*HEADS UP: APPARENTLY NO LONGER A DIY GARAGE* Rude owner/manager, complete lack of compassion or helpfulness. I tried calling this shop several times with no response, while driving from San Diego to Seattle after picking my dog up from friends post-deployment. I hit some road debris on I5 and needed to figure out what was going on with my front end. This was the only shop advertising diy services so I drove an hour plus out of my way, even without returned phone calls, only to have the owner tell me they no longer offer diy services. I asked if we could possibly even just borrow a jack or jack stand to keep my car stable while we worked. He flatly said nope and walked away.

They are very knowledgeable about cars and go the extra mile to make sure your car is up and running. One of the only few shops I trust with my car. Great prices and dont try to gouge you for money like other places.

I love these guys. Totally honest and fair. They saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend.

This is hands down the greatest shops in Fresno/Clovis. Everyone there is professional and respectful. They will definitely take care of anything you need done to any vehicle.

These people are great! Its a family owned shop with knowledgeable technicians. They walked me through what was going on with my car, gave me options, and helped me find an option I could afford. The work was done quickly and the people are friendly. Ive been back several times. Ill keep coming back. Lori and Sean are wonderful!

I left this place highly upset and with more damage to my vehicle than when I brought it in. Adding to that my car wasn’t even drivable with a blinking engine light which wasn’t even mentioned to me over the phone. There’s so much more to add but they’ve wasted enough of my time and money.

The worst experience I ever came across when dealing with an auto shop. I took my car in for a diagnostic and when I received my vehicle back it was not drivable and they had the audacity to try and charge me $200 for this diagnostic. My engine light was flashing and I had to call a tow truck in order to get it transported to another auto shop because I refused to let them work any further on my vehicle. Stay away from this place all their more concerned about is just taking your money and getting over on you if you let them.

For me it was the conversations from the people who work there, and the convenience of doing much of it myself.

800 pls just to do a starter job, 110 per hour labor what a ripe off, a quote from the phone is more then enough for me to never ever consider this shop, ripe off

Sad to say im so disappointed in this place. Took them over 3 hours to do something that took 1 hour because they wanted to just hop around. Recommend this place to my aunt and they had her car for a week for something that took only an hour. Then they wonder why they are fighting for business.

Clean facility with 11 lifts available to rent for DIY maintenance projects for your vehicle. Helpful staff with loaner tools available. Rates are very reasonable. Quit rolling around on your driveway and give it a shot for your next project.

$10,000.00 spent not one thing finished on my car Raymond Krause complained to me how my car was taking up one lifts i said push the car off and use it he just kept complaining so towed my car out

Awesome staff and service! They were able to get my car issues resolved on the same day for a great price.They also provide tools and resources to allow people to work on their own cars!

Great facility, I went in for front & rear brakes plus an oil change. I was done and out the door an hour and forty five minutes later. People working are super helpful and tools at your fimger tips. I cant ask for a better experience!!

Very disappointed in the Garage. Been a customer for a few years, but lately it hasnt been the same.Took my car for oil change on Aug 24th,and while I was waiting, I believe 1 of the owners was actually doing the oil change. Asked me if I wanted my tires rotated also. I was confused, because tire rotation is included in the oil change service. Then was notified that he broke 1 of the lug nuts and needed to be fixed. Got picked up because I had a different appt. And I called back and receptionist said, oh yes your car is done.I would of appreciated a call when was done.I week later as I took my car to the car wash, noticed that all 4 rims had damage by the lug nuts.Called and took my car in and 1 of the other mechanics took pictures with their iPad or tablet of all 4 rims. Ive called back 3 or 4 times back, and receptionist keeps saying Ive told, left a big sticky not on his computer, and he hasnt called u back left.

I have been here once before just after they opened and just returned for another diy service. They have lifts to rent by the hour with a toolset to use. My experience was as fantastic as my first visit. Very professional and helpful when needed. Every customer i saw was happy with the work they had and i recommend them for the DIY services and based on what I saw, I would definitely use them for repairs if I didnt do it myself. The lady running the office was really pleasant and on top of the workload.Genuinely decent business with employees that seem to like what they do. Good combination in my experience.Go try them out.

Just recently had our car work on with changing transmission oil filter gasket no issues you do a great thorough job

The service is great. They are thorough about things wrong with vehicle. Service Manager is very informative.

Great place to do it yourself, with good tools, reasonable rates and knowledgeable mechanics on staff if you run into any trouble.

Sergio was very helpful, he always made my daughter feel safe with his car advise.

Did some stuff by my own and these guys were so helpful from the beginning. I would always come back and would let them work on my car.

Our truck broke down in Fresno and we are from San Diego. They worked with us to get it to the shop and figure out what was wrong with it and get it back on the road.Their communication, customer service and rates were a relief in such a stressful situation! I would definitely refer friends and family to them!

Took csr in for a tune up had to bring it back 2 times amd its still messed up so i jist went somewhere else

Im curious has anybody else came to this shop for a smog with a 98 vehicle and have pass smog Ive never had problems with my vehicle all of a sudden Here Comes problems and codes with over $500 worth of upgrades ereplacementparts due to codes that came up you think now it pass, but yet another code comes up on their smog machine or maybe like this smog Tech said its just Murphys Law🤔
