Perfectly replaced my shattered window. Cheap and time effective.

I will give this place 10 stars if i could, extremely professional and they know what they’re doing . after purchasing a 21’ honda accord sport i was driving on the 168 when a group of semis were literally hailing rocks all over the highway. unfortunately those rocks hit my windshield and back window. I started looking for places on my own and they took my insurance . I found this place close to work so it was really convenient. It’s the best customer service I had, they were letting me know every step of the process and due to covid there was a shortage on the glass took me about a month to get in but when they finally received it they made sure to tint my window as well, luckily my insurance covered that. On the day of the window replacement they also let me borrow their company truck so I can move around which was great, took about 5 hours for both windows to be replaced and front camera recalibrated. honestly it looks just like factory ! it’s a family own business and Jairo really took care of me, I will highly recommend this place and will be coming back in the future if I have any other glass needs.

Lifesavers! I completely shattered the back window of my hatchback while in Yosemite. I called at least a dozen auto glass companies between Yosemite and Fresno and only Old Town Auto Glass was able to come through. They found the glass for my not too common car and scheduled the work for 8am the next morning. They even came to meet me in Oakhurst, the closest city to where I was in Yosemite. Adrian gave me his cell number to stay in touch throughout, and the tech that did the work, Jairo, was friendly and fast, removing all the shattered glass and installing the new glass in under an hour. These guys really saved my vacation and I cant recommend them highly enough!

Jairo was great, I was referred by a friend and I was not disappointed. He was able to get me an appointment quickly. Originally I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half to replace my windshield. It took maybe 40 mins. I was really impressed with how quickly but professionally it was done. My new windshield is perfect!

Every one was incredible on the work they did on my car! The entire crew was very friendly and sanitized everything. I will definitely be sending all my friends to them from now on and also if I ever have window issues I’ll be back! Thank you for doing a great job.

Had a wonderful experience with Old Town Auto Glass. They were extremely responsive to our emails, questions, etc. The owner was awaiting for me outside to guide me in (their location is a little hard to find). The work was done super quickly. Their price was significantly lower than other quotes we received. And they are a family owned and operated business. Will definitely come back when I need glass work and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

The customer service and atmosphere is amazing at Old Town Auto Glass. I drive out of town for work everyday which unfortunately means rocks to the windshield :( I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. The staff is friendly and so welcoming. It is one of those places where they make you feel like family. Its so nice to have free wifi, water and coffee too! If you have kids you know devices are sometimes the only way to make it through an appointment. In these times it is so important to support local and I am happy to have found Old Town Auto Glass so I can continue to shop local for my windows!

I called them just before closing about replacing my driver door window. I was told that they would order the glass and have it at their place by 9 am the next morning. I got my car there by 10 am and the car was done in about 1 hr. If I ever need any glass repair I know where to go

This business is owned by great people. I have been getting service from them multiple times and I have have been more than happy every time. Work was done in a timely manner with outstanding quality. I would not get my windows done anywhere else.

Wonderful family-owned business. Jairo has been providing service for me and my family for years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want to support local businesses and get honest, competitive pricing with great service, this is the place to go. I’m not sure how they have a 1-star review. Maybe the other review was a mis-post and meant for a different company.

People where rude and very unprofessional, I had a terrible experience that I wouldnt wish on anyone. Trust me when I say youre better off going anywhere else in town, or probably even doing it yourself, unfortunately. I love supporting small businesses, but I have to be honest, sorry.
