloons, I will not come here again, I will either do Wally world or online.

I love party city. There is so much stuff you can put into a party and they have it all.The place was very organized and clean and the employees are very nice.I got three huge balloons and a few other things and it all came to $35, not a bad price.

Not happy with Party City right now. The store was completely out of helium and told me to go to the River Park location. I had to ask a sales person to call the River Park location. That store was also out of helium. Both stores are sold out of the tanks too because they used the tanks for the days their helium supply went out. Myself and two other customers had to leave because we were there to get our ballons inflated. Not happy with their service and lack of preparedness.

After my daughters birthday party trip to the zoo we got balloons - her absolute favorite thing in the world- at Party City on Shaw Ave to get her balloons & then drove all the way back to Dinuba for her birthday BBQ only to find that all the ballooons were deflating!!! The person who inflated the helium balloons DIDNT TIE THE BALLOONS, she just squeezed them closed and tied a freakin ribbon around the bottom!! So all the helium was escaping! When we realized what had happened I called right away & the manager said that unless I drove them all the way back to Fresno there was nothing he could do to make up some of cost. I even tried to help him do his job by saying how about some store credit for the future in the form of an email, still he said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do unless I returned the bouquet to the store. This was clearly a training issue, Ive trained & managed customer service teams over a decade, I take a lot of pride in solving problems & creating victories out of bumps & failure. So so disappointed in this manager, he should have figured out a way to make this up to us. Theres no way I except that a store manager cant even give me a coupon for future use. We are so disappointed in this situation & lack of ownership of the failure on their part. :( Our in-laws & her great grandpa are in town especially for her birthday party & this is so unacceptable as far as customer service. Even just a Were sorry heres a coupon for your next party would have been a nice gesture. :(Lesson: Watch them inflate and make sure they tie them off properly. Dont make he mistake we made of trusting that someone has been trained to do it correctly.
