I understand that with the covid rules and regs that its slower service. Totally fine with that. But having to call and pay over the phone works great! If and when somebody answers....Maybe have more than one person running the whole show... please

I have never had a bad experience at this cosmoprof location. I love the staff and have had only great experiences here!

I would have to say this is one of the worst Cosmo prof in the valley. they are rude especially one female in particular when asked to get or find out if the product was in employee stated I don’t know might be in the box but I don’t know when a simple let me check would’ve sufficed. Decided to head down to salon centric to buy all the products that I needed where service was amazing. A little suggestion since you are in the business of retail and making money I suggest you train your staff to be able to sell products.

This is the best beauty supply to get any help you need, they are knowledgeable about the products and will do everything they can to get you the products you need and I personally in 10 years haven’t seen anyone rude or even in a bad mood. They are great women and I hope the group that’s working there stays together as a team for a while because they are the best :) if I could give more than 5 stars I would

One of the ladys was being so rude to me and my husband. We were just walking and shopping a little bit, looking comfortable and we walked in and about to look around and telling us that we have to be cosmetologists in order to be in the store. I told her that i have seen a lot of people go in there and buy stuff and she said that they are all cosmetologists. She said this to us all because we looked comfortable.
